• YUL (7/5): Location is awesome - Spot on location very near to fansipan and loads of stores and restaurant near site. The staff dont speak much english but they still try to accomodate you. The room is outdated and its not the very clean. Dust under bed, under the chair the toilet was not the clean. we stayed 3 days but they haven't replaced the beddings.

• DARINA (9/5): - Skvělé umístění v centru Sapy, pár kroků od Sun Plaza. Možnost směnit peníze. Pokoje čisté. Mohli jsme se ubytovat dříve. Připravte se na vysokou vlhkost, což ale není chyba hotelu. Vyprala jsem si jedny ponožky a ty se neusušily ani po dvou dnech :-)

Every day crawing from 1am the windows aren't sealed very well so I couldn't get a good sleep. Also, the room was damp, bedding, and pillows felt wet to the touch most nights, and the room was cold. Shower, although good pressure went cold, pretty quickly too, so I couldn't get a proper heat in which is a must when the weather's been cold and wet all day.

• Maricel (6/5): Staying for a night in this hotel was just fine, but I don’t think I’ll last more than that. - The location is great! It’s just a minute walk towards the Sapa Station. I didn’t like the smell of the room, it wasn’t too inviting when we got in, it smelled like an unused room that was never opened for many days though it looked clean when we arrived.

• Monica (5/5): - The location is good nearby sun plaza station and all other places like the church. Didn’t like the bed that have dust that has been build-up on the corner of the bedframe. Allergies flare up. The aircon heater is passable but sometimes it doesn’t produce heat so it was cold inside the room during cold weather. The heater of the bathroom easily gets cold, have to wait for a long time so that the water will be warm enough and can last longer. There’s also worm crawling in the bathroom wall tiles 🤯.

Don't take bus from hotel as we did mistake We came sapa from hanoi airport and take HK business bus that was amazing experience free wifi, massager seats comfortable we didn't know when we reach sapa But in return the host said it's a same type of luxury bus vvip cabin so we booked it The bus company name was sao viet We had a very bad experience with that bus they mention free wifi but no wifi, seat is not bend properly you can't sleep like this staff was rude not listen to you, and it's late by 1.5hr So overall experience was bad But hotel is good specially location
