• Mikhail (10/5): Perfect stay at the hotel Perfect - Hotel was standing for its name. Perfect location in the very center, and still facing quiet streets. Short walk to the stores and restaurants, beach, and city buses. Perfectly clean, safe and comfortable. All the staff, in front desk and room attendants, are very friendly, helpful and professional. They helped us with all our arrangements. We plan to continue staying there for all our furniture trips to Varna. Some rooms have little steps, which you should be aware of.

• Christian (10/5): Gutes Hotel mit guten Preisen für Lage, Ausstattung und Komfort. - Wenige Schritte von der Füßgängerzone entfernt, mit all seinen Restaurants, Cafes und rund 800 Metern bis zum Strand. Anreise war mit dem Bus Linie 409 und von der Haltestelle waren es nur 3 Minuten zum Hotel. Der Empfang war freundlich und herzlich. Man wurde erwartet. Das Zimmer war gemütlich, ausreichend groß, hatte einen kleinen Balkon. Auch das Bad war ausreichend groß. Das Bett war bequem. In jedem Hotel hat man Bedenken zu der Sauberkeit, aber auch hier gab es KEINEN Anlaß etwas zu beanstanden. Das Frühstück selbst ist mehr als ausreichend und durch die lächelende und freundliche Bedienung, beginnt der Tag gut gelaunt.

Имаше черни косми по чаршафите. Дивана също миришеше лошо. Не бихме повторили! Има гараж, за една кола, срещу заплащане - поне може да го разчистят от багаж!

Very close to the busy pedestrian zone which takes you directly to the beach. Plenty of restaurants and other food options in the immediate vicinity. The room was amazing, spacious, and clean with all everything we needed, as well as a lovely, very large, terrace/balcony. Unfortunately even though we paid for a room with a spa bath, the bath leaked all over the bathroom floor when we attempted to fill it. So we couldn't use it at all. (we notified the hotel as soon as we found out). Also the television wasn't tuned in to the channels so we couldn't watch it. (we didn't notify the hotel as it wasn't really a problem for us, just a small inconvenience).

Eine dunkelhaarige Dame an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich, haben versucht wenn möglich immer sie zu fragen und bei ihr über alles zu informieren. Wir hatten Comfortdoppel Zimmer mit 20m2 gebucht und bezahlt, bekommen haben wir kleine Doppelzimmer mit 15m2 . Es war auch staubich und dreckig hinter die Möbeln.

• Elena (9/5): Комфортный номер в 5 минутах от моря - Просторный номер с балконом. Уборка была каждый день. В номере есть чайник и небольшой холодильник, что удобно. Постель комфортная. В ванной душевая кабина, все современное. Персонал вежливый. На верхние этажи есть лифт. Расположение отличное, до моря легко дойти за 5 минут, рядом оживленная улица с массой кафе и баров. Розетки не в лучшем состоянии, того и гляди выпадут из стены.

• Aleksandar Georgiev (7/5): Für eine Übernachtung hat sich gelohnt. - Die Lage ist perfekt. Der Preis auch. Das Geräusch vom Lift neben Zimmer. Es knallt immer beim Start und Stop. Am Mitternacht kann man auf der Straße Jugendliche hören. Das Bett ist aus Eisen und knarrt bei Bewegung. Bei der Spülung der Toilette kann man danach ständig Wassertropfen hören.
• Perry (10/5): Ik heb een geweldige vakantie gehad en zal zeker naar dit hotel terugkeren. - Perfect is een eenvoudig maar heel fijn hotel. De kamers zijn niet groot maar alles is aanwezig. De ligging is erg fijn, alles in de buurt. Natuurlijk kan alles altijd beter. Maar gezien de prijs voor een overnachting is dit hotel erg aantrekkelijk. Eigenlijk viel me niets tegen.

• Aleksandar (3/5): Great location, but dirty, poorly maintained and NOT worth the price - The location is great as the apartment is 5 minutes by foot from the main street. Also, the receptionists were kind and helpful which I appreciate. ⛔ I do NOT recommend this hotel. 🅿️ First, even though Parking is included as a benefit on Booking, beware that it is paid separately. You pay 13BGN for 24 hours and I would suggest that you pay the price as there are very few parking spots around the hotel and the price of the Blue zone in Varna is 16BGN, so this option is cheaper. 🛋️ Second, the room. Oh boy, where should I start. Well, the room was small but that was manageable. However, we noticed that it wasn't clean at all. It seems that the hotel urgently needs renovation, or at least our room, because we suspect that they gave us a bad room. The wallpapers behind the bed were unglued and had some bubbles. I guess some of them fell, that's why they used two different types of wallpapers, which was very ugly. The whole apartment had high humidity due to the poor ventilation of the bathroom, as the big windows there could not be open. Also, when we turned on the AC a very bad smell of mold and moisture hit us. There was mold in various corners, both next to our bed and especially in the bathroom next to the shower cabin. ☕ Third, the available items in the room were not enough. We didn't have neither an iron, nor an ironing board, nor a washing machine. They left us a 3 in 1 Nescafe coffee, which is literally the cheapest coffee you can find in the store. 🥞 The price of the breakfast is 20 BGN, which seems ridiculous to me, after I took a look at the other reviews. Seriously, ~10EUR for a simple omelette with cucumbers and tomatoes?? Better, go to a local bakery and spend 2-3 times less money. To summarize, the days before this stay I was in private apartments found on Booking in Ruse and Bucharest and they were 100 times better than the room we had in Hotel Perfect. On top of that, the price in this hotel was almost double the previous 2 stays. I know that Varna is very touristy, but so is Bucharest and the quality we experienced there was so much higher.

Negative impressions from this stay: • Long black hairs found both in the bathroom and in the bed. • Socks, most likely left behind by the previous guest, discovered under the chair. • The mattress was awful – very hard, uneven, and felt like it was stuffed with old crumpled cotton. • The folding bed was extremely uncomfortable: hard, with the two halves at different levels, making it almost impossible to sleep. • The refrigerator was incredibly noisy, at times sounding as if it was about to take off together with the nightstand it was placed in. In general, all the furniture and equipment in the room are very old and in poor condition. It’s clear the hotel hasn’t been renovated or updated for quite a long time.

• Danuta (7/5): Trochę się rozczarowaliśmy. - Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, ale trzeba się liczyć z tym, że jest bardzo głośno. Dużym plusem jest duży balkon. Personel bardzo uprzejmy. W tym przyjemnym hotelu byliśmy już trzykrotnie. Liczyliśmy na to, że tym razem pokój w którym nocowaliśmy przeszedł remont, lecz niestety. Meble stare poodzierane, łazienka też w złym stanie.
