- Angel (8/5): Ok - Mi unica queja es que cuando reservé se me dijo que tenia garantizado el desayuno pero una vez en el hotel se me dijo que no habia desayuno y se limitaron a recomendarme un lugar a unas 3 cuadras donde vendían desallunos

- Marielos (2/5): Toda una pesadilla en León, Nicaragua!!! - Reservé a través de Expedia, para alojarme en León con mi familia en ocasión de la Gritería de la Purísima el 7 de dic, hice la reservación con suficiente tiempo tomando en cuenta que en León se saturan los hoteles por esta celebración. Llegué a León a las 5 de la tarde y a esa hora la mujer que me atendió en el hotel me dijo que no existía ninguna reservación a mi nombre y que ya no tenían habitaciones disponibles, a pesar de decirle que tenía la confirmación de reserva de Expedia me dijo que ellos habían cancelado todas las reservaciones que se hicieron por esa vía y no mostró ningún interés por ayudarme, su actitud todo el tiempo fue de "A mí que me importa" y grosera. En ese momento sentí una impotencia tan grande, me encontraba con mis hijos a esa hora sin tener donde dormir!!! Luego de varias llamadas a otros hoteles sin éxito y dar vueltas por la ciudad buscando algo, como bendición en el Hotel Europa acababan de cancelar una habitación y me la cedieron. En estos casos me queda la gran interrogante, si fuera yo la que fallo y no me presento al hotel sin cancelar la reservación ellos proceden a cobrar a mi tarjeta el 50% del valor de la reserva, pero cuando el Hotel no cumple quién le resuelve a uno? Estamos desprotegidos!!!
