• Jeffrey (10/5): - I had an amazing stay at B2 Hua Hin. The rooms were very clean, and a great big shower. I was training Muay Thai locally, and this location was very walkable to everywhere I had to go. So many great food options, bars, and beach. I also enjoyed taking time from the heat to go to the Market Village Mall. You have to check out the food court downstairs! Thank you for a great stay.

• V153QOdavidm (2/5): Avoid this hotel - Horrible experience. Terrible customer service. I've stayed at this place a few times in the past. I booked two rooms for my friend and I, and for the first time in the 19 years that I've been living in Thailand, and the nearly 50 years that I've been coming to Thailand I was asked to show a visa stamp. I don't carry my passport unless I'm leaving the country or going to a bank to make an important transaction. I did have a color copy of my passport with my visa stamp on the back, however they said that they required one of my friend also, even though the booking was entirely in my name and paid for by me. I feel that the man at the counter was simply flexing his muscles and asking for something that is not required. I will now have to fight to get a refund with Agoda. I asked the hotel for a refund and they said no, the man was very rude, very arrogant, very obnoxious, and totally uncooperative. The only mistake I made was not getting his name. I sincerely hope he loses his job over this, he doesn't deserve that job. Not only will I never come back to this hotel, I would encourage every single person who reads this review to not book with this hotel, they have no idea how to treat customers properly.

• Friedrich (2/5): - Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Im Bad überall Schimmel. Kühlschrank funktioniert nicht. Bei Nachfrage nur patzige Antwort. Klimaanlage nur laut aber kühlt nicht. Dusche komplett verkalkt, kommt nur Wasser gerieselt hat aber nichts mit duschen zu tun. Ansonsten nimmt man es hier mit der Sauberkeit nicht genau. Personal vor allem M anager so sehr unfreundlich. Ich habe nur zweimal gefragt warum ein Deposit bezahlt werden muss, da hat er sofort angefangen laut zu werden und mich angeschrien wenn ich jetzt nochmal frage, wird er die Polizei anrufen und mich aus dem Hotel schmeißen. Heute wissen wir auch warum das Deposit. Wir haben andere Hotelgäste beobachtet die beim ausschlecken ihr Deposit nicht zurück bekommen haben. Angeblich war etwas kaputt usw. Hotel no Go, würden im Leben nicht mehr herkommen. Es gibt in Hua Hin soviel schöne preisgleiche Hotels die freundlich sind. Hier ist der Gast nur ein Geldautomat und Störfaktor

• Verified traveler (2/5): Denied check in - I booked this hotel but was denied check in even though I had 2 valid forms of Thai ID and a copy of my passport. I was told in the past foreigners had stayed there who's visas had expired so they didn't want to take any chances with me. Of course the manager was not there and not answering their phone, and their reservation center was closed. The front desk staff was rather smug about denying my check in and told me to go to another hotel. They also refused to cancel the booking and kept the money paid for the room. The next day I tried calling their reservation center and was hung up on as soon as they heard me speaking English. Bottom line, this is the type of place that gives Thai hotels a bad reputation. They have no interest in customer service and may deny your booking for frivolous reasons. If your goal is to be walking distance to anything, there are plenty of better hotels in the same price range that are on Soi 94 itself.

• Nick_882017 (6/5): OK for short term stay - I suppose the low cost, relative to other Hua Hin hotels/accommodation, gives one a clue about what to expect. So, based on this you pay for what you get really. The room I was in was comfortable enough and for a group of people (3 beds, one against the window) it could be useful. No breakfast, so be prepared to head out when starting your day off. Facilities are limited, no outside area (garden etc.. to sit in and work for example). For a short stay it is OK, but for luxury and atmosphere + facilities this establishment will not meet your desires.

• _Y26JO (2/5): Not even stay here! no hospitality service, only robot staff - My name is Ken, I have worked in the hotel industry for more than 16 years in the Sales & Marketing department. My previous experience concerns Front Office & Reservation Manager, E-commerce Manager, Director of Revenue, and I was a Director of Sales in 5 stars luxury also. The event of the problem was around 8 o'clock on 16 July. I went to the lobby to reserve a room for 2 persons and I have checked the price already 440 baht. Then I put money on the counter to make a reservation and she informed me the room will be ready at 2 pm onward. I told her that fine I gonna come back later because I need to do something first, Suddenly she asked me ID card for made a reservation, but I did not take it to belong with me at that moment. However, I informed her upon check-in I gonna show my ID card anyway. Then she said you can come back later there are a lot of rooms left today. On the other hand, she rejected my advance reservation of 440 baht. I'm in a hurry then I mark her word "Okay, come back later". At 5 PM I show off with my girlfriend to check-in, but the front office staff afternoon shift said no room 440 baht available right now. If you would like to stay we have a room with a fluctuation/dynamic rate of 480 baht. I was very angry and stung and very tired. I did try to explain to her the reservation did not make in the morning by your staff because I did not have an ID card with me then she said I may come back and pay directly upon check-in. So what happened staff in the afternoon shift insists I must pay 480 baht. I took all the documents and return to my vehicle. Therefore I went to check-in at Ibis instead of B2 Hua Hin.

• Bradley (2/5): change your management and attitude - The hotel is good and clean, the area isn't so far from the shops, restaurants and sea. But the staffs and manager are really bad in their services. Doesn't help in anything and are really arrogant and disrespectful when the talk to the foreigners. its so many trip every years for business, it's the first time that i saw a so poor respect from managers. As we say, the weakness from people give advantages for others... But you are services workers, can be ashamed about the way how you care about the "services". Will never go again in b2hotel.
• Verified traveler (10/5): A new clean hotel--best if you have a car. - We often overnight in Hua Hin driving from Krabi to BKK. We decided to try a new one and were pleasantly surprised. It is very new and clean. It was easy on the budget. Only downside is it is a little difficult to get in and out of without a car. To find it, Google Maps will lead you right there.
• erske2016 (6/5): Good value - If you’re looking for a good value place to stay in Hua Hin this is as good a place as any its a new hotel (in fact I would say not quite finished yet ) the rooms are spacious and sleep three people,it’s comfortable and clean the only complaint I have with the room is that there is only one mirror there was only two of us and we argued about using the one mirror I can’t imagine if there were three adults in the room and they were all getting ready to go out at the same time.At the moment they have no coffee shop or restaurant I don’t know if that is what they are building next to the reception to open later or not but it would be good if it was, although in saying that a large shopping mall is 10 minutes walk away with a great selection of restaurants and take away food.For the price you pay it’s budget if you don’t expect to much you won’t be disappointed.

• klimCL (10/5): Another Great Simple but Comfortable Stay - This is one of those Premier range of B2 hotels. And as I have written about B2 Premier before, you can be assured of their consistency. So, if you liked one, you will like them all. This B2 is not located in any sort of place surrounded by amenities, in fact it is like in the middle of nowhere. But it served well for my simple night’s stay before heading out early to elsewhere. Rooms are attractively style in white tiles with golden seams, stirring up a luxurious vibe and making you forget that this is a budget hotel. Brass fixtures in the bathroom were eye pleasing, but had been damaged by abusive guest (maybe they tried to take it home). Shower flowed well and water was warm. Room is small but being white, it appears bigger than it is. And they always have that extra small bed by the window which is good if you are travelling family style with a kid. 2 very tiny lifts serve the lobby, will be challenge to bring a stroller with luggage up when there are others around. So, you definitely cannot bring a piano up, which I cannot imagine why you would anyways. No breakfast in the morning as with all B2s, only a self-service instant coffee station. That’s all I asked for, a good comfortable simple stay.
• chriscR2471DA (10/5): Midweek stay - I’m currently staying at this hotel and I was not 100% if it was going to be good or not as a very low price was offered. After a little confusion by my GPS I arrived The rooms are excellent, nice bathroom, comfortable bed and Fox tv & a safe it’s like it’s brand new but apparently two years old If walking in not that good an access as the back road is small and dark but if driving ok. Plenty of parking spaces too. The railway is close by so maybe the sea view !!! Might be better. But for the cost it’s just fantastic. Tea and coffee in the room plus drinking water.
• truethomascovenant (6/5): horrible location - located close to the train tracks (yes you hear the trains) and reachable only by car through a one way one lane with motorbikes continuously driving the wrong directions (TiT), you end up in the middle of a field with this hotel. since you need a car to go somewhere the parking is just to small. the room was clean and nice, furniture in ikea style. no amenities in the hotel. and the shower had ONE tiny shower gel for 2 persons.

• philipyu9 (8/5): Nice & Quiet - I stayed for 1 night. You got to have a car to go to this hotel. Though it's no breakfast but the room is sizable good clean and quiet. Staff was also friendly. There was plenty space for car park but it's no shade! I liked television they had more than 100 channels! If you look for quiet place to stay I would recommend this place.

• adisornw2016 (6/5): I don’t like the carpark and the location - Overall was good nice and clean room with facilities But, -In the room there was a glass wall see through only a thin blurred wallpaper to cover make the me feel embarrassed when stay with friends -Location was not good narrow and one way road -Car park is not enough especially in the Saturday night which have a lot of customers car I have to park at the other part which is not a concrete side it is lateritic soil

• theresiabambang (8/5): Big comfortable room - A new small hotel in Huahin. Good position easy walkable distance to village market and to huahin beach. We stayed in the family suite with 2 big queen beds. Room looks new and clean with balcony. Overall we had a pleasant stay .
• Diana7737 (6/5): Good for 1-2 days stay - Location in Huahin town,easy access via bike (rental) or Grab. Near train station,next to Bangkok Hospital. Isolated on a piece of empty land but newly built. Room have mini fridge, hair dryer, soap bar,cotton buds & shampoo without toothbrush though. Stayed the first 2 nights was ok. When returned for another night,the staff has attitude problem by ignoring our request. Even the security guard & the 2 dogs out there is friendly. The last room that we stayed in, floor was not properly clean though, with dust, ants & bugs.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Only for people with cars/scooters - +clean and nicely decorated hotel. -too far. And the location is terrible. One night my husband and I went through the hospital lane at night trying to get to the hotel but the gate is locked up, so we have to climb over the gate and walk to the hotel. It’s good if you have a locomotive, but if you walk, you will be miserable. And the drainage for shower is not that good, it flooded after shower everytime.
• MeEarnny (2/5): sleepless night - I heard something knocked on my door last night. i didn't open and it made me can't get to sleep. Thought, The room is fine and new if you looking for new resort it can be one of your choice. but staffs led a white dog walked in first floor while i checked in.

Overall, it has been a very pleasant stay :)
• Kelvin Lim (4/5): Disorganized and no checks - New hotel but apparently 1. Check in room Aircon water leaking badly 2. Move to next room but inside guest Third room move and no hot water ... Decided not to move after that since it already wasted 45mins of my time. No dustbin and lack of amenities such as hairdryer.
