• Catherine (10/5): Wonderfully comfortable and excellent attentive☺️ owners 🥰 - It was a 10 in location/convenience, cleanliness, decor and view. Extremely attentive owner and staff who made us feel welcome and at home. Do not hesitate to book your stay here. Lovely hosts and lovely stay. If you tried to find something comparable in a small town large city you would be paying at least twice as much and without the personal attention. We 100% recommend. ☺️ Nothing - all was excellent.

Location pazzesca, ristrutturazione gradevolissima, pulizia, e soprattutto staff gentilissimo e competente Nulla. Bisogna solo non avere problemi motori perché ci sono scale da salire e scendere.

La colazione è prevalentemente dolce, per tutti i gusti. Una nota particolare allo staff, nella persona di Cristiana, che ha saputo rendere ogni colazione un ottimo momento di inizio giornata, con la sua gentilezza e professionalità. Mi resta la curiosità di un breve soggiorno nei mesi invernali. Pertanto sono certa di tornare con la sicurezza di stare bene.

Gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff con attenzione alle necessità contingenti. Possibilità di usufruire di lavatrice e della macchina del caffè nella sala cucina durante tutto l'arco della giornata. Struttura sviluppata su più piani che purtroppo non è fornita di ascensore o qualche tipo di montacarichi per il trasporto bagagli. Tipologia di colazione nella media.

• Rodrigo (9/5): Despite a sloppy check in, everything for the rest of our stay was perfect - Location was great, great view of town, good breakfast, comfortable, big closet Communication before check-in could have been better. Other properties asked for a whatsapp phone and delivered instructions well in advance (about a month before). Here, instructions were provided during our trip, with low connectivity only through the booking app, which wasn’t working properly. They communicated while we were on the ferry, then we called when they were on the ferry we could’t get through so we ended being stranded in the street with big luggage for two hours in the middle of summer.

• Anonymous (10/5): Fabulous location & helpful and accommodating staff - The host was really friendly and approachable Margarita! We appreciated the great location and relaxed atmosphere. They were quick to sort our broken tap and kindly allowed us to leave our luggage with them after check out. The large light in our room didn’t work also there was a strong smells of sewage at certain points of the day but we appreciate the latter is outside of the accommodations control and we could have reported the light.

We fully enjoyed our stay in this amazing room with a beautiful view of the marina and neighboring village. Easy to walk to many attractions and restaurants. Our host was easy to contact and very helpful with our late arrival time. The room was clean and comfortable, the balcony was a great feature as well. We highly recommend a stay in a Porto Sole room! No complaints. Parking could have been an issue, but we were lucky enough to find a space just outside the doorway.
• Arne (5/5): lack of attention by the owners/hosts - the location and a clean nice room very difficult to find the place. no one was there when we arrived. we did not know what to do or where our room was. we called a phone umber we found on a sign, noone answered….. Another guest let us in and after a while someone called us to tell us where our room was. we were promised a text message with the code to the gate and password to internet, nothing arrived….. We needed the code for the gate to get back in after our dinner. after three reminders we got the code. the host really need to have a better reception of the guests especially when charging this price. next thing is breakfast which was fine after the girl made a huge effort to get the coffeemaker to work. second morning, same thing with the coffeemaker but eventually she got it to work, good job. second morning there was no yoghurt left and we were told that someone had gone to get more, we waited for 25min for the yoghurt and then gave up. to sum it up the bad reception, problem with the coffeemaker that was not fixed after it was identified and the yoghurt makes us believe that the owners/hosts does not pay enough attention.
