Nous avions réservé une chambre de luxe 3 personnes et pas du tout reçu ce qu'ont avait réservé.une salle de bain (wc qui fuyait, douche trop petite et bouché, lavabo bouché)pas de vas et viens pour l'éclairage principal quand à la bouilloire, il a fallu la brancher dans la salle de bain. Ont nous a déplacé au bout de 2 jours pour une chambre très petite.Mon mari la cairement refusé.les équipements vétustes et peu fonctionnel, les relaxes sont payant que ce soit à la piscine comme à la plage.Jamais de bonjour de la part de la direction et le bouquet final a été que le patron nous a incendié le jour du départ car nous étions sans le savoir 20 minutes trop top au petit déjeuner, nous étions en tout 5 personnes à ce tromper.pas de bonjour, rien si non une belle engueulade.ces gens ne vois que l'argent et ne sont absolument pas aimable avec le clientèle. Cela fait quand même 4 fois que nous venons à jesolo et jamais ont a vécu cela.pour nous c'était l'équivalent d'un 2 étoile et encore avec rénovation.

Parkplatzchaos beim Ankommen, da wird man von einem schlecht gelaunten Hausmeister/Parkwächter ziemlich blöd angemacht... Die WC-Spülung geht auch nicht immer, das ist Glückssache... Für diesen Preis eine Abzocke!

Für Strandliegen am Pool und am Strand muß extra bezahlt werden. Das Frühstück war unterer Durchschnitt. Kein sauberer Tisch, Das Brot ausgetrocknet, die Spiegeleier trocken, das Rührei sehr unappetitlich oder nicht vorhanden. Höflichkeit vom Personal läßt zu wünschen übrig.Man ⁸hat das Gefühl abgezockt zu werden.

- Tania (10/5): Excellent Location and Wonderful Staff - There were many great things about our recent stay. The location of the hotel was perfect. It is on the beach with private access that included lounge chairs and umbrellas that you can reserve. The hotel also has a pool with a view of the sea. That was nice to have when we needed a little break from the beach. The hotel is also off the main street in Lido di Jesolo that has many restaurants to choose from, as well as many great shopping options. The best thing about the stay was the staff in this hotel. Everyone from the front dest to the servers was very nice and accommodating. It truly made our stay very enjoyable. I absolutely recommend this hotel and we will definitely stay here again when we return! I have no complaints regarding our stay here.

Beautiful view RoomsWe got the room on the 5th floor with front beach view, the room is big, the view is wonderful, the air conditioning works perfectly, the balcony is big! Hotelul este situat in piazza Mazzini , in 2 min esti pe strada principala unde gasesti restaurante, baruri, magazine, etc The hotel is located directly on the seashore, has a swimming pool, private beach, and free parking.

- Dragan (8/5): Very good - The hotel's location is exceptional, and its retro look offers a unique experience, a blend of the modern and the past. They clearly cut costs when renovating the hotel rooms. The bathrooms are new, but there’s a serious water pressure issue — even on the first floor. In the evening, taking a proper shower is almost impossible. New laminate flooring was installed over the old carpet, and it has shifted in some areas. The rooms are truly small, suitable only for couples. I would definitely not recommend them for families with children. They added a bunk bed in the room, leaving you with virtually no space to move around. If you have large suitcases, you won’t know where to put them — maybe on the floor, but then you'll be stepping over them constantly. The room doors are really old and have no sound insulation. You can hear everything from the hallway. On top of that, every door has a closing mechanism that slams shut, causing extra noise, which is especially disturbing during rest or sleep.

- Michal (5/5): Rude manager at a nice hotel, ruined our experience - On arrival the new receptionist checked us in and she was super lovely, pleasant and very helpful. She made us feel very welcome unlike at the checkout extremely rude, and seemed like a manager guy with shaded glasses, blue shirt and no blazer. He has zero customer service, treats customers like shit and clearly doesn't care about customers or hotel revenue only cares about himself not hotel. He ruined our whole experience at the end. We originally planned to come back with our family, but after this we definitely won't. Avoid this guy! The breakfast and lunch selection was very nice and fresh. The restaurant staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. Our room was sea facing with a beautiful view. Lovely pool and pool area. The MANAGER GUY at the reception at the checkout was SO RUDE on 15 July we have never experienced someone so rude on our many travels. This guy needs to leave as he is ruining the hotel's reputation. He only cares about himself, customers don't matter to him at all. The day prior checkout we reserved two sun loungers for the day of checkout by the pool priced 10euro each, but we're told on the day of checkout it was 20euro each as we were no longer hotel guests, that he made very clear. We asked why and it is apparently for use of facilities, basically, the same thing (loungers, pool, toilet). We would still need to pay for any bar service in addition as normal. He was raising his voice loudly, almost shouting, talking over us when we were speaking. So so RUDE!!! We understand some hotels have rules that they need to stick with and it is all about communication and to pleasantly explain things to customers and offer some other option, suggestion or compromise to keep customers happy. He wouldn't even let us hire towels for the beach, despite the fact that we would leave our bags in the hotel so would need to come back. Once we checked out he said to us frankly we were no guest so he couldn't care less. Absolutely shocking behaviour!!! There was another receptionist there too and she was nice and probably hoped to make some compromise like the towels but he wouldn't let her make any decisions. Seems he is also a terrible boss. Let us know when he is gone and we will happily come back. Air-conditioning in our room was very weak not cooling at all.

We weren't told beach/pool towels needed to be paid for. We were given the wrong price for the airport transfer. Not really the hotel's fault, but there were old cranky guests who complained about kids jumping in the pool (or even splashing in the pool!) but when they did complain, I was asked to not let them jump or splash! The atmosphere was not suitable for kids...but ideal if you're grumpy 😉

Probably doesn’t get any better position wise for a hotel. Very friendly staff efficient without being stuffy.Excellent quality and selection of food and drinks mean we ate in the hotel as a preference. Very clean tidy and excellent pool with ample sun beds and on the beach.

- 667joanned (8/5): A gem on the beach - We have just returned from a short stay here, we have been staying in hotels here over the last 10 years, this was our first stay here and think it is our new favourite. For my TripAdvisor reviews I want to make factual as possible in order for you to make your own mind up if you want to stay here, as everyone looking for different things our of a hotel. We stayed in too. 206 a side sea view room. The room was small but clean and functional, has a safe, hairdryer in bathroom. Bathroom configuration is small, very small shower cubicle (common in hotels here if it is your first time) toilet very close to shower door so you have to sit sidewards again nothing I haven't seen before here! Some hotels which have renovated more recently I would say have bigger showers. Small balcony enough for 2 chairs I would say (just) although ours only had one? Not sure if that was normal but we didn't use The location: between piazza Mazzini and piazza Brescia ( closer to Mazzini) it was August so busy anyway but I would say that this part of the strip is busier than others lots of bars along here as well as restaurants. Breakfast: served til 10am even though they say 10:30. Hot food includes fried eggs, scrambled eggs (salty), ham/bacon, sausages (frankfurter style), hard boiled eggs. Toast, crossaints (yummy), cheese fruits, hams, cereal, cakes, biscuits. Al self service including drinks. A multipurpose hot drinks machine and juice machine. Pool small and you pay for loungers 4 euro per bed per day (not unusual here) we did it and get allocated beds for your duration so no reserving beds!! One beach lounger and one chair on the designated beach area for the hotel with umbrella ask reception for your reserved spot number. As you look at hotel from the beach the right side gets sun in morning and left in the afternoon if you have a preference. The full seaview rooms have larger balconies and sun most the day. There were some rooms at the top which had pretty big balconies not sure what room type these would be. There is a bar, and a restaurant but we did not use either as so many options outside of the hotel, so can not comment. Would we stay again? Most definitely!! Thanks for a lovely stay.

Fruit juice was watered down, we did not fancy the bacon as it was very fatty, scramble eggs were sloppy. An omelet was available for 7 euros, and a glass of orange juice 5 euro.did not risk it. Always a wait at the 1 toaster. Did not eat dinner in the hotel as we thought the same people were cooking.

Fruit juice appeared to be diluted. An omelette was available at 7 euros, and fruit juice 5 euros. A/C was not available.
- 191maryev (4/5): Terrible, the worse, muy malo - This is the worse hotel in jesolo ,the bathroom was so dirty and old ,never in my life has been in a hotel so terrible like this , and we didn't touch the TV because this seemed from thousands years old. Here is a picture of this. The only thing good was the breakfast, very varied. Este es el peor hotel en jesolo, el baño super pequeño sucio,percudido,el tv no lo tocamos les dejo la foto. L pase muy mal allí. Solo el desayuno estaba bueno porque era muy variado.
- draftltd (4/5): Read very carefully offer you get from owners/front desk - Owners/front desk staff are very unkind, and not willing to help or assist with anything. We paid for superior room but we are wondering how does regular triple room look like then. The balcony is to small and narrow that even two chairs barely could fit in. TV offers only 12 channels (no sport or news in English). Parking place is small and in dust. Restaurant is very small and uncomfortable. Tables are next to each other that it is very hard to move around. The price for this hotel is far too much of what you get.

- ivanisevicjosip (10/5): Very nice hotel - My girlfriend and I visited this hotel for the second year in a row and we loved it..next time when we go to Jesolo will be also at this hotel..staff was very kind and helpfull, food was delicious specially breakfast, pool and location are great..we were satisfied with room but only the shower was is a little small and sun deck by the pool was renting 4 euros a day which is not much but it didn't need to be payed last year so I don't think it is neccessary but all to all we love this hotel and we will be happy to come again. :)

- 543emilyd (10/5): Wonderfully relaxing - Stayed 15-20 September. Upgraded to room 501 with balcony and fantastic sea view. Big airy room, lovely to hear the sea as you fall asleep. Great to use the free bikes, we rode along the beach path and down the main street (no old buildings, just lots of restaurants all selling good food at good prices, and lots of tourist tat). Ate one evening in hotel 18 euros per person and fantastic 3 course menu with salad buffet. Breakfast fine. Pool not heated, but was fine to swim when we went. Sea - not the beautiful clear blue sea that you can find elsewhere, but nice to swim in. Lovely sandy beach. Really good to have free sun lounge and shade on the beach (as umbrellas and sun loungers all set up). We hired a car - drove to venice (45 mins) and sirmione, Lake Garda (2 hrs). Lovely lounge area downstairs to sit and read. Not really much to do in area, but if you just want to rest in the room and hotel, it's lovely. Would be great with kids (I didn't have mine with me) as lots of arcades, crazy golf, museum and sealife centre (not forgetting huge sandy beach). I will return. If you don't get a room with sea view, I dont think there would be any point staying. Staff all very kind and friendly always smiling.
- dmah617 (10/5): Pleasure - Great hotel. Breakfast was good. Very convenient to train and bus into Venice. Clean and quiet. Recommended to me by colleague and would also recommend. Price was reasonable. Enjoyed and stay and will return after my cruise for another night.
