Por lo demás, sino eres muy exigente y no quieres o no puedes gastar mucho en alojamiento, está aceptable y el recepcionista muy amable.

• Javier Alexander (8/5): Muy bien sitio para pasar y resolver la estadía. - El hotel muy muy limpio, las habitaciones huelen muy bien y todo está impecable, no noté que no tenía baño privado pero los baños compartidos en excelentes condiciones de limpieza y apariencia, lo terrible es que no tiene ascensor y tuvimos que subir y bajar 5 pisos por las escaleras con las maletas. La atención del personal es excelente. Pasamos muy buena noche.

• Verified traveler (2/5): Shtt - Hello, i’m writing to let you know that my first experience as a Hotels.com member staying at the hostel that my guest and I stayed at last night was a horrible experience. When we arrived, the receptionist began arguing with me and demanding that I give her a region in Italy where I lived because I showed her my Italian residence card, even though I received it due to my parents being citizens of Italy. I have never lived in Italy and she did not seem to understand that and continued arguing with me, and she even threatened to call the police because I was not able to provide a region in Italy to her. Apart from that, we reached our room and the ceiling fan did not work, so we spent the night sweating as a result and with a very poor quality of sleep. Today we are not at all well rested because of this. And to make matters worse, the shared restroom was covered in urine all over the floor. It was very unhygienic, and simply put, just gross. For this reason, neither my guest nor I dared to take a shower. The walls were also extremely thin between rooms to the extent that you could literally hear quiet conversations next door, and in the morning at 5 AM we were awakened by someone playing loud music in the room next to us. Just a terrible experience overall and it’s saddened to me that this was my first experience booking through Hotels.com. One of my friends recommended you and I decided to give it a shot, but was very much let down, as you can see.

El lavabo es tan pequeño que antes de poder asomar la cara das con la frente en la balada superior. La recepción a la llegada te toma una hora y con la gente descontents. Ventanas a patio interior estrecho. Uno punto positivo que está del centro.

• Porter (6/5): - Hostel is comfortable but fair warning the workers do not speak any English and will be loudly cleaning for pretty much the whole morning which sucks if you are jet lagged. Beds were comfy and clean and it’s like a 3 minute walk from the red line. Area is very loud in the morning.

• Wagner (4/5): Imposible descansar - Me fue para descansar pos llegar de una viaje y tenía trabajo en el otro día muy temprano, hay gente hablando muy alto por toda la noche, por la madrugada, por la mañana a las 6 ya, se escucha todo desde la habitación ya que las paredes son de pladur. El hotel no tiene culpa del comportamiento de las personas, pero si puede hacer algo para controlar sonidos altos después de una cerrada hora para que los hospedes puedan descansar, porque tampoco queda gente toda la noche como la chica de la recepción me dijo q hay alguien allí 24 horas, y yo bajé a las 3 de la mañana para pedir si pudiera hacer algo no había nadie. El colchón era demasiado blando , parecía de agua , lo que contribuido para no poder descansar bien.

• lara (2/5): - I don’t even know were to start… we got there and it was smelly and our bedsheets were dirty. When we went to sleep we realized that the bed was broken and we slept completely sunk. After complaining, they said they would look into it for the second night. I knew they were not gonna action anything so I complained to Expedia and eventually we got a new room. Same problem with the bed. They also charged us 4€ to leave our luggage. Just avoid

Für fast den gleichen Preis haben wir auf unserer Rundreise in Barcelona und Paris deutlich besser gewohnt. Nach 2 von 4 gebuchten Tagen sind wir abgereist. Eine Erstattung hat es nicht gegeben, aber länger wollten wir in diesem Hostel nicht bleiben.
• Verified traveler (2/5): HORRIBLE!! 195€ para 1 noche en 1 habitación sucia - Menudo robo!!!! 195€ para dormir una noche!!! Una habitación doble donde no funcionaban los enchufes correctamente, las sábanas estaban sucias con pelos y manchadas de maquillaje, solo una sábana (pequeña para la cama) y una manta de lana que tenía más años que yo y además sucia con manchas y restos de comida pegados. Tuve que rehacer yo la cama para sacudir los pelos y el cubre colchón daba realmente asco (lo tuve que poner les revés el plástico por la parte de encima) estaba sucio de manchas. La funda de la almohada también con manchas de maquillaje… tuve que dormir vestida con una sudadera para no pasar frío, pues el radiador eléctrico está programado para que no funcione a partir de la 1am. El baño de la planta, daba asco no he podido ni darme una ducha de la suciedad que había. El señor de la recepción para nada amable ni simpatía. La toalla la tienes que pedir y encima estaba manchada también. NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA NI NADIE!!! És un hostal en una calle para nada segura, en la zona de Tetuán. Lo único bueno es que tienes el metro “Cuatro caminos” a 2 minutos andando!!!

Kind of a hole in the wall, supermarket and good food places in walking distance. staff are welcoming and you get what you pay for. only down is smokers, people were smoking in the shared bathroom and stunk the whole floor.

• alessandra (2/5): Não voltaria - Péssimo ficamos no 4° andar sendo que o primeiro nem existia então era o 5°, estávamos no fim da viagem e não tinha elevador nem para as malas , perto do foro um calor que não conseguimos dormir sem ar condicionado e na circulação, localização boa com vários fast foods abertos até tarde e um Carrefour 24 horas oque ajudou bastante .

Instructions posted on the door were written in confusing English but after 10 minutes I grabbed a clue and found the office. Excellent location. There a dozens of food shops and two supermarkets close by. The Cuatro Caminos metro station is less than 5 mins walk and bus stop for #3 Route is about 200m away and will take you to the city center. Be advised there is no elevator and the rooms are several floors above so this property may not be suitable for persons with mobility problems.

• 47parastooe (2/5): AVOID this place! - Where should I start from. The hostel is in a dangerous area. The room, the floor, and the shared bathrooms were horrible. I tried to take a shower twice but the water was freezing cold. I’m pretty easy going but this was too much! The staff were not friendly at all. For the money, I expected to stay in a clean place. I have stayed in other hostels in Spain and so far this was the worst one.

El único inconveniente que le puedo poner es que nos tocó la habitación que estaba pegada la baño y nos despertaron bastante temprano por el ruido de la ducha.

My room was small but big enough. The Cuatro Caminos metro station was close by and went to all the places I wanted. Supermarkets and restaurants close by. I will come back.

• Hugo (8/5): Soyons réalistes et arrêtons d’abuser… - J’ai lu de nombreux commentaires sur cet hôtel et je tiens vraiment à rectifier certaines choses. Pour un hôtel qui facture la chambre moins de 35€ la nuit, c’est très correct. Lorsqu’on réserve une chambre dans cet hôtel, c’est parce qu’on cherche un hébergement extrêmement démocratique. Alors, inutile de venir jouer les critiques hôteliers en critiquant qu’il n’y a pas assez de ceci ou trop de cela… Au prix que vous avez accepté de payer votre nuit, vous avez un service correspondant. L’hôtel est propre dans son ensemble, les chambres sont correctes. Le personnel est sympathique. Seul bémol, les réceptionnistes ne parlent que l’espagnol… Heureusement, les traducteurs sur téléphones nous apportent une aide précieuse pour communiquer. Certes les salles de bain sont communes (l’une des raisons du prix. Si vous voulez une salle de bain privée, acceptez de payer plus cher pour un hôtel qui le propose) et le personnel de nettoyage veille à leur propreté. S’il arrive que les salles de bain soient moins propres, la faute en revient aux autres clients peu respectueux des autres et pas du personnel qui a fait tout ce qu’il peut. Un hôtel qui vaut son prix et qui satisfera les clients qui ne considèrent pas qu’ils peuvent avoir les services d’un cinq étoiles pour le prix d’un ticket de métro
• Yohan Franco (2/5): - i made a reservation for two beds but when i arrived the room only had one double bed, but i had made the change 2 days before with a manager who told me that he had made the change. i had to sleep in a friend's house, because they told me they would change the room for tomorrow and when i arrived they gave me a smaller room with the beds next to each other almost next to each other.

• Salim (2/5): - The receptionist at night had her feet on the desk, which is extremely unprofessional, the receptionist in the morning was very rude and ordered me to go get the towel from the room (knowing I had 2 suitcases and there was no elevator). You never ask a customer to bring you something to the desk. That’s not how hotels work. And finally, the hotel was dirty. My room had a horrible cigarette smell and the shared bathroom smelled absolutely terrible.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Para pasar un día o dos como mucho. - Pros: ubicación - limpieza Contras: -Muy ruidoso todo el tiempo. -La atención de la recepción no es del todo amable. Y lo digo por un señora, que no te recibe muy bien. (había un mujer joven y un sr que si lo fueron)
• ANA (4/5): Solo para una emergencia - El colchón estaba totalmente hundido por el centro. Nos tocó en la cuarta planta sin ascensor que en realidad es un quinto contando la entreplanta. En el baño hay manchas de sangre en la pared (parecen mosquitos aplastados de vete tú a saber cuándo). Las paredes son de papel, se oyen conversaciones enteras de otros huéspedes y el movimiento de puertas continuo no deja descansar.
• Verified traveler (6/5): On budget - If you need affordable place for one night this might be your choice. Stairway is super small so if you have big luggage be aware. There is no sound proofing, bring your earplugs for the night, definitely on weekends. Only one toilet/shower per floor, warm water and everything working well, toilet flushing in 4th floor was not so good. Rooms were okay, clean and adequate temperature. Beds were really soft, too soft for comfort but manageable for 2 nights.

• Christov (2/5): - Lo único favorable de pernoctar en ese sitio es que no está muy lejos del centro. Por lo demás no se lo recomendaría a Nadie, y por supuesto Tampoco volvería. Sólo te dan 1 llave, los colchones están demasiado desgastados, pese a que ponen que prohiben fumar en las habitaciones, Nadie lo sumple y todo el rellano apesta a tabaco.

• Marissa (4/5): - This place had lots of people/staff that were very loud throughout the building. Hence the doors and concrete floors echo every noise you hear and walls are paper thin. The bed provides 2 hours of sleep for every 8 hours of rest as it folds you like a hot ham sandwich I would not stay here in the future as there are many other places with comparable rates. The heating of water for showers was great and made it enjoyable for showers and the room in which we stayed had central heating which was great for personal comfort and individualized temperature needs.

• Pwint (2/5): Bad review - Our mattress was so sag in the middle. When we lie down, we feel dents in our hip and lower back. So we both have to sleep both side of the mattress. We both feel back pain when we wake up. And they asked us 4 euro for two luggage to place at the reception just for one or two hours cus we want to go out and take a lunch without pulling the luggages. When we check out at the ground floor, we didn't bring the towers as we used to like other hotels and also they didn't mentioned to bring the towers back when we check in, then they told us to go upstairs to the 4th floor and take their towers and give them even though the cleaners are at the third floor. Terrible service. And also double bed rooms are so tiny. Btw brace yourself to climb the stairs if you have many luggages. :*

And we heard everything if someone went to shower middle of the night. Or the lady from reception put to the cupboard the clean linen also middle of the night. That was annoying! For short term I think okay. But is depends who is your neighbour…
• jonatham52 (2/5): Dirty, Unpleasant staff, dangerous area - Dirty, did not clean room, change sheets, empty bin. I stayed for 3 days and left. I had been bitten by insects the place is dirty and rude unpleasant people. Please Avoid this place. It should be closed by the authorities.
