The apartment itself is stunning: beautifully designed, spotless, and full of authentic Italian charm. You truly feel the real Italian atmosphere from the moment you walk in. What made our experience even more special were the hosts. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always available whenever we needed anything. A special thank you as well to Rita at breakfast – so warm, friendly, and attentive. Alessandra and Arturo went above and beyond in every possible way. When I became unwell during our stay, she was extremely caring and supportive. That level of genuine care is rare and deeply appreciated. They are always accessible, responsive, and offer a variety of personalized experiences and activities, which makes the stay feel truly unique and tailored. I couldn’t recommend this place more – it’s not just accommodation, it’s a full experience. We will definitely be coming back!

• Viola (10/5): Molto confortevole, tranquillo e accogliente. - L'intero alloggio è molto confortevole. In pratica, l'appartamento è diviso in diverse stanze, ognuna con il proprio bagno. All'interno si trovano una cucina e un ampio soggiorno con zona pranzo. La colazione era classica italiana e in frigorifero c'erano anche dei salumi per i toast. Macchina del caffè, vari tipi di tè a disposizione, cioccolata calda. Tutto il necessario. Nel complesso, un soggiorno davvero piacevole, tranquillo e accogliente. L'unico problema era che lo scarico della doccia non funzionava correttamente. Immagino che lo sistemeranno presto.

Excelente comunicación con el responsable, qué nos mandó por WhatsApp información de la mejor forma de llegar al alojamiento y qué además tuvo el bonito detalle de darnos una habitación superior a la que ya habíamos pagado. • Sabine (9/5): Empfehlenswertes B&B.in guter Lage - Ein sehr schönes B&B in toller Lage zur Altstadt in einem schönen alten Palazzo. In wenigen Minuten ist man bei der U-Bahn-Station Duomo. Sehr geschmackvoll und modern ausgestattet. Wir hatten ein sehr geräumiges Zimmer, mit einem großen Bad. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Alessandra und Arturo sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, geben Tipps und haben beim Buchen einer Bootsfahrt nach Positano geholfen. Das italienisch Frühstück muss man mögen - vor allem Kuchen und Süßes. Und es fällt viel Verpackungsmüll an, was wohl nur uns Deutsche stört. Für den Lärm auf der Straße kann keiner was, außer die Müllabfuhr, die um 3 Uhr nachts tätig ist.

• JESÚS (10/5): RELACIÓN PRECIO-CALIDAD INSUPERABLE. - Me alojé en I Vicere B&B Deluxe y la experiencia fue excelente. Desde la reserva ya se nota la profesionalidad de Alessandra y Arturo, que te atienden por WhatsApp con todo tipo de indicaciones. La limpieza es impecable, el desayuno con postres caseros napolitanos y café Lavazza delicioso, y el check-in muy fácil (incluso me esperaron a pesar de un retraso). También agradecí que me guardaran las maletas tras el check-out sin coste para seguir visitando la ciudad. Está en una calle amplia perpendicular a una de las grandes avenidas de la ciudad. El ambiente es acogedor, como en una casa familiar con cuatro habitaciones, y la ama de llaves muy competente cuida de cada detalle. Se nota la dedicación y el cariño con el que atienden su negocio. Relación calidad-precio en Nápoles insuperable. Esa fue mi experiencia y viajo muchísimo. Valoro las cosas más importantes y no miro detalles insignificantes como si estuviera haciendo una inspección. Gracias, Alessandra y Arturo, hasta la próxima.

Los anfitriones Alessadra y Arturo, fueron encantadores y nos hicieron sentir como en casa desde el primer momento.Siempre estuvieron muy atentos, ofreciéndonos consejos útiles sobre dónde comer y qué visitar en la zona. Además, nos ayudaron a organizar una excursión a la Costa Amalfitana, que fue una experiencia inolvidable. El día de regreso, nos permitieron dejar el equipaje y coordinaron el taxi al aeropuerto, lo que facilitó mucho nuestra partida. Nos salvó tras una reserva fallida en otro alojamiento y acabó siendo todo un acierto. Los colchones y almohadas son de los mejores que he probado en un alojamiento y la habitación se puede oscurecer. Además, te dejan café y algun dulce cada mañana. Super recomendado, volveríamos. Nos gustó todo! Si quieres un baño grande, coge una habitación de mayor tamaño/categoría, pero en general, muy bien todo!

Breakfast was a highlight and included high-quality, delicious cakes. Alessandra went above and beyond, even creating a separate check-in video for each room to make everything easy. Rita, the housekeeper, was incredibly kind and welcoming. You can really feel the care and attention to detail in every part of the stay. Highly recommended! The windows do an excellent job blocking outside noise, so it’s completely quiet at night. However, you can hear a bit of the morning breakfast hustle from the living room in the room.

• Yuko (10/5): Super!! - Alessandra was very kind!! She recommended us many places to visit and food, restaurants. The Pizza which she recommended was the best in my life. And the B&B was so relaxing,clean,good location,situated quiet area, good mood. Actually before I came to Naples, was interested in only Pompei ruins, but realised this is an interesting city, a little noisy but very vibrant and lively and lots of places to see. Double bed was a little small for us.

• Christine (8/5): I Vicere B&B is the perfect place to stay for an authentic taste of Neapolitan accommodation - Location was brilliant - on the edge of Centro Historico, close to the metro, but away from the tourist crush. Hosts were so friendly and helpful with everything and do great city and regional tours as a sideline - all good value and recommended. All good, breakfast procedure takes a bit of working out but fine once you get the hang of it.
