• X4191RJemilyk (10/5): Great for wedding room block; Accomodating staff & convenient location! - I got married in Walpole a few weeks ago and set up a room block for our guests at the Fairfield Inn & Suites. Our entire experience with the hotel was excellent! The booking process with Beth was seamless, and in the months leading up to our wedding she was extremely helpful and accessible (answering questions, letting us know the status of our block). On the weekend of the wedding, the hotel staff were so friendly and accomodating to our guests (many of whom had requests to be on the same floor, check-in early, etc). The rooms were clean and spacious. We utilized the conference room on the first floor to do hair & makeup, and the space was perfect and so convenient for getting ready. Staff members checked in with us several times to see if we needed anything which was very nice! If you are having an event in the area, I would highly recommend the Fairfield Inn & Suites for a room block. They have the most accomodating and friendly staff in an extremely convenient location!

• C4311NWnicolec (8/5): positive with exceptions - I want to start by saying that I have been staying here weekly since August for work related trips. The front desk staff know and greet me when I come in. Generally they are very responsive to any requests or needs I have made. One evening the TV in the room did not work, and they could not fix it that night, so the desk manager gave me a discount on that night's stay. He also really helped me out by making reservations for me for future stays. I very much appreciated his help and consideration and am grateful for that service. However, this past Monday evening things were a little off. I was greeted very warmly by the desk manager, who also tried to help me with a billing issue (which turned out to not be something they could solve). When I got up to my room, I noticed that one of the pillows was dirty, there were no small water bottles (usually two are complimentary in the room), and there was no bar soap in the bathroom. I went back to the desk and the desk attendant (a different person) replaced the pillow and gave me the soap and water without comment. I sort of expected more of a reaction (she did offer to switch my room but by that point I was settled and I declined). The next morning, the shower lacked any pressure (very unusual for this hotel; it's one of the things I really appreciate about it in general) and the hot water was barely there. I did tell the morning attendant about it and she apologized, but no compensation was offered. My experience is that every situation's resolution really depends on who is at the desk. Most of those I've encountered have been helpful and kind; but the exceptions (who are never rude, just not responsive) definitely stand out as a problem, especially for a regular traveler. Would I stay here again? Absolutely. It's convenient, clean, and generally a positive experience. Could there be improvements -- definitely in the responsiveness department.

It was so easy to plan and they were so flexible with adding rooms if needed based on our needs. Everything was clean and organized with gift bags for our wedding guests. I am so thankful we booked with the Fairfield Inn & Suites also super close to our venue The Cape Club of Sharon. Breakfast in the morning was a great addition to keep our celebration going the next morning.

• Nick (8/5): Great place to stay and great location as Clyde’s is a great place for tourists and I had a great experience with Patrio - It was in a great location and perfect for the occasion of attending a New England Patriots game. The alotted time for breakfast was told to me as 6:00 am until 10 am. On the second day that I was there, I went to breakfast at 9:30 am and staff told me that I need to select what I wanted to eat as they were breaking down the breakfast buffet at 9:30 am. As I went to select eggs, they said that they had already taken them away. This was unsatisfactory as the time to end breakfast was said to be 10am and if I had been told that it was 9:30 am, then I would have woken up 30 minutes earlier. Aside from this discrepancy, I was satisfied with every other part of this stay.

• Q4398CPhannaho (10/5): Awesome Hotel with Great Price - It was so great working with Fairfield Inn & Suites Marriott for our wedding room block. They made the process nice and simple and checked in regularly with updates on bookings. They made sure that if our room block filled up they would be able to add rooms to it. It was a great option to lock in prices for our guests during the summer near Boston when rates can quickly sky rocket! Definitely recommend them for room blocks or hotel stays!

• Ali (8/5): I had nice stay - Nice stay, easy check-in/out, big and clean room, fair breakfast comparing to other hotels, close by restaurants and gas stations, Walmart also close by. Room service / housekeeping has to be scheduled 1 day in advance.
