The staff was professional, friendly, and always helpful. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, which was perfect after long working days. The Wi-Fi connection was reliable, and all the necessary amenities were available. Overall, it was a pleasant and efficient stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling for work.

- Miguel Angel (10/5): Vacaciones de fin de año muy agradables - Todo en nuestra estancia fue excelente Màs que un hotel, parece una casa muy grande y elegante Tiene unas instalaciones muy agradables, destacando el Lobby, el àrea de comida, la alberca climatizada, el àrea de los asadores y mesas, y la cancha deportiva de basquetbol La habitacion con una cocineta equipada, barra desayunadora, sillon, y pantalla, mas la recamara con dos camas muy comodas por cierto, y una pantalla adicional, superaron ampliamente nuestras expectativas El desayuno fue siempre excelente con variedad de platillos todos los dìas y con muy buen sabor los alimentos Los dìas martes , mièrcoles y jueves, el hotel ofrece en cortesìa un servicio de alimentos y bebidas para sus huespedes, y eso es un super plus para quienes nos hospedamos ahi La ubicaciòn suena extraña porque no estàs en ninguna ciudad litera, pero puedes acceder muy facilmente a la zona conurbada de Leòn en 10 minutos, a Guanajuato capital en 30 minutos, a Silao con su parque Bicentenario en 20 minutos, etc.. Pero lo mas sobresaliente de todo es su personal Siempre te atienden con una sonrisa y el ambiente entre ellos es muy pero muy de trabajar en equipo Monica siempre tuvo nuestra suite muy limpia e impecable en su arreglo y acomodo Ana en la recepciòn siempre muy amable y colaborativa En el desayuno Chely, marce y Luz, SUPER amables y muy eficientes con su trabajo. Todo el tiempo al pendiente de que nada faltara en el servicio del buffet, y cabe destacar que no es el tìpico hotel en donde se empieza a terminar la comida sin resurtir antes de que finalice la hora del buffet, al contrario, cuando levantaban el servicio por la hore de termino siempre habia suficiente comida. En las tardes, el Chef Diego tambièn siempre muy atento a cualquier necesidad de los huespedes. Todo me gusto en el hotel Solo por poner algo, tal vez la salida de agua de la regadera, pero de verdad muy recomendable este hotel

- Andrea (8/5): - La habitación tiene todo lo necesario, sobre todo para viajar con un bebé. La alberca está calientita. Hay algunas cosas en la habitación descuidadas (puertas de la cocineta rotas, le hacía falta la coladera del fregadero, los utencilios estaban inconpletos). Muy poco personal en el restaurante por las mañanas, no se daban a basto para limpiar mesas, hacer refill de lo que hiciera falta en el buffet.
- Aaron Espinos (5/5): CALIDAD EN EL SERVICIO LAMENTABLE - La comodidad de la habitación, variedad de servicios e instalaciones Es la segunda vez que me hospedó por ocio, variedad de instalaciones ya que voy con mis niños pequeños y el factor decisivo para pasar este fin de semana en familia había sido la alberca y su TEMPERATURA templada principalmente adicional al buen servicio que tuvimos en nuestra primer visita en agosto. Está ocasión la alberca estaba helada porque el personal de mtto. comentaron en recepción era nuevo y olvidó prender la caldera, solicité que si se podía prender aunque sabía que tardaría en templarse, me confirmaron que si pero después de 4 hrs seguía igual de helada por lo que supongo que solo me dijeron que lo harían sin hacerlo. Decidimos hacer el gasto elegirlos para pasar un fin de semana agusto, pero el objetivo principal no se cumplió que era hacer uso de la alberca. Los alimentos a la carta muy decepcionantes en comparación a los consumidos en la ocasión anterior, ingredientes, calidad y guarniciones distintas. La habitación tenía un olor al entrar parecido a pipí. Sin embargo estaba limpia En el bufette pedí la posibilidad de preparar huevos estrellados, a lo que se negaron comentando solo lo disponible en el bufett y lo respeto, solo que la visita anterior si lo hicieron, supuse que en todo sería la misma calidad de servicio que la primer vez. Es lamentable que un lugar que se había convertido por las instalaciones, servicio, limpieza, alimentos, comodidad de habitaciones en uno de nuestros favoritos y opción de asistencia regular por nuestra cercania al lugar donde radicamos, nos haya ofrecido una experiencia de esta manera.

Rooms are clean and spacious and it has everything you need: fridge, microwave, etc. It offers delicious breakfast. And everyone is always so nice. Highly recommend this hotel.

- Suzanne (8/5): I usually love it, but this time was not great. - The front desk staff is friendly and very helpful, the location is convenient to the airport, I love the 24-hour airport shuttle, and it’s a good value. I am told I can’t order from the kitchen until happy hour is over, but, on this last trip, the food was almost gone. When they brought out more at my request, it was so greasy that I got sick that night. Also, there were only knives, no forks or spoons, and there was no dressing for the salad. Previous meals during previous stays were much better. This one was disappointing, and I had to travel with a very upset stomach.
