- Elizabeth (8/5): - The hotel is clean, close to plenty of restaurants and shopping, and it is easy to access the freeway. Staff was friendly when we saw them. However, for half of our three days, the elevators were not operating at all, and we were staying on the 3rd floor. 🤔

- Dwayne (4/5): I will be adding to my Wyndam points moving forward even though further out of town. - The Indian owner presumably barked a the staff for breakfast. The staff's behavior showed in the food and service. Additionally, we have traveled Marriot facilities from Florida to Texas and we have had our Marriot points added. The asst Manager Lopez sent his new front desk person to relay he couldn't do that. Funny all the other hotels can regardless of where I nook. I have stayed in Marriot based facilities, I should receive the points. Sounds lazy and the that showed everywhere.
- Araceli (10/5): Very Comfy - Everything was comfortable. Loved the location. A very quiet area but close enough to city areas, some even at a walking distance. Breakfast was great. Not a big deal but when checking in there was a lady, not sure if she was an employee or guest but she was sitting on top of the check-in counter visiting with the receptionist. Just felt uncomfortable and it looked a bit tacky. Everything was great though, just that initial incident.

- Marti (9/5): - We love this location for a quick night away. Staff is amazing, but could use some help. They do their best and do it with a smile, but could use some help. The front desk looks handled the bar and multiple other duties. At breakfast, there was one lady handling things. Things ran out faster than anyone doing that job could realistically keep up with. I'm not even sure that anyone was working in the kitchen, cooking the hot food or doing dishes. It appeared she was doing it all. Fantastic employee, terrible look for the business. The room itself was perfect, hough beds could be a little softer. How spread thin the employees are. To be clear, the staff is fabulous. Among the best I've ever encountered. But there could stand to be another 1-2 people per shift to help with everything.

Bathroom toilet had an intermittent leak and would have to refill throughout day. Room had a musty smell, and the vanity light was missing bulbs. The clerk stated they were aware and the bulbs were on order. BUT THEY STILL RENTED ROOM KNOWING THE LACK OF LIGHTING PROVIDED.

I had to ask for housekeeping to clean my room the next day as I returned 8 hours later to the room.the way i left it. With that being said i needed extra towels since my room wasn't cleaned. I had to go to the front desk 3 times to ask for towels they said they would bring. The hotel is noisy and the walls are thin. If this wasn't a work trip and I hadn't cleaned my room myself..i would have left.
- Passport139601 (4/5): Mini fridge shuts off every 2 hours! - I’m on a restricted diet and brought my own snacks to store in the room fridge. Unfortunately, the fridge shuts off every two hours, which made it unreliable for keeping my food cold. Thankfully, I had an ice chest with me, but the ice machine wasn’t on my floor—and when I did find one, the ice had dirt in it. The staff was very kind and offered to store my food in their employee fridge, but I declined as I prefer to keep it in my room. To their credit, they went out of their way and took me to the kitchen to get clean ice, which I appreciated. While the staff was helpful and accommodating, the fridge situation and the condition of the ice machine were disappointing, especially for guests with special dietary needs.

Decent room size, well supplied and managed breakfast, clean facilities, free parking. 20 minutes from airport, 45 minutes to Starbase. Located in a growing area with hotels, restaurants and some shopping - a bit traffic congested evenings.
