• Rhatigan (7/5): Would have been lovely, but for the constant building work. - Nice location, spacious and private, we liked the different pools. There was a lot of building works going on all day which made continuous noise that we could hear clearly from inside our apartment. No acknowledgment of the disturbance this created. We understand that maintenance needs to happen, but it was constant over the 2 days we were there, and no acknowledgment was made of the disturbance.

• Dylan (7/5): Had nicer stays elsewhere in apartments that are owned by the same people, more effort required for this place - Jacuzzi and area is a firm favourite with us we have been coming over for 15 years now Think we paid to much for what was on offer at the apartment. Garden area and garden cushions seemed really dirty. Internet continuously dropped out and we were interrupted 2 or 3 times whilst they tried o fix it.

The amazing pools are easily accessible with codes - great that it is fenced off so kids cannot accidently go to it. • Arun (9/5): Superb - The pool facilities and accomodation was good. Everything that we needed was there. The staff was always ready to help. There was a bottle of wine in the fridge. It would have been more comfortable if there was a bottle of milk and tea bags so that we could jave tea on arrival and feed the baby as well. We ran to the supermarket immediately for milk and other groceries. We were given a number code but that didn't work. Fortunately there was a staff member roaming around who let us in and provided key cards. Our message after arrival in the apartment was answered after two days although all previous messages were answered very promptly.

Lots of dining options nearby. 4. Great and spacious pool + smaller heated pool. 5. The property was nice and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. 1. There is no comfy beach nearby. The closest is often has high waves and the entrance only by the ladder. 2. There is no air con, but it seems it’s quite typical for Tenerife and it was ok.

• Stephen (9/5): Great self catering location and facilities in San Blas - Communication before we arrived about how to gain access etc was very clear and worked without any issue. The accommodation, location, pool area etc were all excellent. The staff are very quick to respond to any issues and deal with everything quickly and efficiently. We have been to this area many times and so we knew where we were going. This time we decided to go self catering and the whole experience at 11 holiday homes was excellent, i am sure we will be going back. We could have stayed longer !

The check in with the list of rules. After I always felt myself insecure in the property. There was a lot info about robberies at the property suiting these year. The entrance doors and balcony doors were not solid and insecure. It was really hot inside the house without the air conditioning even at night. The ventilator didn’t give the freshness, only nose.. sorry that was really annoying.

Apartment was so clean, fabulous size inside and out. I felt like I could live there! The setting and pools were beautiful, with lovely sounds of the waves from the sea. An extra bonus was the warm pool. The team were so helpful with any queries and quick at responding. Thanks for an amazing stay! The saltwater pool. It looked beautiful and the temperature was perfect but I’m just not a big fan of saltwater pools. Wouldn’t stop me visiting again though! Air conditioning would be a bonus, but the ceiling fans did wonders.

The property was in a nice quiet area and very spacious. Super clean and comfortable. The staff were amazing and really friendly/polite and did everything to make sure that the stay was more comfortable - We asked for some additional extras due to my partners birthday and this was well accommodated it was super! • Oleksandra (8/5): Beautiful location with a pool and palm trees - The facilities are great, very comfortable location with free parking and beautiful views. You can find some nice places to eat around and landmarks to visit. The bed was very comfortable, all toiletries provided. The pool was just amazing, heated with sea water - great alternative for those who don’t feel like testing the ocean (like us). Pool towels are provided. I wish the pool was open longer than 18:00 - especially because the sun goes down almost at 21 now and you could really enjoy a couple more hours by the pool. I would also appreciate cleaning more often than every 3 days. We stayed for 3 nights and on the last day the room could use some cleaning. Also keep the bathroom with a glass wall is not always convenient. Lastly, we felt a bit exposed with our terrace right in front of the pool and next to the entrance to the area. None of these things had a big negative impact, of course. We really enjoyed our stay.

The apartments were clean, spacious and equipped with everything you need. Friendly staff, I would especially like to highlight the pool lifeguard, very positive and very friendly with our children. Very close to the airport so the occasional noise from planes but we knew that when we booked and I actually loved using the flight tracker app with the kids and guessing where the planes were coming from and going to.

• Wendy (9/5): One of the best holidays ever - The location was wonderful. Sea views from the balcony and we could hear the sea at night. A short walk to the supermarket and restaurants. The apartment was bright and modern and very clean. The larger pool was beautiful, a bit chilly to get in at first but then it was perfect.The relax heated pool was a lovely bonus. Everything was catered for including washing liquid for the laundry and airing rack. There was no hand rail on the stairs . The shower drain was a bit slow so the shower nearly overflowed , and the apartment could do with some larger cups/ mugs
