Kim (8/5): - This hotel has nice rooms. Big rooms with a kitchenette. It’s a very simple and unassuming place. Lobby is serviceable, but not a welcoming gathering place Ice, laundry and vending are efficiently placed in one guest key locked room on ground floor. In addition, All hotels need to keep up on vacuuming stairwells. This place is new, but still needs attention in stairwells. I’d go back if it still reasonably priced, but there are several new hotels right on this new street to try also.

Lindsay (4/5): Rudely awoken, twice - We were traveling with a toddler and only staying one night. We stayed here on the way to our destination and on our way home, both only for one night, but this is one of 2 locations that has EV charging. They do not have do not disturb signs for their doors and both visits we were woken up by housekeeping at 8am, even though checkout isn’t until 12. This is a gross oversight that would easily be remedied by supplying rooms with do not disturb signs. I do not think I’ll stay here again.

Ed (10/5): - A convenient place to stop on a road trip or to visit the nearby Ruby Mountains. Has a small kitchen too but we’re road tripping this time around and didn’t use it.

Arthur (8/5): - Check in was quick and easy. They have a luggage cart available for use which made moving my stuff easier. It is very clean. Downsides the hot water is not very hot and the beds are very firm.

Tom (8/5): - This would be a great short term stay hotel for those of us to travel and stay one night, there was no breakfast no coffee, except what you make in your room. So bare-bones nice clean room.
Peter (8/5): - Newer property, clean and big rooms with kitchenette. Big laundry facilities with lots of washers and driers. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Every interaction was great. Ice is only on first floor. Gym is minimal with no water supply for filling bottles.
Pamela (10/5): - All was good. We were given a handicapped accessible room, but this was not what we reserved. I was concerned that someone else would need this room, but the person at the front desk said, when we were checking out, that these rooms are sometimes reserved as a regular room.
Art (6/5): - Motel was clean but disappointed no breakfast and had to take towels down to the desk to get clean ones and had to take own garbage out, no one was ever at the Front desk either so couldn’t get my receipt upon checkout
Thomas (10/5): Elko Ledgestone - Gotta say I was not happy when we received a call while on our way to the property that our reserved room type was not available. They were willing to give us a discount on the new room. Stating since I paid ahead thru Expedia they would have to put the discount thru them on Monday. Will see if that happens and update if it doesn’t. Hotel is very easy to get to, clean, quiet and comfortable.

Victoria (8/5): Elko - It was great. We will stay there again. I was not aware it was an Extended Stay hotel. So my review is mainly because we did not have the amenities we are used to.
Robert K (10/5): - Well maintained, clean and up to date. Geared for commercial workers so parking lot can be full but manageable. Reasonably priced and would stay there again.
Dennis (10/5): - The room was very large; more the size of a suite, with two queen size beds and a complete kitchen. The kitchen included everything needed for cooking and eating including a two burner range and a full size refrigerator. Now that I have discovered this hotel, I do not plan to stay in any other hotel or motel when I periodically travel to Elko, NV. Unlike other establishments that offer anything equivalent, this hotel is affordable.
Robert (10/5): - We like away from busy freeways and trains. We also liked the kitchenette. It fit our liking even tho a short drive to the event.
Demetra (10/5): - This motel is in a convenient location for travel and is consistently excellent. Very roomy accommodations and a nice kitchen set-up. The only negative is that they have no breakfast available.

Shawn (10/5): - I thought the facility was clean with convenient parking. It's also within a few minutes of the Elko Convention Center. The rooms are more like studio apartments. The refrigerators are full-sized. You need to know there aren't any stoves, but there are microwaves. The desk clerk let me know that the hotel had free washers and driers, but you need to bring your own soap. That would have been nice to know before I came. Other than that, the hotel was quiet, clean, and as a woman traveling alone, I felt safe.

Robert (10/5): - We stayed one night on our way home from California to Idaho. My husband was recovering from knee surgery so this was a great half way point to stop for the night. The room was large and the bed very comfortable. It was also very quiet so we slept well.

Space good. Wish TV had more viewing options (even regular standard stations). Wish no smoking in common areas.

Joseph (2/5): - Apparently the greed of these people is insatiable! I understand is they kicked many of us out, who had made reservations months and months in advance. And just left us to the mercy of trying to find rooms at a sold out event just days before. I will never stay here, nor will I allow any business associate of mine to stay here. I will never forget how they chose to cancel our reservations, throw us to the wolves, and then proceed to rebook those rooms at three times what we would have paid for them. The early bird gets the morning worm, it pays to make reservations early. But what is the point, when greedy people like these, we'll just cancel your reservations and literally pull the rug out from underneath your feet. I would give them negative Mark's if I could.

Sue (8/5): Non Descript Really - Hotel is a bare bones sleeping spot. No pool. No breakfast. We did appreciate the fridge and microwave. Great location right off I-80 so it was easy getting back on the road without having to drive through traffic in town.

Anton (2/5): Ledgestone Fraudulent Charges/Poor Service/ - we had a very bad experience at the Elko Ledgestone location. We rented two rooms, checked in late around 9 pm and left around 9 am. We only stayed one day. After we left we got a call from an employee accusing us of damaging a mattress. She said that someone peed the bed. This is just not true. None of my kids had wet clothes. So it just did not happen. Also my son had to go back to the room to get something that he forgot and someone was cleaning the room and all the linen was stripped off, he said the bed was not wet. The employee charged our card an extra $250 on top of the charge of the room. We have never had this happen and are just so stunned by these fraudulent charges. The Beds are extremely uncomfortable, the stoves are ridiculous, the staff at the front desk wasn’t friendly, they called us before we came to see if they could give our room away. Not pleased will never stay at this hotel ever again. And we stay in elk four to five times a year. They don’t deserve anyone business, and I hope this location goes out of business after our experience.
Jeannine (8/5): comfortable place to stay - We were traveling home from Yellowstone and this was a nice place to stay the night. The rooms were large. We did take out food and 4 of us ate comfortably in the room. I used the treadmill the next morning before leaving and was disappointed that at a pace of 6 it slipped so I was unable to complete my workout

Obviously they have a lot of construction crews living there. This is fine but it feels more like a boarding house then a motel. Room amenities are nice, there is a small kitchen which is great when you are on a road trip. Also noticed staff not wearing masks during Covid which was a concerning and made me wonder about cleanliness even though everything appeared clean.

Verified traveler (4/5): - The place was clean and nice. But after booking through Expedia, we were still charged $100. We weren’t informed that we should expect the charge, our got the notification from our bank. When we confronted the office staff we were informed it was for ‘just in case we ordered room service,etc’. We were also told that it would go back after 3-4 business days. It hasn’t. We called the bank to dispute the charge, but they can’t do anything until it’s no longer pending. So I really don’t recommend this place based on the customer service and extra charges.

David (10/5): Quality + Price = Best Value - An good choice in Elko. A fairly new property so it is in excellent shape. I had a large, apartment style room so lots of space and conveniences. The rate was also in the bottom half of the market (IMO) so I view this as an excellent value. My new "go to" hotel for my one night stopovers in Elko.

Joseph (8/5): Clean, but lax about masks - This is a new property. The condition was outstanding. The rooms look to be thoroughly and effectively cleaned. Comfortable beds, air-conditioning, bathrooms all excellent. Our one comment, many of the staff seemed quite lax about observing mask requirements. Ditto many of the guests. It left me a little uncomfortable overall.
