• Nicole (10/5): Einfach perfekt! - Wir hatten wirklich einen richtig schönen Aufenthalt im Guest Roma House. Die Lage war super, alles war sehr sauber und gemütlich und obwohl man mitten in der Stadt ist, war es überhaupt nicht übermäßig laut. Francesco war unglaublich freundlich und hat uns direkt tolle Restaurantempfehlungen gegeben. Wir haben einige davon ausprobiert und sie waren wirklich richtig gut. Direkt nebenan ist ebenfalls ein sehr gutes Restaurant. Besonders schön fand ich auch das Frühstückskonzept. Man hat Gutscheine für ein kleines Café um die Ecke bekommen und konnte dort morgens gemütlich einen Cappuccino trinken und sich etwas aussuchen. Das hat sich einfach total lokal und authentisch angefühlt. Auch das Haus selbst war wunderschön. So ein typisches altes Gebäude mit einem kleinen alten Aufzug und einfach ganz viel Charme. Alles war wirklich sehr hübsch und liebevoll. Würde ich auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen, wenn man in Rom übernachten möchte. :)

• Silvio (10/5): Ein gemütliches Zimmer an bester Lage - Der Gastgeber Francesco heisst seine Gäste sehr herzlich willkommen. Die Lage ist ideal um die Stadt zu erkunden aber trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Das Frühstück erhält man in einem schönen Strassencafé wenige Minuten vom Zimmer entfernt.

Francesco è un host incredibile, disponibile e simpatico. La casa è perfetta e la location invidiabile. Vicino al foro, vicino a trattorie storiche romane e forni per colazioni. Super consigliato. • Александр Галицких (10/5): Отличное место рядом с Ватиканом. - Комната в апартаментах минутах в 5 от метро "Оттавиано" и в 10-15 от Ватикана. Заселение прошло на ура, Франческо встретил у входа приветствием на русском (!), показал комнату и всё подробно объяснил. Комната небольшая, но вполне удобная, санузел с душевой кабиной в наличии. Завтрак в кафе за углом, обычный итальянский - кофе и круассан, тут проблем никаких, ничего неожиданного. Мне очень понравилось и расположение, и цена, и сервис, рекомендую!

Torniamo ogni anno presso questa struttura perché ci troviamo - La struttura è in posizione strategica sia per raggiungere a piedi piazza San Pietro e il Vaticano, che per il Foro Italico/Stadio Olimpico. Niente, tutto perfetto.

• Diana (10/5): Toller herzlicher Gastgeber und schönes Apartment in guter Lage - Das Apartment war sauber, schön eingerichtet und in einer sehr guten Lage, mit vielen Restaurants in nächster Nähe und dennoch ruhig in der Nacht. Francesco ist ein geborener Gastgeber! Er kam jeden Tag vorbei um die Zimmer zu reinigen und nach dem Rechten zu schauen. Wir haben uns in seinem Apartment sehr wohl gefühlt und vor allem die Gespräche und das Philosophieren mit ihm sehr genossen. Er hatte viele gute Tipps für die Umgebung und war stets ansprechbar. Es wäre schön, wenn sich unsere Wege irgendwann wieder kreuzen! Viele liebe Grüße :)

• Eleni (10/5): - Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ όμορφο! Ήταν καθαρό και το κρεβάτι ήταν αρκετά άνετο. Η τοποθεσία πολύ καλή, ήσυχη και δίπλα σε ωραία μαγαζιά και εστιατόρια στην όμορφη περιοχή του Prati. Ο Francesco ήταν ευγενέστατος και μας βοήθησε σε ότι χρειαστήκαμε!

He went above and beyond by giving us great recommendations for local bars and restaurants, which made our entire experience in Rome even more special. The apartment itself is beautiful, comfortable, and very well maintained. The cleanliness was exceptional, with the room cleaned daily to a very high standard. Overall, this stay exceeded our expectations, and a big part of that is thanks to Francesco. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome and would gladly return again.

• Jill (10/5): Warm persoonlijk en veilig gevoel - Het warme onthaal door Francesco, gaf je direct een welkom gevoel. Een basic verblijf, ideaal voor overnachting. De locatie is kort bij het Vaticaan. Alles was top, zo verder doen!

Francesco nos ayudó en todo, es un crack…se nota que disfruta con su trabajo. Todo fue bien. Solo almohada un poco dura pero Francesco nos la cambió en cuanto se lo dijimos. Y una cortina que había en la ducha para evitar salida de agua de la mampara que quitamos y tuvimos cuidado de que no saliera

Además la ubicación es excelente, tranquila, residencial muy cerca del metro y el vaticano. La habitación estaba limpia y en buenas condiciones. Si vuelvo a Roma sin dudas voy a lo de Francesco. • Juliana (9/5): - Sehr netter Gastgeber und geräumiges, modernes Zimmer sowie Gemeinschaftsküche mit Kühlschrank, Tee und Kaffeemaschine. Frühstück mit Kaffee und Croissant gibt es in einem Café um die Ecke. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt!

Ruhige Umgebung mit italienischem Frühstück in einem kleinen authentischen Cafe nebenan. Der Gastgeber gibt viele Tipps (Restaurants etc) und macht täglich das Zimmer. Ca 10 Minuten zur nächsten Metro. Busverbindungen fußläufig super erreichbar. Keine Haken für Handtücher oder Kleidung. Bad könnte noch etwas sauberer sein.

Segítőkész és kedves Francesco a vendéglátó, a reggelihez kuponokat kaptunk egy közeli kis kávézóba és ajánlást a környék vendéglátóhelyeiről. A szomszédos Pizzéria és a közeli borozó is szuper.

• Laura (10/5): Très belle expérience à renouveler très bientôt ! - J’ai été ravie de séjourner dans cet établissement. L’emplacement est idéal, à proximité de commerces et du métro. La chambre est très jolie, encore plus belle que sur les photos, avec une belle décoration, une bonne ambiance, une propreté et un hôte absolument adorable. On se sent vite bien, à l’aise et en sécurité. Je recommande vivement ! :-) J’ai tout apprécié lors de mon séjour.

La chambre était nickel, avec une belle vue, un emplacement idéal, une décoration soignée et une propreté impeccable. J’ai été très bien accueillie par Francesco qui a été adorable du début jusqu’à la fin de mon séjour. C’était un plaisir vraiment de séjourner dans un endroit aussi charmant, je recommande vivement :-) J’ai tout apprécié lors de mon séjour.

Un super restaurant local juste à côté et le petit déjeuner (café, croissant) suffisant au bar à 5 min. Et Francesco nous a réservé un super accueil. Disponible, de bons conseils, très sympathique et efficace. Tout était vraiment parfait, nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

• Nicole (10/5): Amazing Host - This property was in a good safe location, about a 15 minute walk from the Vatican. You can use the lift here which is always a plus. Francesco was an amazing host. He provided daily cleanings, towels and breakfast tickets for a local shop. There was ac in the room and the room was large! Nothing!
• Wojciech (9/5): - Idealne położenie zarówno do zwiedzania miasta jak i wizyty na stadionie czy po prostu poczucia lokalnego życia. Pokój czysty, bez żadnych uwag czy niedogodności. Pomimo, że było wszystko okej - to powiedzmy sobie szczerze w Rzymie w pokoju się nie siedzi :) Uroku dodaje super klimatyczna winda i generalnie ładny budynek. Śniadania typu cappuccino i cornetto z kremem - niby nic i zastanawiałem się czy to będzie wystarczające. W zupełności :) idealne, pyszne i sycące połączenie w kameralnym lokalu, gdzie nie ma tłumu turystów a lokali mieszkańcy - z przyjemnością można było obserwować włoski styl życia. Przede wszystkim sercem i kluczem temu obiektu jest jego właściciel. Francesco to niesamowity gość. Przede wszystkim baaaardzo serdeczny, pomocny, otwarty, codzienne całkiem przypadkowe rozmowy średnio rozciągały się do ok 30 minut :D Ale jak tu nie prowadzić zażyłych rozmów kiedy Francesco (imię z pewnością nawiązuje do Tottiego ) pomimo typowo włoskiej otwartości jest Rzymianinem i kibicem Romy z krwi i kości! Forza Roma :) Czy opinia jest subiektywna? Pewnie tak, w Rzymie się można zakochać i nieustająco wracać. A jeśli się w dodatku kibicuje As Romie to lepszego miejsca na ziemi się nie znajdzie.

• Theodoros (5/5): Το δωμάτιο είναι καθαρό. Κατά τα άλλα υπάρχουν ελλείψεις και είναι απάτη το πρωινό - Επαρκής χώρος στο δωμάτιο Πληρώσαμε για πρωινό. Το πρωινό ήταν τελικά ένας καφές κ ένα κρουασάν από ένα καφέ με κουπόνι που μας έδωσε αυτός . Σε όλο το κατάλυμα η θέρμανση είναι αυτόματη. Στο μπάνιο δεν υπάρχει τηλέφωνο , υπάρχει μόνο ντουζ . Οταν φεύγαμε, έβρεχε καταρρακτωδώς και δε μας πρότεινε να αφήσουμε κάπου τα πράγματα. Μας είπε ότι οι έλληνες είμαστε καλοί ναυτικοί κ μας έστειλε σε ένα κτίριο 700 μέτρα μακριά , για να αφήσουμε τα πράγματα , όπως είχε συμφωνηθεί εξ αρχής

• Maggaortiz (10/5): Maravillo gracias por tanto - El sitio es bastante cerca de la Basílica San Pedro, del metro que lleva a Términi, el alojamiento es cómodo, tranquilo y todo lo necesario para la estancia. Pero sin lugar a dudas el anfitrión Francesco es lo mejor en mucho tiempo que he conocido en mis viajes, disponible en ayudarte, simpático, estaba por las mañana así que podíamos hablar un rato, pero sobre todo la gran humanidad que tuvo conmigo cuando lo necesité pues desafortunadamente me puse mala y a las 6 de la mañana estuvo disponible y acudió para ayudarme para llamar un médico y hablar él, y mientras estaba en el hospital se ocupó de mis maletas, siento una gran e inmensa gratitud por alguien tan humano y aparte porque en general te hace sentir bien. No duden en venir aún sin estar malos tendréis a alguien genial para recibiros. nada todo genial no puedo poner nada negativo

Beliggenhed er dejlig.. lidt uden for alt larm og kaos med dejlige rene værelser. Perfekt hvis man skal bruge et godt sted at sove til en god pris når man udforsker Rom. Jeg har ikke noget dårligt at sige om stedet. Det var det perfekte overnatningssted for den måde jeg rejser på.

Чистый уютный номер, в одном из районов Рима с шаговой доступностью у метро и Ватикану. Завтрак - это круассан с кофе в местном кафе, не нужно ждать большего. Мы побывали во многих местах и отелях, но это место останется в нашем сердце, потому что нам все понравилось. Вы переживаете за душ, краны или что-то еще? Тогда вам нужен сетевой отель. А если ждете теплый прием и хорошую комнату для длительного пребывания, у Франческо отличный вариант! Из России с любовью! -

• Stefan (9/5): - Tolles Zimmer mit eigenem Bad und kleiner gemeinsamer Küche, die mit zwei anderen Zimmern geteilt wird. Sehr angenehmer Gastgeber und gutes Viertel. Für Italien sehr hoher Standard. Sehr sauber und nach drei Tagen frische Handtücher. Voll zufrieden.
• Rocio (10/5): - Francesco es simplemente un anfitrión 10, ha estado atento a todo lo que necesitabamls, nos reservó el taxi de vuelta, teniamos botellas de agua en la nevera para nosotras, nos mandó una lista de sitios para comer en roma.... cualquier duda te contestaba muy rápido, mas que un anfitrión se convirtió en un amigo nuestro. Francesco esperamos verte pronto y te esperamos por Málaga (Marbella) Por decir algo que la ducha tuviera manguera y que las toallas se cambiasen todos los dias pero esto es un apartamento no un hotel entonces es completamente normal😊

Il dondolino è una chicca — impossibile non innamorarsene! 😄 Il proprietario è fantastico: simpatico, gentile e sempre disponibile. Ti fa sentire subito a tuo agio, come a casa (anzi, meglio!). Un posto dove si sta davvero bene… consigliatissimo! 👏✨
• Remigiusz (10/5): Lokalizacja, komfort, właściciel na duży plus - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja: 10 minut do stacji metra Ottaviano, 15-20 minut do Watykanu, 35 min do stadionu Olimpico. W okolicy pełno restauracji, barów, sklepów. W pokoju jest wszystko co potrzebne, łóżko bardzo wygodne. Właściciel bardzo sympatyczny i pomocny, dba o swoich gości i stara się by niczego im nie zabrakło.

• Katalin (9/5): Nice place with superb location - Francesco is a great host: all smiles, interested in everything, friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. He's happy to share his best tips with the guests. The place looks nice and it’s very clean. It’s located in an older but elegant building featuring a small but reliable elevator. The neighborhood is just lovely: quiet residential area with supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants but very close to the metro (and also a lot of buses stop nearby) and only a few minutes walk from the Vatican. Unfortunately the bed is quite uncomfortable and even squeaks loudly. Some shelves in the shower (and a hand-held shower head!) would be a great improvement.
• Aengus (10/5): Dive into the Roman lifestyle in one of the few authentic streets where locals still live - Francesco was amazing and so helpful. If we stay in Roma again we will go back to his place. Stunning experience. That we didn’t stay longer

• frederic (9/5): trop court. - Très bien situé avec accès facile par métro dans une rue calme. Le lit est très confortable l'ensemble est très propre, et le responsable de l'établissement est trop sympa, le Wi-Fi est très appréciable et de bonne qualité. Proche que restaurants et d'autres commodités comme par exemple le Pins (supermarché) ou on peut retrouver une bonne petite bouteille de vin local, et également d'une petite boulangerie sur le coin de la rue qui propose des pâtes fraiches.

Francesco is very friendly and attentive and made us feel welcome! He also guve us the best tips about Rome and local restaurants. I definitely recommend this place!

• Stefania (10/5): Un soggiorno perfetto nel cuore di Roma - Ho trascorso un piacevolissimo soggiorno in questa struttura, che è dotata di tutti i comfort e collocata in una posizione strategica, a due passi dal Vaticano. L'alloggio non manca di nulla (macchina da caffè, stoviglie, tisane, e perfino qualche medicinale da banco utile a scacciare gli acciacchi dei viaggiatori!), ma il vero fiore all'occhiello della Guest Roma House è Francesco, che tra una chiacchiera e l'altra ti fa sentire a casa avvolgendoti con la sua vivace spontaneità. Spero di tornare presto, grazie ancora di tutto!
• Niek (10/5): Fijne en schone kamer vlakbij het Vaticaan - Erg goed geregeld allemaal. De kamers zijn schoon en Francesco is erg vriendelijk. De algemene ruimte is gedeeld. Je hoort dus af en toe mensen van een andere kamer vertrekken/aankomen.
• Dmitry (9/5): Все было здорово, с радость остановились бы здесь ещё раз - Франческо замечательный хозяин, у нас и так было позднее заселение еще и рейс дополнительно задержали, но несмотря на это он дождался нас, очень гостеприимно встретил, показал как всем пользоваться, а также прислал список из 20 мест, где можно вкусно поесть, что было тоже очень кстати! Отличный район, спокойный и красивый, рядом есть все необходимое и недалеко до достопримечательностей и метро, сам номер простой, но очень приятный, там было чисто и очень тихо, так что мы отлично провели там несколько ночей. Можно добавить зеркало в комнату 😅

• Pia (10/5): Tolles Gästehaus mit super nettem & hilfsbereitem Gastgeber - absolut empfehlenswert! - Das Gästehaus liegt in perfekter Lage (Laufnähe zum Vatikan) und bietet ein sauberes, gemütliches Ambiente in den Zimmern sowie in der Küche. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Uns hat es super gut gefallen & wir kommen gerne wieder! Man könnte noch Kleinigkeiten verbessern wie z.B. Halterungen für Handtücher, aber ansonsten ist einfach top an dieser Unterkunft!
• Konstantin (10/5): - Уютное место в красивейшем районе Рима. В квартире было все необходимое для комфортного пребывания. В этом же доме находится семейный ресторанчик, по вечерам наполняющийся местными жителями и туристами, создавая теплую атмосферу. Хозяин квартиры Франческо был очень гостеприимным и душевным. Было приятно общаться, узнавать новое о городе и жизни в нем. Это был незабываемый отпуск в Риме, в том числе, благодаря этому месту и Франческо. Теплый привет из холодного Санкт-Петербурга ❤️

• Juan (9/5): Buena estancia en Roma - El anfitrión es super amable, me explicó todo sobre el apartamento. Estaba limpio, y el edificio donde esta es muy bueno. Desayuno bueno. La insonorización de la habitación era perfecta, había ruido en la calle y dentro no se escuchaba nada. El agua caliente no salía como debería.

Francesco muy atento. La propuesta de desayuno es cómoda No hubo algo que no me gustara. La verdad el hospedaje y Roma me resultaron de maravilla. Lo recomiendo ampliamente
