Bit lumpy. (I'm comparing to all the other hotels I stayed at in Japan) The top of the closet had thick dust (granted I'm just super tall and can see it all) It was super small, wasn't even really a space to open my carry on small luggage.

BRY-POPE (7/5): Hôtel idéalement situé que ce soit quand on arrive d’Haneda ou pour visiter Tokyo, proximité de 2 stations de métro. Le - La proximité de 2 stations de métro et de la Tokyo station. Quartier riche en bons restaurants, calme, propre. Proximité de nombreux lieux intéressants, Roppongi Hills, Tokyo City view, Tokyo Tower… Personnel charmant comme souvent ! Chambre petite et lit contre le mur d’un côté. Je sais que les mètres carrés sont comptés à Tokyo mais c’est dommage car les parties communes sont spacieuses mais les chambres petites.

Camille-Pierre (10/5): Perfect for a one-night stay or as a base in Tokyo - I chose this location to easily transfer to Haneda in the morning, and it's really perfect for that. Very comfortable, lots of free amenities, automated check-in and check-out, and great neighbourhood for a walk and good food.

Keith (10/5): Just a great place to stay for a short visit with easy access to most places & a friendly atmosphere - The location was so good for us. We were able to get a local train directly from Narita Airport to Daimon Station which was just 300 metres from the hotel and a straight forward and easy walk even with cases. The room, though small, was large enough for us to be able to put our cases in places where we could easily access the contents. The staff were so helpful and pleasant and a local subway and convenience store was just across the road. Been nice to have just one channel in English to watch on the TV.

Tiziana (10/5): Lovely Hotel in a quite area while still being very central - We had a great stay at this Hotel in Minato. The location is perfect, within walking distance to three major train stations, Tokyo Tower and nearby gardens and temples. The hotel was very clean, and the room was a good size and comfortable by Tokyo standards. We had 4 suitcases, 2 large and 2 hand luggage sizes, we fitted exactly, had to make some adjustments in the room but we fitted somehow. Staff were kind and very helpful throughout our stay, especially since it was our first stop. Highly recommended. Nothing.

Armando (9/5): Richmond is a great brand, modern, reliable and a great value. - The location is great, having the subway line two blocks away is very convenient. I have used the brand in other cities in Japan and i really like it, rooms are small but most of them are in japan are. We book with the breakfast included option, upon arrival they told us they did not have breakfast and gave us a starbucks voucher, i did not like that option.

Zita (10/5): Amazing stay - It is hard to find a perfect hotel in any location but I think we did that. The location was just on point close to the Monorail (to reach the airport), close to the train station and a metro line. Around the hotel there have been a lot of good and affordable restaurants, eateries and cafe's. Shops are literally 1 minutes away from the hotel and at the main entrance there's a Starbucks. Minato (the borough/ward) where the hotel located is quiet yet full with charm and vibrant culture. I will book this hotel again without any hesitation for our next stay. Just a note for the fellow travelers. The rooms are much smaller than the European standard (like all over in Japan) so please take this into consideration.

Duchesne (8/5): - L'emplacement est très bien pour visiter Tokyo. La chambre est petite, mais c'est correct puisque nous sommes toujours à l'extérieur 😁. Pour avoir un produit, il faut descendre à la réception. On ne sait pas trop si c'est correct de se servir et c'est un peu désagréable.

Carlotta (6/5): Perfect Location, but Lacking in Comfort - The best part about this hotel is definitely the location near Ginza and the station. The room was far too small for two people. With no closet space, we ended up piling our clothes on the desk. The sleep quality was also disappointing, as the bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were very hard and flat. Fine if you only care about the area, but be prepared for a very tight squeeze

Tom (9/5): Perfect for a few days in Tokyo - Superb location, close to Daimon station which has direct links to both Haneda and Narita, as well as ginza, Asakusa, Tsujiki and shinjuku which is perfect for a stay in Tokyo. 5 minute walk to Shiba park and loads of great restaurants. Room was small but comfortable although the pillows weren’t the best. Pillows.
Melanie (10/5): Excellent - Everything, we expected small rooms but better than expected shower, bath, and everything a room could ever want, compact comfortable, asked for an extra pillow. Only downside was the laundry dryer was broken, still not dry after 1 hour 30 minutes had to taken washing to next destination. Everything

Margot V. (7/5): Rating based on quality of sleep - The area was quiet enough at night to sleep with an open window. The staff was always very friendly and accomodating. The staff very kindly provided me with different pillows, but unfortunately they only carry firm and firmer. My experience would've been better if there'd been soft pillows.
Louis (7/5): - Everything was clean and comfortable. Location was good. Small room (standard in Japan), average bathroom facilities.
