• Agata (7/5): Dobry+ - Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo dobry kontakt z osobą "zarządzająca "- odpowiedzi przychodziły wrecz w moment. Śniadania bardzo dobre. Jak dla nas było cicho w nocy. Bardzo dziękujemy, że mimo świąt udało się chwilę szybciej zameldować, jesteśmy wdzięczni bardzo nam to pomogło❤️. Mieszkanie urządzone z gustem, wszystko co potrzebne pod ręką, mega wygodne materace. Jedyny duży minus i nie chciałam być czepialska to niestety było brudno.. byliśmy na Wielkanoc i być może wynikało to z tego. Nie wiem natomiast na jasnej ( praktycznie białej) podłodze było pełno odciśniętych butów, piachu, w łazience na płytkach "przyklejone" ciemne kropki gdzie jak się przetarło to brud schodził od razu. Czystość pozostawiala wiele do życzenia. Gdyby nie to byłoby naprawdę super. Uważam to za drobne niedopatrzenie i myślę, że na przyszłość będzie lepiej:) co do klatki była trochę mroczna, ale poznaliśmy sąsiadów i nie taki diabeł straszny :) po remoncie będzie wyjątkowo piękna

Muy útil el aseo adicional, además del baño con ducha Falta bastante menaje de cocina: cazos y sartenes, tazas pequeñas, tijeras, etc. Prácticamente no hay nada para cocinar. Con un juego de útiles de cocina lo arreglaban El edificio está sin renovar, es como una corrala española. Pero luego el apartamento está perfecto

• Myrsini (7/5): - Η τοποθεσία , πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο της πόλης, και το ανακαινισμένο δωμάτιο με άνετους,καθαρούς χώρους. Το προσωπικό ήταν φιλικό και εξυπηρετικό. Η θέρμανση δεν ήταν ικανοποιητική και υπήρξε κάποια βλάβη στο μπόιλερ οπότε για μια μέρα δεν μπορέσαμε να χρησιμοποιήσουμε ζεστό νερό.
• Sonia (3/5): - lokalizacja Po pobycie wysłałam SMS na numer kontaktowy obiektu ze swoją opinią na gorąco. Nie otrzymałam informacji zwrotnej. Główne plusy to lokalizacja, responsywność gospodarza i w sumie ciekawie odnowione wnętrze mieszkania. A teraz o minusach. Informacja na stronie booking.com nie pokrywa sie z rzeczywistością. Podawanie nierzetelnych informacji nie wóży dobrze na przyszłość. Nie ma bowiem trzech pokoi, bo mówimy o sypialni, salonie i antresoli nad salonem, którą trudno nazwać samodzielnym pokojem. Na stronie jest też informacja, że śniadanie jest na miejscu. Nie ma śniadania na miejscu! Śniadanie jest dostępne w niezależnej restauracji ok. 7-10 min. od mieszkania. Nie rozumiem dlaczego nie można napisac prawdy! Pokój nie był przygotowany na 5 osób. Brakowało pościeli. Jedyny plus to bardzo szybka reakcja osoby, która opiekowała się mieszkaniem i dowiezienie nam brakującej pościeli. Niedziałający grzejnik w łazience, bardzo słabo posprzątane mieszkanie. W szafce były poukładane całkowicie brudne kubki, a na podłodze były chrupki po poprzednich lokatorach. Nie zaszkodziłoby też chociaż minimalne zadbanie o otoczenie mieszkania, do którego prowadzi brudny korytarz z porozwalanymi przedmiotami. Reasumując
• Patrycja (10/5): - Naprawdę dobra lokalizacja. Parkowanie wymaga odrobiny cierpliwości ale jest do zrobienia. Sam apartament wygodny. Czysty. Wszystko co potrzebne jest na miejscu, a jeśli czegoś brakuje lokalizacja jest na tyle korzystna że w pobliżu jest bardzo dużo sklepów. Personel uprzejmy i wyrozumiały. Można liczyć na pomoc. Polecam to miejsce.

• EVA (10/5): Πολλή καλή επιλογή. - Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται δίπλα στην παλιά πόλη της Κρακοβίας και πολύ κοντά στο κάστρο Βάβελ. Υπάρχει τραμ ακριβώς μπροστά και λεωφορεία σε πολλή κοντινή απόσταση. Ήταν άνετο, αν και ο καναπές είναι άβολη επιλογή για να κοιμηθεί κάποιος γιατί δεν ανοίγει να γίνει κρεβάτι. Τα στρώματα όμως είναι πολύ καλά. Γενικά οι παροχές ήταν τίμιες για την τιμή που πληρώσαμε. Το προσωπικό πολύ εξυπηρετικό. Μπορέσαμε να αφήσουμε τις βαλίτσες μας σε ένα άλλο κατάλυμα τους σε κοντινή απόσταση μέχρι το check in και μας επέτρεψαν να μείνουμε ως τις 12 κατά την αναχώρηση μας. Η είσοδος στο κτίριο είναι λίγο φοβιστική γιατί πρόκειται για ένα προπολεμικό κτήριο όπου οι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι δεν έχουν ανακαινιστεί ποτέ. Το keybox δεν άνοιγε εύκολα και το κλειδί επίσης δεν έβγαινε εύκολα από την πόρτα.

Bardzo stara, zaniedbana i brudna klatka schodowa i tzw. krużganek, czyli stara, drewniana kładka od podwórka, po której wchodzi się do lokalu. Po weǰściu z bramy do klatki schodowej wisi kartka z informacją o wyłożonej trutce na szczury. Aż strach wejść. Lokal nie grzeszy czystością. Ładne lustro I szafka pod umywalką, ale pokryte grubą warstwą kurzu. Brak płynu do mycia naczyń. W salonie, w miejscu kinkietów na ścianach sterczały kable.

• Kim (7/5): A nice location and apartment, I think it’s the little details that matter, we had a nice trip and enjoyed our stay. - The property was in a good location and was well priced. The apartment wasn’t cleaned thoroughly enough, dust on surfaces where it shouldn’t be and rubbish behind the washing machine (it’s a square in a corner so there is a void) some dodgy electrical sockets and lights, the main living room light didn’t work, could have done with an extra key to the property. Air conditioning a bit old and not that efficient.

Eine Nachbarin führte uns durch den dunklen Eingang eines Abbruchhauses zur Wohnung. Wir hätten das Haus selbstständig nicht betreten. Otium war keine Hilfe!

Avaimia ei saatu kuin yksi,vaikka piti olla kolme,2 oveen ja safety boksiin,asiasta kysyttiin ja se jäi sitten siihen. Siisteys no päällisin puolin ihan ok,ei torakoita tai tms pölyä ja paskaa sohvan takana ja muissa pikku nurkissa. WC viemäri haisi ihan jäätävältä, tuuletin piti pitää koko päivän päällä. Aamulla ensimmäisenä mennyt sai parhaimmat tuoksut,eikä siinä ollut oksennus kaukana..

• Kyle (10/5): a fantastic 3 night stay with amazing views and culture - the location was far enough away from the centre to be quiet at night but close enough to walk everywhere. a conveinence store located 2 min walk from the apartment had everything needed for a short break and a supermarket 5 mins away for everything else more a heads up than a suggestion for improvement. the stairway to the apartment can be narrow then some may be used to or expected. other than that could fault for what was paid
• Nicola (8/5): Lovely apartment. Great location. - Great location just a few minutes walk from the main market square. Very easy to get in touch with the staff, fresh towels were bought to us on request. Outside balcony leading to the apartment needs renovation but inside the apartment is a lot more fresh and modern than the outside. Kitchen and bathroom facilities are great and even get an iron and ironing board. Only downside is not much privacy if you are sharing as one of the beds is up in the mezzanine which has a partial glass floor. Although it is very nice especially with the lighting, it isn't private at all, something to think about if sharing.

• Jan (7/5): practically it had everything we needed for 1 night stay and was close to city center. except for soft mattresses & - Space (large living room with table, couch & kitchen), two bathrooms, separate bedrooms, location, it was somewhat renovated, clear instructions how to get in soft mattresses, cheaply renovated (was afraid something will break upon gentle touch), dirt behind couch, dirty dishes in dishwasher from previous guests, broken headrest on couch. one bedroom is basically shared with living room as it’s upstairs

If that is luxury standard, I don’t want to know how looks your standard option. - First apartment located in building under the construction - no lights on stairs, dirty and can’t see where to go. Second apartment (Luxury apartment) in better building but apartment not of very good hygiene standards - debris on the floor, mould on the shower curtain, ripped and dirty towels, broken light switch in the bedroom.

• Dagmara (1/5): Bad - Unfortunately the property was really dirty , smelly and unpleasant. The bedding was yellow and old with a lot of marks , the mattress on the top of the bed was sliding off. There were not enough pillows. I have contacted the apartment manager once we arrived , it took us 2 hours to get through and they said nothing they can do. We had no contact from them until today.

• Yusuf (2/5): Horrible place - Location I would like to start with the shock we had when we arrived at the accommodation. It is called luxury apartment, there is nothing luxurious about it. It is a very very old building just between Indian restaurants so its smells to food all the time. The building itself is like a maze good luck by finding your apartment. Just after the booking and payment they let you know that the street is under construction so you cant park in the street. But hey, they offer a parking spot for 20 EUROS PER DAY! Just before Poland we visited Berlin and Prague. In none of these places we paid that much amount of money for a parking that is not even in the same building. ( just informative: we paid in a HOTEL in Berlin 10 euros a day and in Prague 4 star hotel 9 euros per day, imagine how expensive this parking is). We were just scared because they said that the street was under construction and that there was no parking, so we had to book the parking spot. Outside of the building is old, everything is from wood, we had the feeling that the building was going to collapse any minute. Inside of the apartment is renovated but dont dare to walk around cuz everything is cracking on the wooden floor. Last but not least, there is a weird disturbing smell in the shower (which is also from wood). You feel dirty after coming out of the shower just because that smell. Before check in they were very responsive through chat, during our stay we had a problem with the safe (safe was locked) and they answered a day later that they could not do anything about it. The internet connection is also weak. The only good thing about this place is the location. Btw: they ask to send this review directly to themself instead of posting in online so nobody could see this comment. So im asking myself how accurate are those good reviews here? Cuz i cant imagine anyone being so positive about this place.

Street is now under renovation, also not mentioned in checked in message. Closet doors were not working and bed was very not comfortable.

• Periklis (4/5): Location,location, location? - The apartment is quite large and the location is good enough.Everything is in walking distance. The building is old and filthy.It felt like I was in a horror film every time I was going up to the apartment. The road just outside the building was under construction, which is not the owner's fault but still made the approach challenging, especially while carrying suitcases. There was one night we found a bloody drunk guy resting comfortably just outside the apartment.The key stuck in the lock and took half a day to fix,then it got stuck again the next day.The apartment was renovated but felt like a quick and botched job.Lastly it was fairly clean but not quite and the mattress was way too soft.
• Itzik (1/5): We ran out of the apartment after a few minutes and the owner did not contact us! The money went but another place saved - Nothing Parking is far away, the whole area is under construction and there is no access except on a broken road. The apartment is located in a ruined building.
• Gavin (5/5): Expected more, settled for less. - Location Apartment looked modern, but dusty and not cleaned adequately. WIFI did not work the whole time we stayed there. Hosts were responsive but not so helpful. Booking mentioned a massage chair and fan, both of which were not available. The whole street was dug up so walk way is affected at this time. The upper floor wooden barrier was loose and a bit cracked - major hazard for kids. Advertisement mentioned coffee machine, but all I found was a bottle of insta coffee powder.
• Yuliya (6/5): Very Interesting experience. - It is located in the center of the town, close to historic sites. Very clean. Good communication with staff. There is a construction in progress, very noisy from the early morning. Stairs to the loft are so squeaky that waking up every one when you are going to the restroom. The floor in the shower is very slippery. Should something be placed on the floor to prevent from injury. WiFi didn’t work.

• Adam (3/5): Pay a little bit extra and stay somewhere else. - Had 2 bedrooms, spacious. Access was easy - just initial directions were unclear. Mona Lisa painting was lovely. Staircase dark leading up to apartment - whole building was very confusing and run down, felt unsafe on arrival. When we eventually found the room, although access was easy, balcony felt unsteady and not kept very well. Three locks on the door, only one was functioning and door was not sturdy when locked - still opened slightly. When we entered the flat, the floor was very dirty - covered with sand and dirt. There was a hoover but we didn’t want to open the cupboard as the door was jammed and felt likely to break. This was the case with a lot of facilities in the flat. The double doors in the living room appeared to have been forced open as the handle was hanging off. The big double wardrobe in the living room had wood hanging off it. Curtain pole in one bedroom was not straight and was falling off. The wardrobe in this room also had panels missing. The safes didn’t work. In the other bedroom, there was hair in the bed and a used nappy and deodorant under the beds. TV remote didn’t work. Toilet flush was very loose when we arrived and when flushing the toilet it came off. Toilet seat wasn’t fully attached either. Sockets were not fixed to the wall in all rooms - when plug was removed from wall there was a spark. When entering the bathroom, it smells like something has died in there (before use). After showering, the drain in the shower smells even worse. Shower head was not fully operational and was very dirty. The overall uncleanliness and lack of upkeep in the bathroom was appalling - also were not provided with much toilet roll or towels. Kitchen had all amenities however there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher and human hair in the egg trays. We were reluctant to use the facilities due to the cleanliness. The apartment appears nothing like the pictures online and we felt catfished.

• Francis (1/5): Poor at Zwierzyniecka - The quick way Otium dealt with my complaint and moved us to a far superior apartment at Dominican. You informed us on the day before arrival that the apartment was in a building that required renovation but the apartment was safe and the building was secure. Both exterior security doors were wide open, the street outside was being renovated and we had to walk through a building site to access the building. The stairwell was dark and dingy, the wooden walkway to the apartment needs replacing and the wooden barrier is ready to collapse, if anyone fell against this barrier it would collapse. The apartment was meant to have two bathrooms but only had one bathroom and one toilet, issue with tv control and input cable requires repair. Booking stated that this was a “Superior” apartment yet was anything but. Description made out that this was one of several apartments at this location yet we saw no other apartments. Certainly not as advertised nor as described.
• Bernd (8/5): Very good - Perfectly located to experience Krakow; Spacious location; Parking available (unfortunately the respective mail via booking came late) The rooms are starting to get defects at various spaces. Some repairs would be required. The mails sent are very long, I assume, that travellers (mostly having only smartphones available) would be happy to get the information condensed in a few sentences :-)
• Kay (10/5): Beautiful apartment, perfect place to rest & relax - Loved this apartment-it was stunning, finished to a very high standard with great facilities & the beds are unbelievably comfortable… very quiet at night too, perfect for a rest after a busy day sightseeing. The only access to our second floor apartment was via a big stone staircase, 48 steps in total which could be a bit of a challenge for some, not at all suitable for wheelchairs/pushchairs or anyone with mobility issues. The stairs are also not particularly well lit at night, I found it a bit spooky, (but the area is very safe and once you are in the apartment you forget the ‘olde world’ entrance which is in fairness perfectly in keeping with the old building and cobbled street

• Jay (2/5): It is a SCAM! - This place is a scam. We did not stay here because after arriving, we realized it was nothing like the photos. I was on the phone with hotels.com for over an hour and they never resolved this issue. We did not stay here at all and have still been charged the full amount even though we contacted the property and hotels.com and explained that we would not stay here. The apartment had an unlit stairwell with broken glass, beer cans in the plants and overall not the listing in the photos and not clean. I was traveling with my elderly parents and 3-year-old daughter and did not feel safe. Horrible booking exprience that upset our trip for the full day. We will be disputing the charge that should not have been charged in the first place.

• Olivia (10/5): Amazing would definitely come back - Overall the place was excellent and so gorgeous. Very clean and comfortable, it was a shame we only stayed one night. To get to the actual apartment it is mentioned that the building isn’t renovated so it was a little scary as there were no lights in the corridors and stairs even but it was fine.

• Magdalena (7/5): Nice place to stay for a short visit. Too noisy and warm specially when you stay with children. - I rented two apartments for a one night stay with a family of 7. Great location, few minutes walking from the main square. Both apartments were nice, spacious and well equipped. I got all check in instructions on by booking.com chatting service. Apartments are located in an old unrenovated tenement house close to main traffic street with trams which makes it very noisy at night. No air condition so windows stayed open all night. Parking was arranged for additional fee.

• Rj (7/5): June 2023 - Great location, a few minutes walk from the City Square. Spacious apartment with high ceilings. Nicely finished bathroom with plentiful hot water. Small supermarket opposite with a bakery, various coffee shops and cafes all just a minutes walk. Both the local "Gossip" and "NapNap" cafes highly recommended. Local staff at Otium reception, about 700m from this apartment were friendly, and happy to look after our suitcase for the day as we had an evening flight. The apartments street entrance is somewhat off putting, especially at night. Its unlit, as is the staircase up to the second floor. The apartments entrance looks out over an internal courtyard so its quiet, but overall the public areas are very tired. Appreciate Otium don't own the whole building but it let's down the apartments otherwise pleasant and clean finish. We had some WiFi issues while there, although the staff were responsive. There was no corkscrew or coffee pot in the otherwise reasonably well equipped kitchen. We left one for the next guests. Could also do with some better quality bin liners, that don't tear. Some might find the trams that run outside a little noisy, but this would depend on how busy your home location is. Other than these points, all good

• Laura (10/5): Budget friendly stay, close to the main square but without being impacted by noise etc... - The location to the main square was really good, you just leave the building turn right, walk straight and then turn right at the first crossroads. The apartments were very spacious, had every facility you could need, and were great to stay in. Breakfast at Domingoes was delicious and they let us store our cases there before our end-of-day flight which was appreciated. Would definitely like to return again. Absolutely nothing. the 10 of us were very happy indeed!

• Ian (10/5): Great Apartment in "Even Better" Location - Fantastically located only minutes by foot to both the Wawel Castle and the Old Town Square. The apartment is well presented and well maintained. Do not be discouraged by the building that the apartment is in. It felt entirely safe and the apartment quality is clearly high when you turn the key to the door.
• Karen (4/5): Would not recommend Otium applications - Near to all amenities, centre. Once rooms were sorted we enjoyed our stay. Beds comfy. Arrived late afternoon to our room. There was no heating!! 2x double beds, we booked singles. Rooms had not been cleaned, very dusty and balls of dust on bedroom floors. We called reception and 2 ladies came to look at boiler, they called engineer.we explained the bed situation too. They brought extra bed sheets and quilts. My friend and i seperated the beds and made them up ourselves! We were in our coats still and freezing. After about 30 mins they said there wouldnt be any heating all night but they could sort it in the morning!!! Expected to sleep there freezing cold. We said no we needed to be moved!! We then moved to 2 seperate apartments which was not our intention of booking. But they were warm and it was now about 8pm and we were cold and hungry. We thanked the lady. In our room we did not have a kettle or toaster. The microwave didnt work to heat water in a cup. In the morning we had no hot water so couldnt shower! We tried the grill and the electric tripped out ,so we were in the dark getting ready for our trip. What a nightmare it was!!! Unacceptable. I called reception.. nobody avalable untl 10am. got put through to emergency no then got cut off! I then messaged whilst on coach to saltmines. We arrive back about 3pm A man came to look at boiler. We had to wait a while for him to sort it out but eventually we had hot water! We were very dissapointed with our rooms initially, so would not book here again. We feel it would be nice to have been compensated for all the hassle! Regards karen Harle. My friend has photos of dust!
