- Belinda Barcenas (10/5): Great Location, amazing Staff! - The price for a single guest staying more than three nights during the off-season could be improved. I would have appreciated a last-minute booking special offer. Breakfast vouchers expire as early as 10a.m, and they can’t be used outside of breakfast hours. It would be great to have more flexible meal options or a more dynamic plan beyond the continental breakfast, especially for solo travellers who don’t eat or care much for breakfast.

For a short stay, the current menu is perfect, but for longer visits, guests might appreciate different options. For example, offering a Nicaraguan breakfast one day, an American breakfast the next, and perhaps another style on following days would make the experience even more special.

The "free breakfast" you could tell it's free because the staff doesnt even tell you whats included in it, it was a guessing game. The breakfast. Hospitality is out the window. The ice machine on the floor doesn't work. I would not stay here again. Definitely do not recommend for the price of the hotel.

The area is extremely loud with people yelling at 6am selling bread and what not it’s also in front of a major bus stop runs from like 6am to very late. The tvs are small and old. The hotel itself is literally amazing great location and super clean. The “gym” is only like one machine and a bike. No pool either.

- Alexander (9/5): A very good choice in Leon - Very clean and comfortable room, even equipped with a fridge, daily room service, good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, 90% satisfied. I could hardly sleep the first night because the traffic in front of the hotel was very noisy, even after midnight, which caused me to wake up frequently. After getting used to it, the following nights were better. A suggestion for the breakfast: The served slices of baguette or toast were not tasty and very tough. I have never had such bad bread before.

- Kevin (9/5): Well equipped and clean hotel - The Hotel is super clean and the rooms are spacious and well lit. I was lucky enough to also have a great view on the church next to the hotel which makes for some great sunrises. It's also centrally located and close to everything you might need in Leon or want to do in Leon (groceries, cathedral, hiking tours, etc). While its central location in the city is great, it also means that you'll hear all the noise from it starting early in the morning. It's even more apparent during the weekdays.

Just a few blocks from the Central Park Plaza, Basilica, all the museums and so many shops and restaurants. Our room was very spacious and tastefully decorated, comfortable bed and pillows. Perfect view of the 1780s Church La Recolleccion from our hotel room balcony. Bustling streets during the day, yet very quiet at night for restful sleep. The art in this hotel was amazing, museum quality art in every room, hotel hallways, lobby, and restaurant. We peaked into several rooms as they were being cleaned between guests just to admire the art! Highly recommend this hotel! So much history to absorb in Leon. Don't skip the museums! Also, shout out to our exceptional tour guide Antonio, at Guru Walk! From the ancient mayans to current events and everything in between, we learned so much about Leon and Nicaragua! Everything was great! Maybe more breakfast options with the included breakfast. We ordered from the menu instead.
