• Diana (8/5): Um sítio com calma e alma. - A paz do local, o facto de serem bungalows isolados, o conforto da cama. Os funcionários foram muito prestáveis e simpáticos. A localização. É mais para o Norte da ilha, num local com poucas coisas interessantes à volta.

• Ramos (8/5): - Gostámos muito do espaço, é bonito e agradável. Os funcionários não eram muito prestáveis comparativamente a outros locais em Bali que estivemos e nem todos falavam inglês. Não oferecem garrafas de água como em muitos hotéis em Bali Continental. Não gostámos de não terem referido que a gasolina não estava incluída no aluguer da mota. Não sabia e tive de colocar por mim apesar de não ter sido referido à priori.

• Eduardo (7/5): - La estancia en general estuvo bastante bien y diría que es un alojamiento correcto para pasar unos días en Nusa Penida. La ubicación y el ambiente eran agradables, y el personal fue amable durante toda la estancia. Aun así, en general tuvimos una buena experiencia y le daría un 7/10. Con una mejora en la limpieza y en el restaurante podría ser un sitio mucho mejor. Las habitaciones estaban bien, aunque la limpieza podría mejorar bastante. Había algunos detalles que daban sensación de poca limpieza y creo que es algo en lo que deberían poner más atención. En cuanto al restaurante del alojamiento, cumple para salir del paso, pero la comida nos pareció bastante normal y algo cara para la calidad ofrecida.

• Mark (7/5): Comfortable and affordable. - The mattress is really comfortable and bedding clean. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Property is advertised with a TV. But staff say not working due to no reception. Two of the three days/nights we had no Wi-Fi in the room due to a fault.

Exceptional services, lovely staff members, and a very relaxing atmosphere, for the price we paid it was well worth. Props to the manager for doing an exceptional job! Would be nice if breakfast included some local cuisine options, though the lovely kitchen staff was able to whoop something up for us.

• YURIY B. A. (10/5): - Мы отдыхали в несезон, и отель был заполнен меньше чем наполовину, но с погодой на Нуса-Пениде нам повезло — все дни были солнечными. Важный совет по трансферу: от главного порта острова до отеля ехать около получаса. Советую по возможности выбирать паромы, которые прибывают в один из двух небольших портов, расположенных прямо рядом с отелем. Персонал охотно проконсультирует по этому вопросу через WhatsApp и поможет подобрать оптимальный вариант. Сама территория отеля очень уютная, есть открытый бассейн (вода освежающая, прохладная). Живут гости в отдельных бунгало. Мы брали два домика на троих и остались довольны. В каждом есть всё необходимое: кондиционер, холодильник, удобная кровать, чайный набор, стабильный wifi. Особенно понравилась душевая зона под открытым небом — принимать душ было необычно и очень приятно. Ещё один приятный бонус — местная любимица, собака Люси (наша дочь была от неё в восторге). Люси иногда заглядывает в бунгало, чтобы спастись от жары под кондиционером, или составляет компанию в ресторане. Говоря о ресторане: он стильно оформлен, цены демократичные, а еда вкусная. Заметно, что сюда приходят и туристы из других мест. На завтрак предлагают на выбор несколько блюд (около восьми вариантов) — сытно и разнообразно. Отдельно хочется поблагодарить персонал. Нас встретили очень тепло и помогли с целым списком вопросов: обмен валюты, билеты на паром, трансфер. Также они организуют экскурсии по острову без наценки, по стандартным ценам. Большое спасибо всему коллективу за прекрасный отдых на одном из самых красивых островов в мире! Нет рабочего места, пришлось немного повозиться, обустроив его на тумбочке рядом с кроватью.

• Angelina (9/5): - Очень красивая, чистая территория и номер. Кондей работает. Ресторан работает до 10 вечера. Место у бассейна вечером располагает к отдыху. Близко к месту откуда уезжали на снорклинг, буквально 10 мин на байке. Немного шумно от дороги и утром начинают мести двор часов в 7 утра. Мы и так в это время вставали и нам было ок. Далековато от порта основного, 20 мин на байке. Однако это место мы вспоминали из за уютности территории и номера

• Jasmin (2/5): Underwhelmed by my experience! Not ideal for solo travelers - Pool area is nice. AC didn't work, no staff available after 10pm to help, couldn't sleep at all in the heat. Staff checked AC in the morning and confirmed it needed to be fixed. I talked to the manager about the issue and had to insist on not paying for the night due to inconvenience. The manager first asked me to pay half and after a bit he comped the room but ask me to pay for breakfast which was originally included with my stay. Also no phone in the room, so if you need something you have to walk out to the front desk. Only get 2 bath towels in the room, no wash clothes or hand towels. Bathroom is "outdoor" and there is no vanity space at all.

We had a breakfast included within our reservation and could choose from each category: coffee / tea , fresh juice, meal and fresh fruit. Breakfast was above average. We needed to request a room change due to smell coming from the house next doors raising chickens.

• Apolline (9/5): Très bon séjour à Nusa Penida - La gentillesse du personnel, toujours souriant et serviable, la piscine, le lieu. Nous avons très bien dormi dans notre chambre. L’hôtel nous a également organisé un tour de l’île avec un chauffeur privé, nous avons été enchanté merci beaucoup ! Le restaurant de l’hôtel est aussi très bon et pas cher. Il y avait beaucoup de moustique et malheureusement ni de prise anti moustique ni de moustiquaire. Il serait agréable d’avoir un des deux dans la chambre. Ne pouvant pas manger d’œuf, il était compliqué pour moi de manger quelque chose au petit déjeuner mais il était quand même très bon pour ceux mangeant des œufs.

Overall, the hotel's restaurant is a below-average place I would avoid visiting. - Location is awful - far away from everything worth visiting and forcing you to take a taxi to the harbour every time - Transfer to Gili terribly organized. We had to pay for a fast boat (350 000 RP) because the ferry company arranged by this hotel departed one hour late, apparently to completely fill the ship. It seems that the word “punctuality” is not yet part of the Indonesian vocabulary. People on these islands mostly live from ripping off tourists while loitering all day - which perhaps explains why the area remains so underdeveloped.

El restaurante es bueno, bonito y barato. Te alquilan moto sin problema y a buen precio. Cerca del embarcadero. El día que te trasladas en barco a otra zona, te llevan en coche con las maletas y sin ningún coste. Lo recomiendo 100%.

Once you get inside the property, you find a heavenly place. They offered pick up from port for free, also drop off on departure day. • michele (8/5): Posto semplice e tranquillo dove passare del tempo sereni - Posto piccolo e molto tranquillo nella zona centrale con negozi e ristoranti attorno. La struttura dispone anche di un proprio ristorante ma che non abbiamo provato. Il personale era gentilissimo e molto disponibile e la colazione buona in qta giusta. Alcune cose interne potrebbero essere leggermente riviste e sistemate, ma non disturbano più di tanto. Magari cambierei le rubinetterie

La posizione è vicina al porto, ed il personale è stato molto gentile. Servizio di taxi per e da il porto compreso, inoltre la colazione è veramente squisita e con vasta scelta. Sistemare la porta di ingresso in quanto a volte risultava difficile da chiudere
