• Jean-Pierre (9/5): Groot appartement met alle voorzieningen. Op loopafstand van restaurants en supermarkt. - Groot appartement met alle voorzieningen. Goede uitleg voor inchecken en uitchecken. Super ligging bij de Dorpstraat. Ontzettend lieve en attente assist via whatsapp. Appartement is enigszins gedateerd. Het buiten terras met hottub is niet gezellig. Je mist groen en “openheid”, overal muren is niet fijn.

• Americo (8/5): Very pleasant close to the restaurant close to the bus close to all the enemies easy to access very well laid out Apartm - The property was very well located. We felt secure and we were close to everything for instance restaurants, cafés, and good supermarkets as well as bars. Even though we were close to various places we didn’t suffer from noise. this time we had a one year-old child and all the provisions were given such as a baby chair bath and bed, which she enjoyed very much. We also had a teenager who really enjoyed her privacy in her bedroom overall the layout of the apartment really worked for us as a family of four. And one last thing we used Uber eats, which was really efficient in terms of delivery because we were close to everything. One of the aspects we didn’t really enjoy about the property was the size of the towels. There were too small for all of us the number of times the cleaners came during our day was only one time in a space of nine days. It would’ve been nice if you were given an option for them to come out more often and we’re willing to pay a little bit extra for that service. The apartment didn’t have a mop and a bucket available for us to be able to self clean the apartment whenever we need it, because the floor got dirty very easily. We could’ve also used a small vacuum cleaner to just keep the place tidy since we didn’t have the clean regularly. The apartment didn’t have enough pods for the washing machine, so we had to buy our own in order to keep our clothes cleaned, and also the drying rack was completely broken. It could use the new drying rack and more pegs to dry the clothes outside because as a family fall, we needed to wash our clothes regularly.
• Shaun (8/5): Comfortable and well located Winelands Gem - Excellent location, rooms were very comfortable and a lovely open space for a family. Remote checkin team were great to deal with and had some good recommendations. If the opportunity presents itself we will definitely stay here again. Nothing to complain about here however daily servicing of the apartment should be included in the rental price even although we preferred not to have it anyway.

• Kevin (9/5): Lovely central apartment with parking - Great directions and very helpful host Lovely apartment, great to have some tea,coffee,milk, really well equipped Had to call to get into the gates and the safe box code for the keys — we didn’t have any phone access so had to pay to get it on another phone. No heating downstairs so a bit chilly in the winter!
• Morné (9/5): Great townhouse - Very comfortable & nicely decorated 2 bedroom townhouse, with king size beds & good quality bedding. Wifi, small Nespresso machine & washing-dryer combo machine. Inverter, so no load shedding!! Basic toiletries & towels provided. Safe & within walking distance to Spar & Checkers for groceries, as well as lots of trendy restaurants in Dorp street. Just a few metres away from Paul Roos school & opposite Helderberg hostel of Stellenbosch University. Situated on a busy street, yet the traffic noise during peak hours did not bother us at all. Avemore, the rental agency, always friendly, professional & accommodating. This is our second stay at Mareba Court nr9 & will definitely rent again.
• Robert (8/5): Central Stellenbosch - Central to Stellenbosch. Comfortable accommodation with everything you need. Back up power for loadshedding a great plus. Noisy on weekends and public holidays. Student residence next door. Could not sleep on three evenings. Busy main road behind unit, with vehicle noise very irritating. We stayed seven nights. The unit should have had a complimentary cleaning at least once during that week for the price we paid. Not enough toilet paper offered, bin not cleaned. Requested new batteries for aircon remote and oven gloves after the first night. These were not delivered and we had to send a reminder after the fourth night.
• Stiaan (10/5): Clean, convenient with luxury feel in the center of Stellenbosch. - Very spaces, only 3 minutes' walk from the tourist center where all the restaurants are. Fully equipped kitchen with braai facilities outside as well as enough parking. Coffee machine was bonus. Air conditioner in both rooms with battery back-up for load-shedding. Nothing to complain about this property or host.

• Corinna (8/5): Mareba Court im Winter - Wir waren als 2 Ehepaare das erstemal im Mareba Court! Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, ein riesiges Wohn-Esszimmer mit Küche im unteren Stock, 2 Schlafzimmer sowie 2 Badezimmer im oberen Stock. Ein überdachter Parkplatz ist vorhanden sowie ein kleiner Innenhof! Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und Trockner sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Wir waren eine Woche im Winter da. In den Schlafzimmern war zum Heizen eine Klimaanlage vorhanden. Leider war im unteren Stock weder eine Heizung, ein Kamin, noch eine Klimaanlage, so dass es immer sehr kalt war und wir unter Decken sitzen mussten. Auch ist die Wohnung sehr laut, sie liegt an einr Hauptstrasse und gegenüber von einem Studentenwohnheim.
• Ursula (10/5): Perfekte Lage - Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Bietet viel Platz auch für 2 Paare perfekt, da sie separate Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad bietet. Die Küche und Wohnzimmer ist mit allem ausgestattet was man auch zu Hause hat. Top!
