- raine (4/5): Buyer beware NO REFIND POLICY - The owner actually resides there when not occupied hence clothes in wardrobe her toiletries in bathroom. Breakfast was supposed to be included “it is a public holiday today so I could not buy anything “ nor could we. For the money paid you would expect a dishwasher or at least enough washing up detergent. I feel we obverpaid for what we got. We could have got a 2 bathroom 4 bedroom house for the same price but we had already locked in to this and could not cancel as there is a non refundable policy on cancellation.
