La unica forma de ventilar la habitación es abrir la ventana que da al patio. El baño tiene salida unicamente a la habitación por lo que se llena de humaded. Tendrían que mejorar ese punto si o si, tuvimo 37 grados en fines de abril. Cobran un 8% extra si se paga con tarjeta.

Raishrie (7/5): - Miguel was een hele fijne host en de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding was goed. De locatie is ideaal, dichtbij het centrum, en (op één medewerker na) dacht het team goed mee, bijvoorbeeld bij het boeken van tours. We hebben ook prettig gebruik kunnen maken van de keuken, die van alle gemakken voorzien was. Als verbeterpunt zou ik aanraden om de keuken iets meer up-to-date te maken, zodat het bij de wasbak wat hygiënischer en verzorgder oogt. Verder een prettig verblijf en zeker een aanrader. Keuken en badkamer verdient een update :)

De gedeelde badkamer werd zeer regelmatig - zo niet elke keer nagebruik - schoongemaakt. We waren overal tevreden over.

Vom Hotel aus kann man Touren und einen Flughafenshuttle buchen. Es gibt kostenfreien Kaffee und Trinkwasser. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Nur zu empfehlen!

They arranged tours for us and gave us good tips about seeing the town. Good location. There were a number of posted amenities that were not accurate. Eg. Shuttle from airport - the cost would have been $1800 so we were advised by the hotel to take a collectivo. No coffee make as advertised in our room and making coffee in the common kitchen was problematic at times. Mainly it was very cold in the room. We did request and receive an electric heater which helped.

La ubicación es excepcional, cerca de los andadores turísticos pero sin estar en todo el movimiento de las calles. Alrededor hay todo tipo de servicio y el hotel es un oasis de paz y descanso. Limpieza impecable, el personal no puede ser más amable y con ganas de ayudar y agradar a sus clientes, la decoración del hotel, el patio interior y la comodidad de sus camas lo hacen el lugar perfecto para descansar en San Cristóbal. Yo reserves para 2 días y acabé alargando mi estancia a 5 porque me sentía como en casa..muchas gracias a Miguel y a todo el personal :) Todo fue excelente

Gemma (9/5): GENIAL OPCIÓN EN SAN CRIS - La ubicación es perfecta no están en todo el meollo pero al lado andando. Orientado a un cliente más mochilero pero con todas las comodidades. Habitaciones limpias y personal muy dispuesto ayudar en todo. Wifi perfecta. Tiene cocina común por si queréis preparar algo. La cama podría ser más cómoda. Pero para pocas noches es perfecto
Alejandro (1/5): Las instalaciónes y el precio del hotel son muy buenas, sin embargo el personal el pesimo. - La ubicación es muy buena y muy estrategica para visitar el pueblo, El precio no es caro y las instalaciónes la verdad si son muy buenas El personal del Hotel es pesimo, no hay hospitalidad y no te dicen las cosas claras, en mi caso me quede unicamente 2 noches y quisieron cobrarme una extra a pesar de haber hecho el check out a tiempo, incluso cuando explique que el hecho de que se hizó el check out a tiempo (Antes de las 10 am) y me habian dicho que no habia ningun problema y todo estaba ok, intentarón hacerme un cobro a mi tarjeta de credito nomas sali del hotel. Pesimo servicio

Estevao (8/5): Good place to stay in San Cris a couple of days - Location was good, place was nice and front office friendly. Internet was unstable and at times when entering the room their was a smell typical of closed places.
