- Christina (9/5): - Clean, comfortable rooms. Nice pool area. When we were there it was very busy with guests but it didn’t seem like the staff was keeping up with the breakfast. When we went down there wasn’t much food and not even plates or bowls for what food they did have. Like I said I know they were full of guests but I feel they could have done a better job of keeping it stocked.

- X702SergioM (8/5): Simple, Comfortable Stay That Did Exactly What I Needed - My stay at the Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Fort Smith was one of those quick, no‑nonsense stops, checked in, slept well, and headed out, and it delivered exactly what I needed. The room was clean, quiet, and the bed was comfortable enough that I slept great. No noise from the hallway or outside, which is always a win. The location is convenient, right on a main road with plenty of food options nearby, and the area felt very safe. Check‑in was extremely smooth. Breakfast was the standard Fairfield setup, and it was good enough to start the day. Overall, a solid, reliable place to stay if you’re passing through or need a comfortable night in Fort Smith.

Breakfast on the weekend starts only at 7 am, which sucks cause I had to leave the hotel by 6 in the morning, so I missed out on breakfast both days. When I went to check out around 6:15 there was nobody at the front desk, and had to call the number , only for him to come out of the office , guess it was nap time . Other than that the stay was ok.

- Ted (10/5): Wonderful place. - I am thankful for Marriott’s. It's great to have a place to count on being clean and comfortable when you are exhausted from travel. The breakfast was great and the pool was very warm, although we were too tired to go in. The only wish would be whole grain toast and fresh bananas or strawberries at breakfast. But it was still really good.

My room was in great condition w very comfortable bedding, there is a guest laundry on-site, and the fitness center is in good shape. Best area for staying in the area for work: many restaurants and stores nearby. Front Desk Matul is an awesome representative for this Property: he honored all of my requests during my Stay and went out of his way to arrange all of my preferences during my multi-night stay. Matul and I had a lot of friendly conversations and he really made my Stay.

- traveling_jjs (10/5): If you don’t stay here, you are missing out - Awesome everything! From the minute we walked into the lobby, we were warmly greeted and promptly taken care of. Our room, 426, was exceptional - clean, comfortable and welcoming! The bed, the sheets, the pillows - amazing! The shower was invigorating and was as close to “perfect” as a shower could be. Breakfast was delicious and offered very many choices - almost everyone should be able to find something here to fill them up. Beautiful new hotel- everyone on staff was exceptional - I would highly recommend you stay here if you are looking for a good nights sleep at a really nice place, try this out - you won’t be disappointed! We will be returning the next time we are in the area!!

Staff was very friendly, and knowledgeable of the area. When I got to my room the first thing I noticed was the comfort level of the bed when I laid in it. I did not want to get up to go to work. Thank you Fairfield Inn and Suites Fort Smith for a great stay!

We had called the front desk regarding the lack of internet...But there was no internet hours later. The room we stayed in was for a 7 foot customer. The sink counter level was so high and the shampoo, conditioner soap dispenser was weird, at least 5ft above the tub located at the end of the tub. Won't want to stay in this hotel because of the above.

- Clareen65 (10/5): Don’t stay here!!!! - This hotel has changed dramatically over the past couple years. I don’t know if there are new owners or what. It used to be nice, clean and quiet. Now it’s starting to show its age. We stayed here over the June 29th weekend and it was OVER RUN with middle school age kids attending baseball games in the area. No parents in sight. Doors slamming until 1:30 in the morning, elevators always full of kids playing on the elevators, they would run up and down the halls all hours of the day. We got no sleep!! I spoke to the front desk and she just looked at me with a dumb look on her face and said “Oh I’m sorry”. The room had an odd smell like mold or something soured coming from the A/C unit. The trash cans out front beside the front door is ALWAYS overflowing with trash and the trash cans beside the elevators on each floor are ALWAYS full also. We won’t stay here again!!
