Beata (5/5): - Czyste, telewizja, czajnik,lodówka, blisko basenu. Pokój na 2 piętrze, bardzo ciepło. Niestety rolety nie można było używać,ręcznikami zasłanialiśmy okno.Dla dwóch osób wystarczająco, ale nie wyobrażam sobie np.takie pokój na 3 osoby.

Andrea (8/5): Lovely family holiday - Direct access to the water parks, clean, spacious accommodation. It was advertised as pool view, however our room only had the roof top window to peek through onto the pool area standing on a stool so was a little bit disappointed, but accommodation was comfortable and clean.

Peter (4/5): Do Apartmánov Gino Bešeňová sa už nevrátim. - Apartmán sme dostali na druhom poschodí, bez výťahu. Kufre sme museli peši vynosiť. Silvestrovská večera v hodnote 67€ na osobu bola absolútne neprimeraná, nezodpovedala kvalite a úrovni reštaurácie, ovocie bolo servírované pod úroveň (prikladám fotografiu). Mali sme z celého ubytovania dojem, že v zariadení ide v prvom rade o zdieranie hostí, namiesto poskytnutia služieb za adekvátnu cenu.

Bibiana (9/5): Wonderful Thermal Water park stay in the heart of Slovakia! - Spacious, comfortable beds, clean and overlooking the pools! good kitchen and shower room. Plenty of storage space and good TV screen for relaxation. Very good communication from the owner. Welcome sparkling wine on arrival was a nice touch. Towels for indoor and outdoor use plus dressing gowns. Nice dressing table and room features. Kids beds not separated from adult section in the bedroom. No direct access to the pool area. Small outdoor space with little privacy as no dividers between rooms outside spaces.
Aleksandra (4/5): Disappointing - The location is favorable, because from the hotel you go directly to the pool complex. In the room there is a dryer to hang wet towels and extra blankets. Hotel staff very friendly - all except the receptionists. The cleaners, technicians - all nice. We didn't have a balcony, so nothing dried out for us for two days. The bathroom lacks a heater. In the room upbeat, despite assurances of wi-fi availability this wifi was not there. Available only in the hotel corridor! The rooms here are not cleaned daily. Food disgusting - a large selection, but unhealthy food. This was the second time in this hotel, we wanted to give it a chance, but nothing has improved. On arrival, of course, the problem with the accommodation of adults and children - they always have an error in the system as we arrive with children. I left a dress in the closet on departure - the trace of the dress was lost, I did not get it back. I could go on enumerating so much, the facility absolutely not worth the price.
