• Filomena (7/5): - Molto centrale e ben collegato a pochissimi passi dalla stazione Ottaviano della metro. Ideale per visitare il Vaticano e le zone attigue. Abbiamo prenotato in quella zona perchè vicina (e ben collegata) al Foro Italico. Colazione non fornita anche se compresa nel prezzo. Abbiamo prenotato per tre persone ma ci hanno fornito solo due kit asciugamani. Inoltre, avevo richiesto la cortesia di lasciare i bagagli in struttura (cosa che mi è sempre stata accordata in tutte le strutture in cui ho soggiornato) e andare via ma la richiesta ha avuto esito negativo.

• Markét (7/5): - + výborná lokalita + vstřícné jednání s manažerem + čisté a hezké pokoje s balkónem, i když výhled nic moc + pohodlné postele + kromě žehličky byl k dispozici i napařovač - nabízí denní úklid, ale za celý pobyt nám nikdo neuklidil, nevynesl odpadky, ani nevyměnil ručníky, o toaletní papír jsme museli požádat manažera, kterého jsme toho dne náhodou potkali - ubytování bych spíše klasifikovala jako bed & breakfast, nikoliv jako hotel či penzion, mají k dispozici tři pokoje, restaurace tam není, snídaně zajišťována v kavárně přes ulici. Ubytování není nijak na budově označeno, našli jsme ho pouze podle čísla popisného a názvu na zvonku.

Where room was, confirmed early check-in disregarded, no breakfast. It felt like we were an inconvenience. Customer service was not a priority.

La douche était minuscule (c'était compliqué rien que d'y entrer) et c'était la bataille pour avoir un peu d'eau chaude. En plus, il y avait des traces de moisissure au plafond et il y avait des tâches sur les murs.

Nous étions dans une chambre pour 3 personnes 1 lit double et 1 lit une place avec balcon. Fabrizio nous a bien expliqué comment accéder à la chambre avec des vidéos. Le bar où nous prenions le petit déjeuner est vivant le personnel super gentil Il faudrait préciser ce qui est compris dans le petit déjeuner.

In autosilo ci sono anche colonnine per auto elettriche, purtroppo solo 2 ma sono comode. Colazione al bar proprio sotto la struttura con brioche fresche. Camera ampia con balcone con un po di vista. Ringrazio per aver accettato la mia richiesta di check-in anticipato.

Comprendiamo la passione calcistica ma lo abbiamo trovato poco professionale, Ha dimenticato di lasciarci i buoni per la colazione......... C'erano solo 2 cialde per il caffè..!..avendo lasciato la mattina un B&b di Santa Maria Capua Vetere dove ,accanto alla macchina da caffè ,c'erano cialde di ogni tipo e gusto, beh!? ..........il paragone è stato inevitabile.!! Internet connection was slow and the last night during the stay the internet was not available same the next day. Shower drain was clogged. The air conditioning was constantly turning off due to a sensor installed for movement.
• Maria Fabiola (9/5): A cuatro pasos del Vaticano - Ubicación excepcional, cerca a todo, instalaciones tal cual se ve en las fotos y muy confortables, cheking fácil, el desayuno se sirve en cafetería muy buena cerca al alojamiento, restaurantes alrededor de muy buena calidad. No encontré champú en el alojamiento, tampoco vi donde comprarlo que con el escaso tiempo que teníamos tampoco hubo como para buscarlo; el último día el desayuno debíamos ir otra cafetería por indicación del anfitrión y al introducir el link en Google maps resultó no era el indicado por el anfitrión entonces debí pagar el consumo total para dos personas porque el anfitrión no admitió el pago porque según el anfitrión el error era mío y no de él, asumí el pago pero me pareció exagerada la manera de replicar del anfitrión así no pagara no me pareció la forma de decirlo, que ya igual yo lo había pagado y ya me dirigía al aeropuerto.

• Beate (7/5): Ganz OK, aber kein zweites Mal - Fußnähe zum Vatikan und die kubanische Bar ums Eck. Die rasche Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer. Wir haben Aufenthalt mit Frühstück für 4 Tage gebucht. Das Frühstück haben wir gegen Gutschein in der netten Bar Memo erhalten, aber nur 3x, da die Bar am Sonntag geschlossen ist. Zimmerreinigung und/oder Handtuchtausch gibt es nur nach Aufforderung. Das hätten wir gerne schon bei der Ankunft gewusst.

• Omer (4/5): - הגענו לחדר שנמצא בתוך דירה בבניין מגורים כשמחוץ לחדר השינה שלנו זה המשרד של המארח ואפשר לשמוע הכל, גם אותנו וגם אותם. במרפסת מחוץ לחדר נשארו קרטונים של פיצה מהדיירים הקודמים שלא פונו . נאמר לנו שיש קפה תה וסוכר, דברים בסיסיים לצערנו לא היה כלום נאלצנו לבקש אחרי נסיעה ארוכה קפסולות קפה וקיבלנו 2. לא היה סבון במקלחת למעט סבון ידיים שזה דבר בסיסי . לצערנו החוויה שחשבנו שנגיע אליה הייתה אחרת לגמרי . הבעלים בסהכ היה נחמד מאוד .
