• Gautam (1/5): Horrible hotel , horrible staff , cheater hotel - Property online seemed ok When I booked . But t staff is horrible . Overall there r far better choices in market . It is very far off Firstly at time of check-in the staff was extremely rude & I guess he was bit drunk too . There was no one to park the car .even to get luggage to t room it was a big struggle . Breakfast , there was no spread . They gave us menu to choose . We chose masala dosa & chai , that is it , nothing else after paying for breakfast . If this was not ENUF , the masala of the dosa was stinking & we got to know that they used the previous day aloo for the masala dosa . T bathrooms r not cleant properly . The AC doesn't cool the room properly . Staff at the night time at reception was horrible . He was drunk , misbehaving & extremely pathetic . I regret not slapping him

Food was satisfactory. Overall it was a very good experience to stay at Kabir hotel & spa. Mattresses are worn out & noisy need to be changed .

• Jitna (4/5): Very disappointing not accomodating for family - The property is beautiful especially in the pictures it looked great also the price for the room was lower than others. The staff were very nice especially in the restaurant. The pictures made it look beautiful when booking and the biggest appeal was the swimming pool which is large and very beautiful however that was over shadowed by the smell of sewage that was coming from the drains around the pool and the amount of chlorine in the water was too much to mask the smell and maybe help clean the pool. The water in the pool made my family all end up itching when we got out. The room rate was cheap however considering the location that’s justified as it’s far from all other establishments. The food in the restaurant was ok however the prices were very high and this is where I think they make up for the cheaper room rates. The cottage room that we had was not as clean as we would expect and travelling with children they gave us one single mattress on the floor for both my girls 5 and 7 to sleep on. I had called up and explained one room and a family of 4 however they did not make efforts to accommodate us. We wanted to try this hotel as the pool seemed very beautiful but overall it was a disappointing trip I’d rather pay the extra a go to a nicer closer hotel. We always get accommodated well in the Hyatt so will stick to them in the future.

• Viraj (5/5): Passable - overall green space. - bathroom was not very well cleaned (especially floors, and shower head) - no iron - no hair dryer - no or bad soundproofing resulted into noise from neighbours - frequency electricity outages (troublesome hot summer days). Backup power takes time to come up. (15-20mins) - no Valet parking facility - media entertainment.options are very bad. No smart tv with OTT apps - mattress was uncomfortable..looks like spring one.

• Reshma (7/5): An oasis amongst beautiful plants and gardens. - The breakfast was buffet style with a good variety of choices between Indian and continental options. The location of the Kabir was great, the complex itself was a little oasis, lush greenery and pool. The complex itself has been built to a high standard but customer service could be improved. Seemed to be short staffed at times and consequently requests were often delayed or not met.

The food was excellent, the staff very friendly and polite and the manager Sandeep made every effort to ensure I had a great stay. I will definitely stay there again on my next visit to Vadodara. There was nothing I didn't like.

• Kashif (3/5): Hotel Senior management is not providing the support to its staff to better serve the guest. - liked the interior of the hotel. some staff were genuine to help but it seemed like they were forced to work or their senior management was not supporting the staff hence, we had received bad hospitality. Our team came from Canada for work related project in Baroda.
