• Christina (6/5): - Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Ein Supermarkt und zwei Bushaltestellen sind sehr nah. Der Check-in verlief einfach. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage. Rollladen zur Verdunkelung und leise, da Lage zum Innenhof. Die Abflüsse im Bad sind verstopft und das Wasser fließt nur sehr langsam ab. Der Boden in der Dusche verformt sich beim Betreten. Pro Person nur ein großes relativ verschlissenes Handtuch. In der Küche kein Geschirrhandtuch oder Küchenpapier bei nicht vorhandenem Geschirrspüler. Dunstabzugshaube funktioniert nicht. Keine Ofenhandschuhe o.ä., obwohl ein Backofen vorhanden ist. Geschirr teilweise verschmutzt. Zu dünne Matratze im Bett und Vorhang lieblos aufgehängt. Check-in nach 22 Uhr kostet 10 € Aufpreis.

• George (2/5): Very poor - The apartment is near the city center and in walking distance from stores and public transport, the only positive thing that covers our satisfaction. The apartment was dusty we also found a sock that wasn’t ours, they only offered hand soap, they lacked cookware ( 3 fried pans), and the mattress on the bed was in really bad condition ( cheapest in IKEA, not even a mattress). they offered only two toilet papers and only had one big body towel for everything so either you bring your own or you had to pay extra (they don’t even give you a hand towel), and no cleaning supplies other than dish soap! We stayed for six days ! They informed us about the rules and we saw the apartment equipment after our arrival and that if we need towels etc they have to be informed 24 hours before WITH AN EXTRA CHARGE OF COURSE. They didn't answer our messages after our arrival. Before that, our messaging was pretty fast and to the point. Long story short, not the expected hospitality that we looked for. We didn't want something special. But we always look for the minimum facilities according to the days that we are going stay.

• Marija (10/5): Turbulent arrival & pleasant stay - Grate location. Very good apartment. Insisting on calling/messaging 30 minutes before the arrival, after confirming the precise arrival time three times before that. We are on vacation, so we do not want additional stress in life about confirming the same information too many times (literally more then five). After all the bother there was a 20 minutes delay by the agency which provided keys.
• Zara (7/5): Good - The location is great, the apartment is cosy and well furnished. Ideal for 2 people for a couple of days. It was a bit cold, there was no remote control for the aircondition and the second convector was not working. The process of the check-in can be improved as it's a bit inconvenient and an additional fee is required if you check-in after 10pm. Some of the things in the apartment should be fixed like the shower stall and the bathroom door handle.

Very nicely decorated and kept, although we found the bathroom had a strange smell. Would definitely recommend though and was very easy to check in/check out and Thomas was very helpful.

• Verified traveler (10/5): A really great stay in Budapest! - Everything was great! The apartment was very clean and spacious. The air conditioning worked well and quickly. The building and the neighborhood seemed very safe at all hours. It is in a central location: about a minute away from the Opera metro station, maybe about a 7-10 minute walk from Deák Ferenc tér (where you can take the 100E airport shuttle bus), and going any way around the apartment you can go somewhere interesting. Despite the central location, it was totally quiet. You can't hear the neighbors or the street at all because the apartment looks onto the courtyard. Thomas, the man who let us into the apartment, was very welcoming and gave us a map of Budapest and lots of information about what to do and where to go while in the city. Our flight had been delayed so we contacted him as soon as we learned of the delay and he was able to push back the scheduled time to let us into the apartment with no problem. Bed and bath linen, several rolls of toilet paper, hangers, an iron and ironing board, dish liquid and a sponge, hand soap, and plenty of cooking and eating necessities (pans, plates, glasses, utensils, etc.) were all provided. The next time we're in Budapest we'll definitely try to stay here again!
