• annabH9802OF (10/5): awesome time - the hotel has a really good location and the rooms were very beautiful. we stayed in one of the apartments and everything there was absolutely top-notch. the pool was amazing and a real highlight. we also want to mention the very kind staff — especially Mr. Pha, who always welcomed us so warmly and made us feel very comfortable. our stay was calm, relaxing and very pleasant. we would definitely come back.

• jdcoach (10/5): Great hotel, reasonable priced and off the beaten trail so it is quiet and feels exclusive - This is the 2nd time I've stayed here and it will be my destination when I come back again. While the hotel is not located in a busy location, it is worth the stay because it is quiet, the rooms are large and furnished in nice wood. The staff is attentive and there are plenty of staff around to help you willingly. It has a pool and a great restaurant inside, the Papraat I believe it is called. Breakfast is included, the A/C works great and the beds are comfortable.

• W1250TXisabels (10/5): 4 days at the Green Amazone Residence - We stayed at Green Amazone Residence for four nights and we had a really good time there. Our room was very spacious. Everything was very clean, the bed was comfortable. The hotel is located in a quite area a little bit out of town but you are in the city centre in a few minutes by tuk-tuk and the hotel-staff will organise it for you. The staff is incredible! All members of the team are very kind, friendly and competent. They will take care of everything. I really appreciated the work of Mr. Paul and his team. Another thing I'd like to highlight is the food in the restaurant of the hotel. It's delicious! We only tried Khmr food and it was so good. We did 2 two tours to the tempels of Angkor organised by the hotel. Big recommendation! I would come back anytime.

My room was cleaned on time, when I put a sign clean my room ànd went out for breakfast, when I returned after breakfast tue room was done (cleaned). Also went for a massage and the attendant was very polite and the massge was relaxing.

Very close to the most happening place I.e. national museum, pub street, city centre, pagoda etc. The staff particularly Mr. Paul, Ms. Lina and Mr. Net ensure personal touch and assist in planning the itinerary for the guests.

He gave us the best guide of Siem Reap, a very good driver and he sent us to the best show. Vichet, Phea and Malis presented with welcoming smile and always eager to help. Sophorn helped us with all our needs and kept our room very clean. Kimla makes a real good coffee an excellent Barista. Overall they made our 5 day stay very enjoyable.

• M (6/5): - Some of the staff were very helpful and courteous with a sincere warmth in their approach. Some may not have good English skills so they were shy but not short of smiles. The room we got was not fit for a good stay even if it was clean and the room amenities were good. The main issue is that it did not have good ventilation. The window which cannot be opened was frosted glass and the balcony faces the wall of the next 1 meter away building, no view. I suggested to the staff not to rent that room to guests. The food in the restaurant was good but had a long wait for dinner orders to come, even when the restaurant was not even half full.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Backpacking in Cambodia - Very young staff members,that tried their best but were lacking in training . Mr Lee in particular the Tuk Tuk driver who took us everywhere was exceptional and very courteous. The staff were all very nice and very helpful but would benefit from some additional training,this is by no means a detrimental remark upon the staff,but more to the point of improving the quality of the hotel. We had a full day of activioand. We’re looking forward to a nice relaxing drink only to be informed that the bar was closed at 2200,we are European and expect to be able to discuss our day over a drink after 2200, all in al, a wonderful pl ace to stay with just a few tweaks required.

• Subha (8/5): Clean and comfortable hotel - Since I reach there it has been a wonderful hotel from the staffs to the facilities..the food and cocktails very great..although it’s away from the city but there is tuk tuk and bicycle available..only down fall is the lock for the room main door and balcony door..they could add another lash from inside so that we cn sleep peacefully knowing it’s secured..

They will pick you up from the airport if you give them arrival flight info which we did not know. The only minus side is the location. A little bit far from the pub street & night market. You need a Tuk-tuk which will cost $2-3. The shower water is not hot enough sometimes. Special thanks to the front desk staff: Rathana, Noch & Chomnur.

The facilities are excellent and the room is so modern and comfortable. Great bed, bedding, lighting and the modern bath in the room was so relaxing. The pool area is modern, large and very relaxing. The buffet breakfast was wonderful. If you want to relax in high quality surroundings at a good price, then I highly recommend.
• Hamzah (10/5): A relaxing vacation - Hi, I would love to thank all the crews. The hospitality is the best, greeted with warm towel and juice. I know cambodian are gentle people, they apologized more than 5 times because the hotel representative was late to fetch me at the airport (not their fault though. Coz the immigration took more than 15 minutes for each person. The representative came earlier and waited for more than 1 hour. Anyways thank you). The room smells so good and it’s spacious. I really like their simple decor. The restaurant is humble. The pool is green clear water, doesnt smell chlorine at all. A bit far from the city centre but they will provide tuk tuk. Phare circus is just 1km away. Breakfast was good. What you can ask more when it’s complimentary.Well I stayed there for 5 days. and really enjoyed it. Sorry I’ve misplaced the name of the staff. If I can recall the manager, then you have this lady named Preya (if I’m not mistaken), and the guy that fetched me at the airport, Chamnor? And my tuk tuk driver to Hard Rock Cafe, can’t recall his name.
• M (2/5): Terrible - We arrived late in the evening - the initial check in and reception was fine, the facilities seem nice at first - but once we got in the room everything went downhill. The room was full of insects - moths, flies, a baby cockroach on the bed; the floor was filthy; and the bed linen was stained. We requested another room - which had the same problems. To make things worse, they tried to spray an insecticide around my young daughter. The manager was completely unhelpful and defensive. In the end we just booked another hotel and left.

• Helena (10/5): Nytt, fräsch, underbart! - Helt fantastiskt ställe. Det ligger lite längre bort från staden, men det tycker jag var skönt. Det var tyst och lugnt hela tiden, en skön plats att vila på. Poolen är stor och det finns breda solstolar runtom. De städar två gånger om dagen, och vid varje tillfälle får du en flaska vatten. Finns gratis påfyllning i restaurangen också. Fräsch, rent och nytt överallt. Sängen var bred och otroligt bekväm. Personalen är verkligen genomgoda och jättetrevliga. Maten i restaurangen är också väldigt god, och håller samma prisklass som i staden. Ska definitivt återvända!
