There is a strong pungent smell in the toilet, most likely emanating from a sewage issue and also the internet is one of the weakest I have encountered in Turkey but maybe that is due to the lack of fiber optic in Oludeniz.

Room was ready early I booked this place as somewhere to hang out by a pool for an afternoon while we waited for our late flight home, but the pool was unusable as it was half full of stagnant water. We weren't expecting much as it was cheap but without a pool it was a waste of money for us

We were shown to our room which was comfortable & clean. We had been provided with duvets & blankets (it was early April) which was appreciated. Electric shower gave us a nice hot shower. Location is one we know and there are some lovely restaurants around. Would stay again. Great price 😀

• Irina (9/5): Отель будем рекомендовать друзьям. - Отель понравился. Чисто, уютно, есть балкон. Тихий номер с хорошим видом на гору. Отзывчивый персонал. На кухне есть посуда, газовая плита. Удобная кровать и качественное постельное белье. Быстро закончился газ для плиты на кухне, но хозяева быстро заменили баллон. Одна из горелок гасла.

А на кухне горячая вода (общий нагрев по отелю) быстро заканчивается и после ужина трудно помыть посуду.

• Rahel (7/5): Great accomodation that could be easily improved - Great beds, shower. Very spacious. Amazing terrace, but might be loud when there are people in the pool in summer. Free parking in the street. Aircon with heater function, towels, shampoo, toilet paper was all there. Staff is nice but communication is very difficult, even with Google translate. We'd come again anyways. They charged us 1,60€ more per night. No communication possible with staff so nothing we could do. The apartment lacks basic amenities: no dishwasher tabs and soap, or sponge. No oil. Only salt. Only one pan and one pot. It might be important for some to know that the stairs to the apartment are incredibly steep, deep and numerous.

Расположен достаточно удобно для похода по Ликийской тропе. Всё понравилось. Ну могли бы пару пакетиков чая и кофе добавить, раз уж есть чашки.

В номере есть холодильник и плита, чтобы можно было самим готовить еду. Можно поставить микроволновку в номер. Но мы приехали вечером и уехали утром, поэтому особого дискомфорта от того, что нет микроволновки, не испытали.

Уютный сад с бассейном. Было холодно, поэтому мы не купались. Но это плюс в летнее время. В номере был кондиционер, который мы включали на обогрев, поэтому в номере было тепло. Вежливое и дружелюбное отношение персонала отеля. Помощь во всем.

• Vladimir (5/5): Not recommended - Stuff doesn’t speak English at all. Room is far from entrance and there are a lot of stairs which are hard to climb with a baggage. Some doors are broken. Has no walls from the street, only thin door in you your room which means you hear all the cars! You cannot close the door at night without turning light, but you can’t turn up the light without a key. Mattress is bad, you just fall into it without any support. Pillows are impossible to use, they are like 20cm brick, it’s easier to brake a neck rather use them. No trash bucket in the room.

• Aparjeet (9/5): Value for money. Super clean and friendly family run place - Location was close to the Lycian way trail yet inside the city with shops and cafés close by. The pool was clean. Room was super nice at this price. Bathrooms were clean and all fittings were working. Hairdryer was provided. They had a kettle in the room but no tea bags. Tea bags/ coffee could be provided since a kettle is given.

• AlexandraLebedevaRus (10/5): Отличный отель - Прекрасная девушка на ресепшен улучшила нам совершенно бесплатно номер. Дали номер на монсардном этаже с прекрасным большим балконом. В номере есть посудомойка и стиральная машинка. К ним дали все необходимые моющие средства. Так же при нашей просьбе обеспечили дополнительной сушилкой для белья. У отеля есть большая бесплатная парковка. Кровати удобные, подушки комфортные. Ванная комната оснащена всем необходимым. Единственное требует ремонта крепление для душа. Одна спальня - двухспальная кровать с выходом на балкон. Вторая спальня - две односпальные кровати. Общая территория - кухня, большой стол с четыря стульями, много диванов и камин и выходом на балкон. В кухне вся посуда, картлюли, сковорода, большой холодильник. Бассейн для взрослого человека маловат, но чтобы охладиться достаточно. Расположение удобное, рядом магазины, гора бабадак. Единственное море далеко.

La cuisine contient le minimum pour se faire des repas simple ce qui nous a suffit. La climatisation fonctionne très bien. Nous étions véhiculés, je pense que c'est nécessaire. Il y a quelques restaurants a quelques mètres de l'hotel. Bon rapport qualité prix! Si une éponge et du produit vaisselle étaient mis a disposition ca serait plus pratique

• Ines (1/5): - Une énorme déception. Dès l’arrivée, l’accueil a été glacial : la dame à la réception se force à sourire, mais sans aucune sincérité. Hypocrite et peu professionnelle, elle nous a d’emblée rappelé que nous devions sortir à 11h, sans aucune considération pour notre arrivée. À cela s’ajoute une connexion internet lamentable, inutilisable la plupart du temps. Pire encore : aucun produit de toilette ni de nettoyage n’était fourni dans la chambre. Nous avons dû tout acheter nous-mêmes .Ce n’est qu’après réclamation qu’on a fini par nous donner quelques produits, ce qui est inacceptable pour un établissement censé accueillir des voyageurs.

• Angelica (8/5): Soggiorno breve - L'appartamento è dotato di due camere e due bagni, molto bene organizzato e pulito. Si poteva usufruire della piscina situata proprio di fronte all' alloggio. La struttura si trova a 10 minuti di auto da Oludeniz dove si trova la riserva naturale, in quella zona sia i parcheggi che l'ingresso alla riserva sono a pagamento. In zona c'è qualche ristorante ma la parte più attiva è nella zona del lungomare. Lo staff molto disponibile e gentile. Siamo stati solo una notte per cui è difficile fare una valutazione più accurata.

• Deniz (1/5): - Wir waren eine Nacht in dieser Anlage. Unser Zimmer war eklig und schmutzig. Hygiene wird in diesem Apart Otel definitiv anders definiert. Wir konnten nicht mal Hände waschen, auf die Toilette gehen geschweige duschen…so ekelhaft war das Bad. Schimmel überall in den Ecken und Wänden. Wir haben 90 Euro bezahlt und sehen es als Lehrgeld. Ich verstehe nicht, wie die Bewertungen hier zustande gekommen sind, denn anhand der vorliegenden Bewertungen haben wir uns orientiert. Wir haben ein road-trip gemacht und hatten wirklich keine hohen Erwartungen. Wollten auch „nur zum schlafen“ nichts fancy, aber was uns hier erwartet hat, war der Grauen.

• Krause (9/5): Sunset Apart Hotel - We had a great two bed top-floor apartment with an additional amazingly sized living room and a terrace that spanned the full floor. Everything was clean, including bedding and the bathroom. The stairs were a bit steep which was ok for us as we travelled light, with backpacks only. I could imagine though that with a full luggage this could be quite a climb.

• Harun (6/5): Pleasant - We had an okay stay here, but it could have been much better. The rooms here are very good. Modern, new furniture, clean. Bed is comfortable. Shower doors were broken, and shower couldn’t be closed. Also, shower was a bit dirty in the corners, there was quite a bit of mould. Additionally, the wifi was horrible. There was barely any signal in our room, and when it was there, the internet was so slow that we ended up using our mobile data instead. The staff were very uninterested and not so polite. When we first arrived we had a feeling we were a burden to the people welcoming us, it was uncomfortable. And when we were leaving, there was no questions whether we liked the hotel or we had a nice stay, they just asked about the keys and that’s literally it. It’s an apartment hotel, we didn’t expect the room cleaning. Nobody mentioned room cleaning. There was no sign at the room to put outside not to disturb us. And yet, when we arrived to our room the second day they obviously cleaned our room. I mean, they could have told us so we don’t leave all our valuables and personal things laying around the room. If we knew, we would have asked them not to clean our room since we stayed only 2 nights. The complex is quite badly kept up. There’s lots of tall grass, random things laying around, trees are not shaped and cut properly, it does not look well maintained. There is a pool, we didn’t try it, it looked clean, but it’s really really small. There is no private parking, only street parking in front of the complex. And to be clear, it’s not a street parking, but you literally leave the car on the side of the road. The neighbourhood is quiet so it’s not a problem, just be aware. Overall, this place has a lot of potential to be great, but many small things added up, which resulted in a okay experience. I’m not expecting anything wow, but staff politeness, service, good wifi, and working shower doors are not much to ask for, these are the basics.

• Lyn (5/5): For a budget stay it was a reasonable price but unfortunately I wouldn't stay there again. - The cats. The location in Ovacik was pretty central, but it was a steep hill to climb to get to the apartment. The room was cold and damp, possibly due to the weather, and there was no means of heating the room, so layers of clothing were worn in bed and inside the room. The room was cleaned every two days, and only one loo roll was given every two days. The hotel doesn't have Turkish lira, so you can't exchange sterling. There was no soundproofing in the apartment above and we could hear people walking around and moving furniture

The room is spacious. The staff is friendly but not always on site. A bot hard to find anyone to help with some inquiries after checking in. The quilt is too thin for the weather.

The rooms were clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It also offered great value for money. A solid choice for anyone planning to explore the Lycian trail!

It was serviced every other day and we had a change of sheets once during our 6 night stay and daily change of towels everyday. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only irritant were the people above us who were quite noisy until late at night and dragged the chairs across the floor which was very loud.
