• King Wah (10/5): The place to stay in Zermatt - Location Location Location. This property has this! Its located just across from the Zermatt Train Station and the Mountain train station. WHen you have large bags (or small kids) finding this property is a breeze. EASY. It is also located very close to a large supermarket, and a multitude of shops. Excellent. The instructions to get to the property (very clear) were provided prior to arrival. Very easy to find the property and the apartment. Very well outfitted and in excellent condition. Really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It even comes with a view of the Matterhorn (when it is not shrouded in clouds) :)

• Anthony (8/5): Generally enjoyed our stay. Ticked off good view of Matterhorn.excellent train travel to and from. - Excellent location just opposite the station. Second floor balcony gave a sighting of Matterhorn as well. I would have appreciated more space using the toilet in the bathroom. It is squeezed between the wall and a large washing machine which we were never going to use. Also, the dust and noise from demolition work on a structure between the block and the station affected use of the balcony.
• Man (8/5): Near Zermatt and Gornergrat station, large apartment - - right opposite zermatt train station and next to gornergrat cable car station - located within small shopping arcade, can get to coops within thirty sec walking, no need to worry about the rain - large room, plenty of space - washing machine available, as well as everything needed in the kitchen - quite a fair few issues during our three night stay unfortunately, but host quite responsive on booking.com and offered to rectify some of time - not host's fault but there is renovation work going on right next to the apartment, so expect some noise early morning - apartment on lv1 and was connected to the construction site, felt like people could potentially sneak in via the window/balcony - had to clear your own rubbish and clean dishes (only had to place used dishes in dishwashing machine and turn it on before leaving), not sure if this is the norm in the area but we didn't have to do that in the rest of the accommodation throughout the trip. The garbage bin was outside the shopping arcade so factor that in if you are in a rush on check out day (you need to use their particular rubbish bag, hence not like you can do that the night before) - we weren't aware the booking was 'self-catered', so only give one small sample size tube of shampoo and body soap for three people, three nights. With the price paid would have expected some refill available on request

Could see Meterhorn mountains from rooms and above coop super facilities in kitchen Nothing but just a small suggestion should keep 1 handle near bath tub for seniors little difficult to come out of bathing area

• Calvin (9/5): Overall an awesome stay. Bonus: matterhorn is visible from the balcony! - Location of the apartment is superb, right opposite Zermatt Station, can't get any closer than this. Keys collection was a breeze and the team was very responsive on Booking.com messaging. The apartment was clean and spacious, and came with some capsule coffee and Lindt chocolates. Apartment was well furnished with comfortable mattress, functional dishwasher and washing machine. Waste disposal is a little troublesome and it will be great if one trashbag can be supplier per night stayed so that hygiene can be maintained better.

• Sharon (10/5): We enjoy our stay! - It’s located just opposite the train station and above a supermarket. The kitchen is well equipped and the apartment itself is sparkling clean when we arrive. Nothing.

• Brando (10/5): Great choice to live in while in Zermatt. - I think the location is the greatest asset of the apartment. For families with young kids, the playground is just behind the building. Grocery is on the ground floor of the building. Train station is across the building, no need to roll your luggage so far or ride the electric taxi. The place is big so if you just want to stay in, it won't be claustrophobic. Kitchen and bathroom has the essential things. We even used the vacuum cleaner on the vacuum bags that we used to pack our clothes in. Nothing in particular comes to mind.

Stunning views of the Matterhorn from the rooms and balcony. Very spacious, quiet apartment. We were a family of 3. The fold down bed in the lounge was great, leaving the sofa for sitting on. Excellent communications with the hosts including helpful information. Highly recommend this apartment. Nothing, really. An anti-slip mat in the shower/ bath would be a helpful addition. I'm 71 and just took lots more care than younger people need to.

• Lisa (10/5): a wonderful stays - I have spent 4 days 3 nights in the apartment with my husband for our honeymoon trip. It was so wonderful that we were upgraded to another floor with spectacular view of Matterhorn (haus nina). The apartment is very comfortable and sweet. Kitchen has all cooking utensils you need and there is a large oven, the pots for cheese fondue, meat fondue and raclette. Thanks again to staff from Zermatt holiday for pick up us in train station and kindly recommended a 3-day itinerary to us(Sadly I forgot their names). We had a great time in Zermatt. Please be remind that the own's contact has been redirected to Zermatt Holiday office and you have to call it 1 day in advance for the check in.
