• Manuel Daniel (5/5): Vale la pena conocer la ciudad. - La ubicación Falta de detalles para que fuese más confortable. Faltan armarios, colgadores para toallas, Incomodidad para abrir ventana habitación grande, la cual no tiene ni una mesita para apoyar y guardar efectos personales. La televisión sin cable no se puede ver ya que no tiene antena y el registro de aplicaciones no funcionaba bien. La ducha sin mampara se encharca el baño. Piezas de baño viejas y rotas. Falta más comodidad en baño.
• Tereza (1/5): Bad - The staff was great, and communication via WhatsApp was also excellent. When we arrived, a gentleman was waiting for us to give us the keys and show us the apartment – I was very satisfied with that. The apartment was clean. However, the photos on the internet do not reflect reality. The walls are scuffed everywhere, the baseboards around the walls are damaged – in the bathroom, the baseboard is completely detached from the wall, it looks rotten, and it looks HORRIBLE! The mattress on the bed is terrible – it’s so soft that when you move, the person sleeping next to you gets bounced like on a trampoline. The doors to the rooms couldn’t be closed. The pillows are awful – but you can sleep without them just on the mattress. There’s also an unpleasant smell in the apartment – it stinks. The location is great, but I wouldn’t stay there again – specifically not in this apartment. The photos on Booking.com are completely misleading.
• Karolina (7/5): Good - Great location and spacious apartment. If you are looking for a place just to sleep, close to the city center, this one would be perfect. The apartment was a bit run down, the couch was dirty and there were only 2 cups in the kitchenette.

• Τσεκμα (1/5): Bad - The location was great, and the instructions for self check in were very helpful. We got into the apartment and immediately noticed that the bathroom was not cleaned from the previous guests. There was pubic hair everywhere on the floor, stains on the toilet seat, and no vacuuming or mopping was done in the whole apartment before our arrival. My white socks got black within minutes (should not have forgotten to pack my slippers). I called the number I was given, and to my surprise, I got a man telling me that it was too late to do anything (which I accept at 10-10:30 at night). There was no apology, though and he kept telling me that the cleaners would come first thing in the morning. The bathroom, again, was not in condition to be used, especially by our pregnant friend. I offered to find the cleaning products he kept for the room, and clean it myself. He said there were no cleaning products in the premises (which is unacceptable and a red flag). I stated my being very unhappy and angry with this. He continued saying there is nothing he could do. He did not even offer to pay the cleaning products we bought late at night just so we could use the bathroom and shower after hours of travelling. The next day came, no cleaning crew came as promised. He never called us again, checked in or anything. I repeat, no cleaning crew came during the four nights we spent there. All in all, I can accept an honest mistake of the cleaning crew. But the irony in his voice, and his complete lack of desire to help his own guests left me speechless. I don't recommend the room just for this reason. Making a mistake is one thing, but being rude and ironic on the phone, is borderline insulting.

• Lastlegs (7/5): Passable Stay in Central Peşt. - Good location in centre. Good communication after booking and before arrival. Beds comfortable. Agent (Dastan) met us on arrival and was helpful. Kitchen is a sink, microwave and a strange collection of cutlery and crockery. Only good for coffee/tea or heating takeaway food in microwave. Generally clean but dust behind and under beds. A/c was leaking but was repaired during stay. Pre-check in registration on website / app is convoluted and tedious.

• Mir (8/5): Very good - 2 room , location near bar and restaurant also close to central for 10 minutes walking inside the apartment is good but out site is very old building and need renovation, also I think it’s same in Budapest for other options with this pricing
• Kristina (6/5): Acommodation was not comfortable, would not stay here again. - Linen was clean, so was the kitchen area and there was a smart tv available. Bathroom was spacious and there were wine glasses and hairdryer available. Sofa in the living room was comfortable. Location was great. The pictures for booking were done very smartly which did not reflect the wear of the property. The walls were mostly dirty, especially the white ones and black ones. There was a left unopened condom in one of the rooms. The pillows were very uncomfortable and there were extra ones but without additional pillow cases. The front door does not stay closed unless locked from the inside and considering we were a group of 4, we were only given one set of keys. The AC was not on, unable to regulate on your own, the lady informed us to text and they can remotely lower it however st night when you return to acommodation and apartment is hot you cant really ask anyone to turn it on. The apartment was very affordable however it definitely needs to be refurbished. The toilet had a smell about it, I believe from old piping. Beds were uncomfortable.

• Ribecca (8/5): - Bra storlek på lägenheten för fyra personer. Köket var lite snålt med köksverktyg, hade varit bra med stekspade osv. Men vi klarade oss ändå. Hotellet bör nog kolla lampor, eluttag osv oftare då flera lampor blinkade och ett eluttag hängde löst (i duschrummet, kändes inte speciellt säkert). Men rummen var jättebra, servicen var också bra och personalen svarade snabbt på sms. Lägenheten låg väldigt centralt också, ett riktigt plus för det billiga priset.
• Joseph (6/5): - When we booked the apartment we tried to book the shuttle. After initial dialogue asking for the required information the staff at the apartment went quiet and would not reply to neither my emails or WhatsApp. I sent twelve messages trying to set up the bus service and they didn’t reply despite saying they would at the initial booking. This meant we arrived in Hungary and had to make our own way to the Appartment. The apartment staff then decided to get in touch and were rude except for Suzy who we found was great. The location of the apartment was good and the apartment itself was in good condition apart from the air con not working. Our main grievance comes from the lack of communication from the staff which left us anxious in the build up to the trip. With so many apartments in Budapest available I don’t think I would book with this company again and would try someone else who’s easier to contact.
• Camille (10/5): FANTASTIC! - I travel for a living as cabin crew for an airline so I know my stuff. Great apartment, perfect location, excellent and friendly service from Thomas and Suzy. I felt so welcomed and at home in the apartment. I will certainly be back for another visit to Budapest and most definitely will be staying here again. Thank you.
• Annie (10/5): Simple, clean and easy - Lovely apartment close to the main road, lots of places to go out and sights :) Cooking stuff is a little rudimentary and crockery and cutlery is missing pieces but you can manage!
