• Julia (10/5): - Приветливый персонал, помогли с парковкой, всё объяснили, в отеле чисто, тепло, на завтрак свежайшая выпечка. Хороший отель за свои деньги. Номер очень маленький на 4, завтраки скудные, в 4.00 призыв к молитве в мечети, которая сразу за окном.
• GABRIELLE (10/5): Perfect Stay in Kars - I arrived at midnight which was unexpected. The staff, however, were very friendly. My room was great, nice and quiet even though it was at the front of the building. It was a short walk from the train station. The breakfast was amazing. Plenty of variety and home made little spring rolls. Friendly staff in the breakfast room as well. I highly recommend this hotel. Nothing.

A szállás tiszta, barátságos és otthonos hangulatú, ahol a vendég valóban szívesen látottnak érzi magát. A személyzet rendkívül kedves és figyelmes – mindig mosolyogva segítenek, és gyakran megkínálnak forró teával, ami igazán kedves gesztus, különösen a hűvösebb karsi napokon. A reggeli egyszerű, de finom és bőséges. Egy apró hátrány, hogy a falak viszonylag vékonyak, így ha a szomszédos szobában valaki hangosabb, az néha áthallatszik. Kars Konak Hotel is in a great location, with all the important sights within easy reach thanks to its central location. The accommodation is clean, friendly, and cozy, where guests really feel welcome. The staff are extremely kind and attentive – they are always smiling and helpful, and often offer hot tea, which is a really nice gesture, especially on cooler days in Kars. The breakfast is simple but delicious and plentiful. One minor drawback is that the walls are relatively thin, so if someone in the neighboring room is noisy, you can sometimes hear them.

Small fridge in room appreciated. Short walk to the train station. Room smelled a bit smoky at times - either coming through windows of maybe drains in bathroom?

Хороший отель, но только переночевать одну ночь. Немного все разваливающееся и отваливается. Завтрак довольно скудный. В унитазе горячая вода, можно обжечь все нежные места! Есть проблема со слышимостью из других номеров. В 4:30 начинается утренний призыв к молитве, мечеть новая и красивая, но расположена прямо напротив окон, было очень-очень громко.

• Verified traveler (4/5): - Odada çöp kovası yoktu. Banyoya minik bir çöp kutusu konmuştu. Klima yoktu. Bütün gece Ağustos sonu olmasına rağmen sıcaktan kivrandik. En azından bir hareketli masa üstü ventilator bile ise yarardı. Kapı iki kilit çevirmeden sonra kitleniyordu. Kahvaltı fena değildi. Personel arkadaşlar ilgiliydi. Ama orası da klimasız olduğu için ter içinde acele bir şekilde kahvaltı yaptık. Otopark var yazıyor ama otopark yok.
• Mehmet (6/5): Temiz bir Otel. Lükse gerek yok diyorsan… - Şehir merkezinde olması çok iyi. Bir çok yere yürüyerek ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Park yeri sorunu yok. Tam karşısında uygun bir otopark mevcut. Resepsiyonda çalışanlar oldukça kibar ve yardımsever. Kendilerine teşekkür ederiz.

Camera un po' datata, ma pulita, purtroppo esposta ad Est e quindi fa giorno alle 5 di mattina quando magari un'ora prima si è stati svegliati dal muezzin della moschea che sta proprio lì davanti. Letto abbastanza comodo. Buona (e solita) colazione turca. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
• LIUBOV (7/5): - Отличное расположение, доброжелательный персонал К сожалению, в номере присутствовал запах сигарет. Кондиционера в номере нет , без него было душно, а с открытым окном очень шумно. Завтрак заявлен с 7:00 , но когда мы пришли к этому времени, было еще не все готово, и что-то выносили, когда мы уже заканчивали завтракать, было немного некомфортно. Не чувствуешь себя желанным гостем, а в Турции это редкость.

I want to ask the manager or owner, what kind of hotel is this when you can not take shower, wash your teeth, flash the toilet. Aslo breakfast is poor, every day same, and it is very basic.

• Peyman (7/5): Good - Very friendly staff. Location was central and you are near to all interesting locations in the city. But as such and due to a mosque right Infront of hotel it was loud. Windows were not well sealed specially that the hotel was on a loud street and in front of a musque. We woke up almost every morning at 4 AM due to Mosque. The curtains were not blocking light from outside. The price in comprehension to other hotels in the city was average but so were the facilities, specially the bathroom and the air conditioner. The system looks like an air conditioner but it is a fan in reality!! You end up opening windows at nights which means mosquitos and loud street noise. Breakfast was OK but not good.
• Vikraman (4/5): - The bathroom was leaking and wet when we arrived. No alternative room was available for the first night and no discount was offered in lieu. The rooms did not have curtains that kept the light out, despite the fact that the sun rises at 4:30am in summer and that the hotel is on a busy street with street lights and cars loudly passing through the night. For a hotel that charges 75EUR per night, a much higher standard should be basic.

To amca (the owner) as well for taxing us to the train station early in the morning and ensured we had breakfast before our departure!! :)) Communication can be a bit challenging as most are non-English speakers. A small point though.
• Elakhal (5/5): Stay in this hotel is fair. - I like the location of the hotel , It is in the mid of the town and close to what ever you need. also the staff were very good , friendly and helpfully. The whole hotel needs renovation, furniture is old and the rooms' doors are opened by keys not by cards : can you believe it : The Lift is too small and can hardly fit for two people

• Verified traveler (6/5): Oda standart eşya fazla - Eşimle beraber konakladık 2 gece 3 gün. 2 kişilik oda için 1 adet çift kişilik yatak 2 adet tek kişilik yatak vardı eşyalarımızı dolaba yerleştirmek için yatağı itmek zorunda kaldık, yalnızca uyumak için değil oda da vakit geçireyim derseniz pek mümkün değil. Çıkış yaparken bu durumlardan bahsettiğimde ise anlayışla dinlediler. Bir de tuvaletten aşırı derece de gider kokusu geliyor ve sular kokuyordu diş fırçalarken temiz su kullanın lütfen. Belki şebeke suyu olduğu için öyledir biraz ağır ve kokulu geldi su. Bundan da bahsetmiştik. Kahvaltı peynir zeytin domates salata yumurta bir çeşit hamur içi vardı, aç kalmazsınız ama vav da doymazsınız. Fiyat performans kahvaltısı standart. Çalışanların hepsi güler yüzlü, ilgili tekrardan teşekkür ederim. * Kaldığımız oda 4 kişi için içinde yatak sayısına göre ancak adım atacak mesafe yoktu maalesef :/

The room was nice, very warm in the cold winter, and had a wonderful view of the mosque plus beautiful sunlight coming in in the morning. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. The staff were kind and offered tea on arrival, and the included breakfast was good. Walkable to any place in Kars you might want to go! Great value for money.

Rooms are tiny, no amenities in the bathroom, the room does not get made up during your stay, the room wasn't that clean and it was very old, (under the bed was dust central) and the breakfast variety was small. It looks way better in the pictures than it is in reality. The WiFi is also up and down. The duvet on the bed was not big enough for the bed itself.

The hotel is basic but comfortable, clean and safe. Breakfast was very good, and the breakfast staff was very nice and attentive. Good value for the money.
• IHSAN (6/5): - Kaldığımız ilk gecenin sabahında elektrikler kesildi, sular kesildi, asansör çalışmadı. Otel çalışanları müşterilerin acil ihtiyaçlarını karşılama adına hiç bir şey yapmadı. Tuvalet ihtiyacı için karşıdaki caminin tuvaletine gittik.

Location just next to huge mosque so was woken up at early morning. Breakfast wax included but finished favourites of others were not refilled at all. And we had breakfast early.

But given a lower grade and cheaper from than that which they had offered and I had paid for through booking.com I paid for a there bed’luxury room’ I gut a double. Fine. No ac. Was told by reception it’s okay people wear coats in the evening. Nit that I saw. Room too hot. Bed utterly unseeable. Oldbury battered. Instead it replacing podded. Asked for a change. Then moved into the three bed with ac I had originally paid for. Very dodgy practise. All beds were poor to unseeable. Blinds not fit for purpose. You will not get the fundamentals of basic fit for purpose bed and blinds for sleep. Based on my experience of 2 rooms and 3 beds

• Aidan (6/5): Pleasant - We slept terribly all 4 nights because of the huge mosque right outside our window, and the very noisy fridge. I know the mosque is not the hotel's fault but we had to have the windows open because they have no air conditioning (maybe that is the hotel's fault), so the call to prayer was so loud at 4am every day (it seemed to be earlier than usual). For some reason they put the fridge in a cupboard so it got too hot and very loud.

• Verified traveler (6/5): 連泊に注意を - 町中にあり、評判も良かったので６F,Twinに3泊した。 部屋は古いものの清潔で、窓からは目の前にできた大きなモスクが見える。部屋にはポット、カップはない。歯磨きには毎日置かれる１００ccx３ケの水のプラカップの殻を使った。その代わりフロントで頼めばいつでもチャイを入れてもらえる。観光で疲れて帰ってくると、部屋は掃除がされていなかった、フロントで聞くとOn requestだと、ならどこかに書いておくか、チェックイン時に言ってくれ！

• Farahnaz (6/5): Pleasant - We were staying here for 1 night to rest during our travel, the staff was so helpful and kind, the location is good and you can walk to the city center and shopping easily. There is a mosque in front of the hotel. The cleanness was not perfect but it was acceptable. The breakfast also was normal. I wrongly booked here for 1 day later, but the reception man accepts us and cancel our booking.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Yorumlardaki Kadar Başarılı Bir Otel Değil - Öncelikle dürüst bir şekilde konaklama deneyimimi paylaşmak istiyorum, Check-in saat 14:00 olmasına rağmen 14:15 de oteldeydik ve oda hazır değildi. Odaya çıktığımızda yoğun bir sigara kokusu vardı ve içerisi havasızdı. Kettle ve çay kahveye geçtim odada su bile yoktu. Duşta duş jeli mevcut değil, resepsiyonu arayıp duş jeli istediğimizde olmadığı söylendi. Temizlik açısından da çok içimize sinmedi. Tur için bilgi aldığımızda bize tur ücretinden fazla ücret söyleyip kendilerine aldıklarını fark ettik. Tek iyi yanı konumu, oda çok sıcaktı, kahvaltı idare ederdi. Son gün otel sahibi kendi aracı ile bizi havalimanına bıraktı.

• Laurel (8/5): We enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kars! - The staff are very friendly and helpful in arranging tours and taxis around the Kars region. The breakfast is tasty, too! The mosque across the street may wake you up in the early morning—we did not mind this, but it may not be an ideal location for those who have trouble falling back to sleep.

Sezonda yoğun dönemlerde kahvaltıyı erken saatte yaparsanız sıkıntı yaşamazsınız, geç saatlere kalırsanız bazı ürünler bitebiliyor. Konumu çok merkezi. Resepsiyondaki görevliler gayet yardımseverdi. Çok memnun kaldık. Fiyatı makul. Tavsiye ediyorum
• Leticia (8/5): Turkish hospitality at its finest. Comfortable and convenient stay. - Very friendly and helpful staff. We had initially a leaking problem in our bathroom, straight way they moved us into a bigger room. Upon entering, the typical Turkish hospitality will straight away make your time here excellent. At all hours in the reception they offer tea or coffee to guests. They serve a wonderful breakfast and provide mostly anything you ask for. Generally we found at least one staff speaking English, however they are very good with Google translate and will work very hard to understand what you are communicating. Not a lot to say here that is bad, this is a great value for money hotel in a rather non-touristy area for English speakers. As long as you don't expect too much luxury you will be very happy here.
