- milan-zrh (10/5): Fantastic Resort - The Bulgari is amongst the Top 5 hotels in Dubai. The resort itself feels private and exclusive, while still being close to Downtown and the major attractions. Service was discrete and attentive - I want to particularly mention the staff at both pools (Yacht Club and La Spiaggia), they were so hospitable and provided outstanding service. Good selection of restaurants, and the breakfast was fantastic. I loved that it was A La Carte rather than Buffet, as the quality was noticeably better. 10/10.

- davidlI1791RT (8/5): As with all top hotels, it’s all about the staff - The Hotel is relatively new and beautifully located with water on three sides and a fantastic position to watch for hot, dusty Dubai Summer sunsets. As Dubai Hotels go this is small, but very high grade. Five stars in Dubai really means five stars! On arrival plentiful well-briefed staff immediately make one feel welcome and cared for. We dined in a two Michelin-starred Italian restaurant. ALL the waiters and chefs were Italian as well as the cuisine. The Spa is really nice. One of us had a massage and the other a (very) cold plunge experience. Indira, a yoga trained, holistic and very well-informed wellness professional looked after me in the 5degC barrel. Despite being relatively used to this therapy and practicing regularly, I learned a lot from her. Well done!

The location is perfect, close to everything and yet private in itself. The decor is luxurious and clean, stylish, upscale and just plain Beautiful! The dining options are abundant. The property offers an amazing beach with an amazing pool and outdoor dining options. The rooms are spacious and luxurious with thoughtful touches every day from treats to tea and waters. Every amenity and luxury has been tought if in advance and in your room! The service is a level 10+ with a staff that is friendly, enthousiastic about their hotel and so very helpful. We really didnt need to leave this property and we would have had the greatest trip to Dubai - it represents an amazing country very well! Unprofessional - We have made the decision to discontinue our association with your establishment, both now and in the future, due to the conduct of your reception staff, particularly the night manager and security guard, Yasir. While we acknowledge that we arrived early, made an additional night booking, and waited in the lobby, we ultimately fell asleep as we were informed that our rooms were not yet ready and required cleaning. We recognize that sleeping in the lobby or any public area is not permitted, and we understand that it is inappropriate. However, we had previously communicated to the reception that we were waiting for my father to arrive to complete the necessary formalities, and his delay was due to a late flight. Despite this, we were met with rudeness from the staff. Prior to 1 o'clock, the manager and another gentleman at the reception were exceptionally kind and offered us drinks, making us feel comfortable. Unfortunately, the staff who arrived after that time displayed unprofessional behavior. Yasir instructed us to wait outside, stating that we were sleeping and needed to leave so they could clean. I politely requested to remain inside until the cleaning was completed, as it was too cold outside, but he refused and insisted we go out, which was particularly difficult for my elderly mother, who suffered from back pain due to the cold. Yasir is accountable for this situation, and we cannot overlook his actions. I relayed the entire incident to my father, who is understandably furious. When I attempted to discuss the matter with the night manager, he was unwilling to listen. However, when I presented logical arguments, he eventually apologized but seemed at a loss for words. His apologies are of little comfort to us. We hope that appropriate measures will be taken regarding the behavior of these two individuals. Even after our conversation, we remained outside without anyone inviting us back in, indicating a lack of welcome. We are extremely disappointed, as our expectations have been severely let down.
- markwK9575AM (4/5): Poor service, average food, questionable bill - My wife treated us to an afternoon tea as we were considering a stay during future Dubai trips. We walked in to a very narrow entrance-way, with no sign of a greeting from anyone. In my experience, the truly high-end hotels have a warm and friendly greeting for everybody as soon as you set foot through the door. We really didn't 'feel' the atmosphere in the hotel from start to finish. We checked in for the afternoon tea and we took a seat outside on the balcony overlooking the small beach. Lots of building work going on just across the bay but that's completely normal for The Emirates so no dramas there. It then took over twenty minutes for someone to come and take a drinks order, the place wasn't that busy so this was a little disappointing. The afternoon tea was booked for two people, so we were confused when we were told that one of the cups of coffee would be chargeable. We assumed this was an error on the team member's behalf so put that to one side, tea for two, two cups of tea or coffee included, surely? When the food arrived it looked great, and there was so much of it! What we did eat tasted ok, nothing jaw-dropingly amazing, but what very quickly followed was both of us suffering incredible bloating. We had saved ourselves for this so it wasn't down to the amount of food and drink consumed earlier in the day. We finished our drinks, and decided that we'd get back to our own hotel, the Mandarin Oriental at Jumeirah. We eventually managed to flag someone down to bring us the bill, in what was now a pretty much empty bar area. Sure enough, the extra cup of coffee was there on the bill. Spending two hundred pounds on afternoon tea here doesn't even stretch to a cuppa each, we double-checked with the team-member and they looked a bit vacant and unwilling to reconsider this. We paid and left. I've since read some reviews for this hotel, and they really don't reflect our own experience. I find some of them extremely questionable, for example, "My daughter and her husband went. They had a wonderful time....". Odd that there are only 560 reviews at the time of writing this, and the Very Good ones read very unnaturally to me. I'll read the management response with interest! We won't return, there are definitely better establishments out there in our opinion.

When you see on photos such amazing rooms and beautiful views, you fall in love in this place and pay immediately for it in hope of fantastic vacation in this paradise. But after you spend first night, this paradise become hell. For my family it was: -Warm in food (I have videos) it's so dangerous to the health. -Sleepless all night because of terrible sewer smell in the room they change the name of room categories , but didn't change this information on website. So when I come, I pay for one category, but it was downgraded. -The administration was arrogant and the most they offered after all at discussion and demanding a refund to move to another hotel, was changing room on the second day and a massage as a gift. -Sleepless in new room because of construction work. When I get to a beach in morning it was still terrible noise of construction even on Saturday -Air conditioning in new room doesn't work (outside was 36* Celsius) When i ask for next time coming and give a special offer because of sleepless nights and really terrible service (there is much more then I wrote here), I received "special offer" with prices that are much more higher then gives agencies. So if you want amazing views, perfect design, terrible service , sleepless nights, and pay for it lot of money- wellcome. Самый красивый отель с ужасным сервисом. Из сюрпризов после оплаты и заселения: - живой червяк в блюде из артишоков (видео есть) - бессонная ночь из-за поломки и запаха на всю спальню канализации - бессонные дни из-за громкой актвиной стройки (отель не предупреждает) на пляжной линии. -не работающий кондиционер в 36*градусную жару. -могут не предупредив вас в день заезда поменять категорию номера на худшую. Перенаселения будете ждать полдня на чемоданах. -максимум, что вам скажут за весь этот испорченный отдых: извините, такое бывает... Сервис к огромному сожалению на очень низком уровне.

Everything about the hotel is impeccable. The rooms, food, amenities and service were top class and I have no hesitation in recommending the venue to others. It also has the great advantage of being quieter and more subtle than many of the other major hotels in Dubai. I'm already making plans for my stay next Christmas!

- Jacqueline (10/5): - Das Hotel ist einmalig gelegen und der Ausbau ist top. Dieser Standard und Style ist einmalig. Leider hörte man in unserem Eckzimmer die Stimmen bis 2.30 Uhr nachts von der Terrasse des Restaurants in der Lobby. Die schöne Terrasse war für uns nicht wirklich nutzbar, da unser Zimmernachbar auf der Terrasse Zigarren geraucht hat und wir diese ungefiltert gerochen haben. Der Aussenpool war im Vergleich zum Rest des Hotels und im Vergleich zu anderen Tophotels in Dubai wirklich sehr eher bescheiden.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Luxury haven - Luxury brand resort with great service. The deluxe room was lovely had Aarhus terrace overlooking the beach area and Burj Khalifa. Walk through closet, Bulgari bar cabinet with a mini bar. The hotel has a great location. Excellent service worth the price

There is no turndown service, housekeeping forgot a box of water bottles on the bed once, no extra towels, no complementary savoury or confectioneries as in other five star hotels! Just water! Pool area is below average, small pool and little greenery around. Food is average. We arrived at 2pm, waited for 1 hour to get our room. Prior to checkout, we asked for late checkout, they allowed us until 1pm, then the staff member asked us to wait for the hotel manager so that he can give us a better offer, we waited for him 5 minutes, and once he came, he offered us nothing more! Out of courtesy, they shouldnt let us wait for him if he cannot give anything more! The receptionist already told him of our request, why let us wait for him if he has nothing to offer? Very rude and unprofessional. Not worth the price at all. Spa area is nice and big, with a nice view. Therapist is average. I have seen much better than this.

- Monica (10/5): Relaxing visit - My stay at Bulgari was excellent. The staff were exceedingly friendly and cheerful, and my room was amazing -- very spacious, with a large outdoor balcony space, and a bathtub situated to take in the Dubai skyline. The pool and beach were exceptional, I loved the large beds surrounding the pool, and service was top notch; I received a miniature smoothing and skewer of fruit during the time I was there. Overall, this is a great place to get a bit away from Dubai and relax in peace.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Luxury Hotel, Great Service - Because it's Dubai, the alternatives are overwhelming. Bvlgari hotel is a beautiful facility with a cosy sense of tranquility. Rooms are clean and in an outstanding condition, service is superb and they keep that Dubai luxury standard up by all means. Price tag isn't cheap, expect it to fall once the hype is over so depending on the time you're viewing this comment I couldn't find a fault in the hotel but being overpriced as other alternatives would be around 50% cheaper.
