- Laetitia (10/5): Très beau séjour - Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel et ne pouvons que le recommander Le personnel était vraiment aux petits soins, toujours souriant, avenant et très attentionné. Nous avons été particulièrement touchés par leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité, notamment avec notre bébé. Notre suite était magnifique : située tout en haut, avec un joli balcon et une baignoire. La chambre était très spacieuse, confortable et fonctionnelle. Le petit déjeuner était de très bonne qualité, avec des produits locaux. L’emplacement est idéal, à proximité immédiate de la mer, du mall et du centre-ville. La réception ouverte 24h/24 est également très pratique. Nous avons aussi été très touchés par la délicate attention pour notre anniversaire de mariage ❤️ Tout était parfaitement adapté pour un séjour avec un bébé (lit bébé, chaise haute, etc.). Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de ce séjour et remercions toute l’équipe pour leur accueil chaleureux. Le seul bémol est l’absence d’ascenseur dans notre bâtiment (l’hôtel étant réparti en deux bâtiments). Nous étions au 4e étage, ce qui implique de monter les escaliers. Cela dit, le personnel proposait systématiquement de porter les bagages, ce qui a largement atténué ce désagrément.

- Mekdes (10/5): - Das Azuu Boutique Hotel ist unser absoluter Geheimtipp. Tolle Atmosphäre und super gemütlich. Nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto erreicht man die schönsten Strände und Buchten. Zu Fuß erreicht man viele Restaurants und Bars. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und begeistert. Danke liebes Azuu Team!

I was truly touched by the honesty of the housekeeping staff—when I accidentally dropped money under the bed, they carefully kept it safe for me. That meant a lot. Honestly, nothing significant. Everything felt warm and well taken care of.

Я была с ребенком, это не было удобно ходить на завтрак в другой корпус, и я попросила что-то с этим сделать. Нам дали семейный номер, повысив категорию, без доплат. Молодцы! Клиентоориентированы! В номере не работал кондиционер на тепло (сломалась центральная система, такое бывает, все понимаю). Оперативно вызвали мастера, на ночь принесли электрический обогреватель. Через ночь все починили :) Завтраки адекватные, просто как перекус вполне себе. Внизу бар - там можно безоплатно поиграть в дартс. Отель брали, чтоб пешком дойти до Консульства РФ. Прекрасное расположение. Музыка из база на первом этаже играет громкая до 12 ночи. Иногда позже - тогда я просила сделать потише. Если вы рано ложитесь спать - берите номер в другом корпусе или на 3 этаже. Некритично.

Seda, Heli, Beki, (little Beki) Hassan, gulshan, purhan, Ennis, Hassan, Tommy and the lovely Sevil! They go above and beyond to be helpful and kind and make your stay as relaxing and comfortable as possible. Nothing is too much trouble ❤️ Nothing, lots of work being done to refresh the property. New pool, beautiful flowers, absolutely nothing to complain about.

The breakfast was good, and plentiful, maybe not many options but fresh tomatoes, cucumbers and greens were great. Hot options were also always available. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was huge and comfy. staff are friendly and they are all ready to help you. Lady at reception remebered me from last year stay. Not the hotel fault, we stayed in the suite, which is on the top floor and due to the weather it was really noisy with wind and rain when trying to sleep. Be aware there is no lift in main building, we were navigating 4 flights of stairs every time, luckily we are both reasonably fit and used it as part of daily exercises. Staff gave us option to move room but we declined as room comfortable.

Location of hotel was perfect for us as needed to be in walking distance of sons hotel. Staff were very helpful and co ordinator contacted us daily to check if we needed anything,extra pillow needed and was provided straight away. Room was cleaned every day and fresh towels supplied Better T bags for a decent cup of tea in restaurant .lol Couldn't have cup of tea in room as T bags supplied but no milk only coffee mate.
- Jacqueline (10/5): - Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Im Restaurant und Pup lässt es sich auch gut Zeit verbringen. Schön eingerichtet. Wir waren im Winter dort und auch nur für eine Nacht, doch diese hat sich sehr gelohnt und dank des Upgrades konnten wir in der Suite toll entspannen und den Regen vorbeiziehen lassen.

Рядом море, супермаркеты, ТЦ Терра Сити, Мигрос, кафе, рестораны, аптеки и банки. Приезжала по работе в консульство, тоже в 5 минутах ходьбы. В отеле очень красивый интерьер под паб. Мне понравился ресепшен, он прям в баре)) У отеля два блока, удалось пожить в обоих. В блоке А есть лифт, в Б не видела, но это не проблема, отель не высокий и если что помогут. Красивый приятный ресторан и вкусный завтрак. Комнаты чистые, есть чай/кофе и вода, балкон, телевизор, все принадлежности. Персонал отдельный кайф. Парни профессионально и приятно общаются, во всём помогают. Уборка тоже работает на ура! Есть ватсап для гостей, по которому можно решить все запросы. Мне все очень понравилось!! Breakfast was tasty with a bit of variety every day. The location is great if you want to combine a bit of city exploring and walks on the waterfall. It is easily reached by car or public transport. - Bektas (3/5): Nicht zu empfehlen. - Die Zimmer im Bohem Abteil sind schön eingerichtet. Wir haben ein Standardzimmer gebucht, als wir ankamen war alles dreckig ( Haare an den Türen auf dem Bett, dreckige Bettwäsche, Dusche und Toilette dreckig ) , wir haben natürlich bescheid gesagt, wir bekamen neue Kissenbezüge und eine neue Bettdecke, die Bettdecke war dann wieder dreckig mit Flecken und voller langer schwarzer Haare, das Problem wurde auf die Reinigungsfirma geschoben. Am nächsten Tag haben wir ein Deluxe Doppelzimmer bekommen, dieses war etwas sauberer, leider konnten wir uns dennoch nicht wohlfühlen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausreichend, leider aber haben wir an 3 verschiedenen Tagen zu verschiedenen Uhrzeiten auf einen Sitzplatz warten müssen. Der Weg zu einem richtigen Strand war 20 Minuten mit dem Auto. Die Mitarbeiterinnen waren oftmals sehr unangemessen gekleidet und waren genervt, wenn man mit einem anliegen zu denen gekommen ist. Wir haben an einem Abend den Zimmerservice genutzt und Nudeln, Burger und einen Wrap bestellt, meinem Mann ging es wenige Stunden so schlecht, dass wir fast ins Krankenhaus gefahren wären, er hat die Nacht im Badezimmer verbracht. Wir kommen auf keinen Fall wieder.

- Kristijan (9/5): Great value for money, the staff is excellent. - The breakfast was good, there was a daily variation in the cooked meals. The fruits and vegetables were fresh. The staff was working very hard to keep everything running smoothly ( taking dishes from finished meals, restocking food, cleaning tables ). The hotel bar/restaurant has great food and coffee. The bar staff is great. There is not enough room for breakfast, some people needed to eat their meals outside.

- LINDA (8/5): A nice hotel but needs to be more disabled friendly - No banisters on all corridors, I wanted to use the spar but couldn’t as I couldn’t walk down the stairs. I wanted to upgrade to a better toon but again I couldn’t because I couldn’t use the stairs as there is no lift in block 2

- Arron (9/5): Was here for a few days whilst having some dental work done. The hotel was clean, good selection / options for break - Very clean. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. Also needed to swap rooms and this was handled brilliantly. Good location as close to the beach and restaurants.

Die Gastfreundschaft ist nicht nur gut, sie ist aussergewöhnlich. Jede kleine Bitte wird mit einem Lächeln und grösster Sorgfalt erfüllt. Wir haben uns nicht wie Gäste, sondern wie Familie gefühlt. Ein riesiges Dankeschön an das gesamte Team für diesen perfekten, unvergesslichen Aufenthalt. Wir kommen garantiert wieder und können das Azu Hotel wärmstens und ohne Vorbehalt empfehlen!

- Pavel (10/5): - Отличный завтраки, есть разнообразие. Очень порадовало что в номере современный ТВ, можно было подключить ютуб и посмотреть фильмы в браузере. Хорошее местоположение. Seda администратор приятная заботливая девушка, позволили заехать раньше и бесплатно накормили, что было кстати после бессонной ночи при перелёте.

- Katrin (7/5): - Lage, gutes Frühstücksbuffet Zimmer eher klein und nichts für längere Aufenthalte. Das Bad steht unter Wasser beim Duschen, da es nicht mal einen Duschvorhang gab. Fernseher defekt, trotz Info nichts passiert. Man bekommt zwar ständig von verschiedenen WhatsApp Nummern Nachrichten, aber Abhilfe wird nicht geschaffen.
- Ivanshevic (7/5): Средний отель, не соответствует цене. - Хороший отель, рядом с торговый центром. Отзывчивый персонал. Помогли поднять тяжелый чемодан на 4 этаж без лифта. Нет лифта, где то идет ремонт, валялась штукатурка. Нет кухни в 10 вечера.
