• Arnaud (9/5): Un super appartement idéalement situé. Idéal pour visiter la ville en famille ou entre amis. - Localisation idéale. Très propre et bien décoré. Il manque peut être un espace canapé et la literie pour être être améliorée (matelas et drap). Quand l’un bouge, ça fait bouger l’autre. Matières des draps à revoir.
• Matías (10/5): Volvería a elegirlos una y mil veces - La habitación es muy bonita, los baños están impecables, todo muy bien cuidado y está muy bien ubicada. Si bien no ves a nadie, ya que todo lo manejas por teléfono, el trato es muy amable y cordial. Si vas en coche hay que reservar plaza con antelación porque son limitadas y está en zona de acceso restringido al tránsito y se necesita una autorización que ellos te gestionan. Volvería a elegirlos si vuelvo a Granada una y mil veces.

• Eliza (8/5): A comfortable stay in a prime location, with wonderful helpful staff. Thank you! - Pedro was so helpful - the carpark was tight and he helped us a lot to safely park the car. The room was beautiful with a balcony overlooking the street and lots of natural light - the beds were comfortable & everything was clean. The soundproofing wasn’t so good - we stayed a sat - mon and every night we could hear loud noise from the street, also whenever anyone would come back late we would hear, so it’s not the best place if you want a nice quiet sleep. Some new towels and clean cups from housekeeping also would’ve been wonderful.

El apartamento esta bien y para ser un apartamento de alquiler lo tenía casi todo Las instrucciones para el parking no eran las mejores, además, la llave del parking la dejaban en el apartamento que estaba en un tercero sin ascensor (tampoco claro a la hora de hacer la reserva) y subir y bajar con niños resultaba más complejo. La limpieza se podía mejorar

Tiene muy buen servicio de habitaciones, y el baño siempre nos lo hemos encontrado muy limpio. no hubo nada que nos disgustase

• Rong Rong (9/5): - 新装修的公寓，除了没有洗衣设施，其它一应俱全，一房一厅，房间里有一张双人大床，和两张单人床，不过一张单人床是藏在另一张下的，要像抽屉一样拉出来。我们四个人，如果拉开那张单人床，空间太挤了，结果朋友还是睡了饭厅的沙发。虽然没有电梯，但是楼梯不太陡，提行李上楼还算OK。房子地点非常好，就在市中心，阿宫脚下。 服务还是差了点，想多要一床被子，要第二天才能送到。发了要早到一天的信息，也没人理。

• 김 (1/5): - 부킹닷컴 어플 오류인지는 모르겠으나 메세지가 동작하지 않아서 호스트와 연락을 못했습니다. 다른 숙박객의 도움으로 간신히 호스트와 연락을 하게 되어 숙소로 들어올 수 있었습니다. 그렇게 어렵게 들어왔던 숙소는 너무 추워서 여기서 허니문을 보낼 수가 없을 것 같아서 포기하고 다른숙소로 갔습니다. 부킹닷컴 메세지가 안되어 호스트에게 몇번이나 메일을 보냈으나, 호스트는 부킹닷컴 메세지만 이용하여 저는 확인이 어려웠습니다. 이후 확인해보니 유사한 후기가 많은것을 보았습니다. 이런 부분이 정망 아쉬웠습니다.

• Hilal (1/5): Definitely would not recommend - Location They never answer their messages or their phone. The accommodation has shared toilets with other guests. Toilet 1 was left in an unhygienic condition by other guests. There was pee everywhere that I had to clean myself. There was a couple in toilet 2 having loud sex, we could hear them from both of our rooms. These conditions constitute a material failure to provide acceptable accommodation standards as advertised.

• Lakshmi (10/5): Wonderful place, in the heart of Granada with great views! - Great location and views. The place is clean, fresh bedding and towels. No laundry on site but within 10 minutes there’s a place that is full service and can have your clothes back in the same day. It’s on the 3rd floor so lugging luggage up the stairs is a workout!
• sanchez ramirez (8/5): Escapada - Muy buena ubicación en pleno centro de Granada para ver todo lo principal. Todo muy limpio la cama muy cómoda, la calefacción muy bien. Falta de ascensor para subir la maleta por las escaleras, el baño compartido pero no hubo problema todo en general bien.
• Erin (10/5): Hotel was clean and comfortable with an incredible view in a great location! - The location was stellar. We were right outside of Plaza Nueva so everything was easy to get to. The room was absolutely gorgeous and clean. The shared bathroom was also very clean and well stocked. We loved having the terrace with the double french doors to overlook the plaza. Also having air conditioning was nice to have since it was unseasonably warm when we went in October. There was no elevator so we had to climb several flights of stairs. However, we are both able-bodied and were fine, even with lugging our luggage up.

• Gaelle (8/5): Buena ubicación y alojamiento cómodo, pero con detalles a mejorar - Excelente ubicación, muy cerca de la Alhambra y de los principales lugares turísticos de Granada. La habitación es cómoda y espaciosa, ideal para una familia de cuatro personas, con baño privado y cocina. Sin embargo, la cocina está poco equipada: faltan utensilios y sartenes suficientes para preparar comidas completas, por lo que resulta práctica solo para el desayuno. Otro punto a considerar es que la recepción tiene un horario limitado y, aunque se puede contactar por Booking o WhatsApp, no siempre es fácil encontrar a alguien disponible.

• Gonzalo (5/5): Sin agua caliente y sin tele - La ubicación Hay habitaciones en las que los baños son compartidos y están fuera de la habitación, el agua caliente se acaba en esos baños y te tenias que duchar con agua helada, el mando de la tele no funcionaba.
• Marifer (10/5): Magnifico - Era muy bonito , súper limpio a pesar de ser con baño compartido , estuvo impecable , Pedro es muy amable y la ubicación estaba excelente para acceder caminando al centro de la ciudad La calefacción , un poquito fría la habitación

La ubicación es perfecta ,te pilla cerca de todo y las vistas son preciosas .El trato muy bueno,el hombre que nos atendió súper educado y simpático . Creo que es el mejor hotel en el que me he alojado nunca
• Pepa (3/5): No volveremos - En el centro Habitación no aislada del ruido de la calle adecuadamente . Hay bares y ruido hasta altas horas de la noche . El Agua de la ducha, fría .
• Ron (8/5): Very well located accommodation to explore Granada - Oh I just wish this pension had lifts - which would have made this a commodation fantastic. The location is fantastic - right in the heart of the pedestrian only strip in Granada. Buses can take you to Alhambra and other touristy places from downstairs. Walk to Alhambra will be about 20 minutes or so. Rooms had modern facilities and toilets clean and nice. Lack of lifts.. pension is on third floor
