It wasn’t noisy the time we were there but I can see this potentially being a slight issue during university student events. However the back room will be fine and the front room noise can be reduced with the fan noise from the aircon

Our rental car was big so it was a bit hard to navigate the small basement carpark to park the car, despite the very clear instructions on the YouTube video.

• Karla (10/5): Great stay - We had a great stay! The check-in process was very easy, with clear instructions provided through photos and videos. The apartment is comfortable and well-equipped, with a full kitchen, good heaters (even for the beds), and complete bathrooms with great showers. Towels and bed linens were also of good quality. The location is very central, and we had no issues with noise. On some mornings, there was trash collection on alternate days, but it was quick and not disturbing at all. Would definitely recommend!

It has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. The homeless people that slept below the apartment and chatted all night making it hard to sleep

It was well equipped with everything we needed for our short stay It was a bit noisy at night but that is to be expected when you are staying in the centre of a university town.

I loved the instructions video! We will definitely return in future. Street noise could be a potential problem for some, but that is to be expected of the central location in a university town

• Elizabeth (10/5): FANTASTIC APARTMENT AND WOULD GO BACK IF WE WERE IN THE AREA AGAIN - PROPERTY WAS EXCELLENT RIGHT IN THE CENTRE OF TOWN IT WAS A LITTLE NOISY AT NIGHT BUT THIS DID NOT PUT US OFF DUE TO THE CONVENIENT LOCATION. NOTHING EVERYTHING WAS GREAT
• Deanne (7/5): Well located, neat apartment, within the heart of the restaurant/shopping area. - Apartment located very centrally with plenty restaurants within easy walking distance. Bed was comfy and Aircon was a bonus as it can be very hot. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Somebody downstairs smoking weed/very strong tabaco every morning - not nice waking up to that smell. There isn't any cupboard/shelf to put your own food that you buy. However if you aren't cooking it isn't a problem (ie if you're only staying for 1-2 nights). Duvet was very hot for me (but would be great in winter). Garbage truck comes past every few days at 5am so you wake to the sound of crashing bottles. Parking in the garage is very tight so a small car recommended.
