- Alison (10/5): Excellent choice - Emperoom have a few apartments, we stayed at the one on Millionnaya which is a short walk from the Hermitage. We contacted Emperoom a few days before and organised to meet them at the apartment to collect the keys, they were prompt to reply and all went smoothly. The apartment is on the ground floor at the back of the building but is very secure and quiet, there is a gate with a security system to get round to the back so only people living in the property can access. The property is clean and comfortable and has everything that you're likely to need, including fast WiFi. The location is excellent, it's an easy walk to many attractions, there is a great vegetarian café out the front and a couple of small supermarkets very close by. We would definitely stay there again.

- Syed (2/5): terrible experience,shocked - We had a feeling of damp & smell in the apartment. As we went in the rooms we noted that the bed sheets were not fresh & were slightly damp,so were the pillows & blankets. We sat on beds & the mattress were uncomfortable, my friends' bed Mattress had a few poking springs.The overall impression was much different than what were shown in apartment pictures & given in details of the apartment. We stayed for about half hour but the smell & damp feeling increased(we found a place on the outside wall which we think can be the source,pics:attached).We were not happy to stay there as we didn't felt comfortable.I spoke to the owner whether she has any other apartment that she can accommodate us ,she had no other apartment available, she did say that if we are not happy to stay ,we can leave & she will do a full refund.We had no other option,it took us another 2-2.5 hours to find a suitable place.We did not stay in the apartment. although promised we did not get full refund ,Expedia did give us 75 pound consolation back. In short the pictures are deceptive,appartment is not a fraction of what it looks in pictures.If you stil book,you will have the shock of your life
