• Abdurraheem (10/5): A wonderful break from city life and a fantastic set of staff. - One of my best stays to date. The most kind and friendly staff I’ve ever encountered, they’re all ready to go above and beyond to help out with a smile on their face to go with it. I have to mention both Jenny and Vichet who are absolutely amazing. The experience at dinner was so incredible we went back again for our last night, not just for the food but to enjoy the hospitality of these two wonderful employees. Overall the rooms were amazing, the pool was clean and the vibes in the villa were great. Will be back again, and I hope to see Jenny still smiling and happy as she always is.

• Kellie (10/5): Will stay here again. - Beautiful, huge room, very comfortable and clean. Location is a short tuktuk ride to the pub street / night market area. Staff were lovely and helpful. Spa was nice, food was good. Breakfast was tasty, with small but adequate range of items. Would stay here again. Most things were very good. Property / rooms could do with minor touch ups. Everything was clean & well maintained but squeaky bathroom door for example. Not many things nearby to walk to easily, but they provide tuktuk to Central Area.

• Kalpesh (10/5): Perfect for a holiday - Everything you need for a relaxing holiday is what this property gives you. The distance to downtown is around 5mins tuktuk ride but is taken care (free) of at least between 5-8pm. Sofa bed could have been better.

• Emily (10/5): beautiful hotel - Our room was STUNNING!! Really spacious, extremely comfortable bed, the biggest bath I’ve ever seen. Breakfast was great. The pool area was beautiful with comfortable loungers. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Honestly can’t fault this hotel at all. Everything was perfect!
• Baljit (10/5): Excellent resort - We were looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life, so the location is ideal for us. However, it is only about 2km from the city center which is easily reachable by tuk-tuk (the hotel does provide a one-way free tuk-tuk service daily until 8 pm) The property is huge but the number of units is limited. This was good as we had a huge room and at no point did we feel there was a crowd, Both the room and bathroom were huge and it was nice that the toiletries given were a blend of natural ingredients. The breakfast was not huge but sufficient and there was a mixture of Western and local options. The staff were really helpful and were always at hand to provide any assistance we needed.

• Benny (9/5): Beautiful hotel on outskirts of Siem Reap - Nice and big family room with enough space for two adults and two kids. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Lucky even went through the effort of learning our names. Swimming pool area is cozy and surrounded by green, giving a bit of a jungle vibe. Breakfast buffet was very good. Mix of salad bar, fruit, and both western and eastern food. Excellent coffee. Quality was great but selection may be a bit smaller than I would have liked. For example, sausages and bacon were not available. I also did not see noodle soup. Complimentary cocktails and mocktails by the pool during happy hour every day. Free tuktuk to the center. Hotel also provides drivers and translators for visitors to the temples. All in all, a good hotel for visitors to Siem Reap that want to stay outside the city center in a quieter neighborhood. The services in the neighborhood are quite limited. You can find laundry, coffee places, and some restaurants within 10-15 minutes walking, but you need a tuktuk to the center to get a proper selection

From the friendly front desk service to the amazing massage staff - everyone was warm and welcoming from the minute we landed at the airport! The room we had was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. It is nice and peaceful but is around a 5 minute tuk tuk ride from the centre (which didn’t bother us as there was always a tuk tuk available whenever we wanted to go somewhere.) The bath in the pool suite room is HUGE - so if you want a bath, plan it hours in advance.

Quiet while we were there but can imagine the pool area could get busy if there were a lot of guests staying. The staff were outstanding in their service. My daughter left her ear pods by the pool one day and the staff presented them to her at breakfast. Good detective work and a hugely grateful daughter. Breakfasts were generous and tasty. I loved the free trips into town by our friendly TukTuk driver affiliated to the hotel. He was great. I guess the short distance from the centre of town could be seen as a drawback but the free journeys into the town centre made up for that. Also I preferred the peace and quiet around the pool area.

• Daniela (10/5): a wonderful stay in a small luxerious juwel - The villa by metta is a boutique hotel that is second to none. Although it does not have many rooms, it has everything a luxury hotel has-wonderful spa area where you can get excellent massages, a great restaurant where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner and a beautiful pool with loungers. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. And all that at a very very good price-I will definitely come back. It is not in the centre of the city, but with tuctuc 8min away.

• Anca (10/5): great hotel, lush garden, great swimming pool, and spa facilities - lush vegetation, great swimming pool, very nice and good spa massage services, big and clean rooms. the property is great, european standards for facilities. they offer one way free ride with tuk-tuk to the old market after 5 pm. also at 6-7 pm rhey have happy hour with free cocktails by the pool (which are actually very good). it is close to old town (2 km) and also to Angkor Wat (8 km). Staff very friendly and helpfull. Beautyfull design at the restaurant -breakfast could be more diverse, but I will not underrate the property for that. - genko lizards :)) but it s not about the hotel. they are everywhere in Cambodia. Just close the doors and you ll be fine.

The tuk-tuk service (with free rides at certain times) was excellent! Food was good and the free cocktails from 6-7pm was great too! Thank you for a wonderful stay! Our room's air-conditioner was not working well as it was either too warm or too cold. On some days the temperature would fluctuate automatically especially at night, and it was not comfortable to sleep especially when it got too warm.

• Ann (10/5): Lovely lush beautiful comfortable resort, quiet and a quick taxi from the main tourist/party street - Beautiful 5 star resort, newly built I believe. Beautiful pool with swim up cabanas. Happy hour with free drinks and light snacks daily 6-7pm, so nice to meet other guests during this time. Free Tuktuk to Pub street 5-8pm (but you need to bring $2 for your ride back). Free bikes in good condition, easy short ride into town. Breakfast was delicious! They will pack you a to go box if you go early to Angkor Wat for sunrise (check weather before, we had a cloudy day so it wasn’t worth getting up that early… the sunset was much better and we weren’t stumbling there in the dark). Looks like a romantic place to be, though there were a lot of families with small kids. We were with our 4 year old (who had so much fun in the pool and catching frogs). FYI the entrance was not very well marked from the street (looks like they are doing construction on it, however so this will change). Not central/walking location, but not a complaint since it was nice and quiet. They spray some sort of mosquito fog all over the property once weekly, recommend staying inside or being off the property during this time.

• Mayara (10/5): Great place! Would definitely come back 😀 - The place is beautiful, with a nice pool, and very friendly staff! Not an issue for me, but not walking distance to the city. Still the hotel provides a car in the evening/night to go back and forth.
• Neeraj (9/5): A blissful stay in Siem Reap - Overall the property is very nice, not too far away from the city center. The staff is very nice and friendly. The free pick up service from the airport, evening tutktuk to city center and daily free cocktail hour is certainly I haven't had experienced in any other hotels. The hotel also arranged the tour of Angkor Wat complex and both the guide Mr. Son and driver Mr. Samarth were super professional. Mr. Son even helped us with our baby stroller and was very kind and affectionate. At the hotel, Ms. Ratana and other staff members were helpful and happy to help. Lastly, the rooms are spacious, comfortable and the pool is very nice and clean. The breakfast is a bit letdown. The pastries ( croissant, danish, etc.) weren't crispy at all. The taste was missing.

Amazing staff (especially Mrs Ly Houng) who went out of their way to find tickets etc for us. Mr Kong was a super nice tuk tuk driver for the hotel for our tours to the temples. nothing
• Cindy (9/5): Good experience! - The breakfast spread was good. The check-in and check-out procedure was speedy and the staff were friendly and approachable. The The wifi signal isn’t very strong in the room, only at certain spots. The room had a stale smell to it, understandably so since it was not well-used during Covid.

• Leon (7/5): Beautiful, when observing from a distance. Mixed feelings when looking closer. - Beautiful and quiet. Beauty on the surface, but quite a few things were not that great when you looked closer. Bath was huge, but water was often just too cold to enjoy a bath in the first place. Staff was friendly, but then when knocked on the door asking to clean while i was taking a nap (didn’t have any sign outside to clean my room). Breakfast included was a buffet, which is usually great, but then all the bread tastes as if it was three days old. I’m happy with the value I got because I got an 80% discount, but the value would have been terrible if I paid the list price.
• Samantha (10/5): Luxury at an affordable price with amazing service - The hotel was in a great location that is nice and quiet suitable for families or ones who does not like to hear party music and busy atmosphere. You can pay all your accomodation and expenses on checkout which is amazing . So far I found this was the first hotel in Cambodia , I came across, I’ve been to Cambodia 5 times. Love the air conditioning it was so nice and different to standard hotel air cons . The pool was amazing filled with wonderful fresh water , which made me felt like I was swimming in nature. Love the greenery … garden was amazing and I love the balcony rooms . The showers was amazing ! And bath tubs I love the most very big and minimalistic feel . Water pressure was the best ! They had really nice hot and cold water which felt like home in Australia . The staff was so helpful and very kind … I would definitely go there again . I extended my stay to 2 weeks , originally only booked two nights.
