Natalia (10/5): Здесь очень хорошо - Спасибо вам за мой комфорт. Спасибо за доброе отношение. За вкусные завтраки. За чистые полотенца каждый день. Расположение у отеля прекрасное, легко добраться куда угодно. Ненадолго исчезала тёплая вода, но после обращения быстро устранили проблему.

Хочу отдельно отметить чистоту и уборку. Каждый день убирались. Прям хорошо и меняли полотенца. Было место для стоянки автомобиля. Рекомендую этот отель. Если соберемся в этот район. остановимся там же.

Elena (8/5): Отель полностью соответствует своей стоимости. - Отель находится в спокойном районе. Но если вы планируете много гулять пешком, то важно учесть: сам отель стоит на крутой горе, а до исторического Центра города 1.5 часа пешком. Сам отель спокойный, не шумный. Есть террасы с видом на город. Очень приятно посидеть вечером, пока кто то не выйдет и не начнет рядом курить. Номер все же требуют лучшей уборки: жила в 2-х разных номерах и в каждом скатанные клочки коричневых женских волос от прежних жильцов. Не приятно. В самих номерах, в целом, находиться приятно. Все хорошо работает. Ничего не шумит, не течет, неприятных запахов нет. Персонал на рецепции доброжелательный и всегда заинтересован помочь. Вода питьевая в номере стоит, но она платная: от 1 до 3 лари в зависимости от выбранной. Вроде мелочь, а как то не очень. Чистота номеров: присутствуют скатанные женские клочки волос от прежних жильцов.

Sadanand (8/5): Decent hotel but small rooms - The hotel overall is nice but rooms are a bit small. The breakfast is quite good compared to other hotels in Georgia. If you plan to stay for multiple days then room cleaning is minimal. There will be dust on the floor and same sheets might be repeated. The faucet in the bathroom was broken.

The location can be intimidating for beginner drivers or taxis since the entrance is in a steep hill, other than that you are near everything. Сам отель современный, очень чистый, в холле рояль, красивый национальный интерьер в ресторане и на ресепшен. Комната не большая, но есть все необходимое: холодильник, телевизор, сейф, вид на горы. Удобная кровать!!! Очень понравились завтраки: шведский стол со всем, что разные люди любят на завтрак, на любой вкус! Овощи, фрукты, тушеные овощи, каша, йогурт, творог и много чего другого. Главное, все свежее и вкусное! Персонал отзывчивый, всегда готовы помочь. Интернет работал отлично. Часто меняли полотенца, было мыло, шампунь, одноразовая зубная щетка с пастой, тапочки. Везде очень чисто, ночью было тихо. С удовольствием воспользуюсь этим отелем при случае. Все понравилось!

Aram (8/5): Would stay again, lovely staff! - Amazing staff, highly recommend them. very accomodating. location was on the hill, not a big deal for most cabs they still could get to. The parking area was a bit small in comparison.

Stanislav (10/5): Прекрасно! - Отличный отель! Тихий район, комфортные номера, приветливый персонал, вполне сытные завтраки. У отеля есть своя парковка - совсем небольшая (на 4-5 мест), но нам места хватило. Из небольших недостатков: у одного из наших номеров была проблема с электронным замком - чтобы открыть его, каждый раз приходилось повозиться.

Elen (7/5): Recommended ONLY for a short-stay of a day or two. - All in all, the hotel was ok for a short stay (we booked ot for one night only). It seems like it's a relatively new hotel so the facilities were fresh and clean. The reception staff was polite and helpful. Breakfast was included and offered a limited variety of buffet options, though again for one-day stay it was completely enough. The door e-locks didn't work properly. Every time we got out, we didn't know whether when coming back we will be able to enter the room instantly or not as the cards were not working properly. Once we even stayed for 10+ minutes near our front door trying different ways to make the card work. The staff can't be much of a help here either. The breakfast serving staff was extremely rude. Didn't know either English or Russian so it was super hard communicating with them. My 1.5 years old baby made a little mess near his seat (which correct me if I'm wrong is normal at his age) but still the staff was yelling and complaining.

Harr (10/5): - My experience at this hotel was absolutely outstanding. From the warm and welcoming atmosphere to the spotless cleanliness, everything exceeded my expectations. The price is exceptionally reasonable for the high standard offered. The facilities are excellent, the staff are truly professional and caring, and the breakfast was rich and delicious. Every detail is thoughtfully arranged to make guests feel comfortable. I can confidently say this hotel is one of the best I have ever stayed in, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone. Chris (10/5): For thos need a quite and cosy place this is the one. - This hotel is a hiden jem. Remote location but in reality only 5 min by car to Vake . The view from my room wasn't the best.
IMRAN FAKHI (9/5): Stay at Alliance Hotel - The Room was Spacious with 2 Bedrooms and one common bathroom but one AC at the entrance. Beds were Comfortable. Bathroom was big. Breakfast was having fresh fruits and drinks which we liked. This Hotel is located on a very elevated place hence u need to ensure that all the snacks and water, u have to take along with you after your dinner and then reach the hotel . The Card given to you to open the room was giving us a hard time as it was requiring multiple attempts with patience to open the room.

Nikolay (7/5): Good, but not great - Good location a short walk away from metro with every possible shop available on the way. Breakfast had a good selection of meals. Great views from the terrace. Front desk were always available and helpful. The bathroom was brand new in great condition. AC worked without issues, helping a lot with the heat. Soft drinks in the minibar were very cheap. The rooms could be cleaner - it looks like they were not vacuumed during our stay at all, and for some reason only some of the dishes in our room were regularly washed. The entire hotel had carpeting that was not thoroughly cleaned often, or ever. Living room furniture was also quite old and unmaintained. Soft drinks in the minibar, while cheap, were not replenished during our stay - what you see at the arrival is what you get, including water. The tents at the terrace were always closed, which meant it was nearly impossible to spend any time there during summer heat. All minor issues overall, but they detract from the experience.

I think it would be better to have something special every morning. I saw some interesting things in the room, in the room i got I didn't have grounded wall sockets. Everything else was great and i had a pleasant time.

Olga (10/5): Персонал очень приветливый, в кафе при отеле всегда можно пообедать вкусно и недорого. - Очень уютный и комфортный отель с расслабляющим и спокойным вайбом Завтраки очень вкусные и длится 3 часа, что является большим плюсом для тех, кто просыпается поздно. Изначально бронировали данный отель из-за сауны, но как оказалось для гостей отеля сауна все равно платная 100 GEL. На booking не было этой информации. В ванной комнате была плесень на стене и потолке и в комнате был неприятный запах от ковролина. В остальном, все было чисто и номера регулярно убирают. *фото плесени в прикрепленных, номер 313

Aleksandra (10/5): One night family stay - We stayed in Alliance hotel our final night in Tbilisi. The property is lovely, homey, cozy , super clean. Breakfast was lovely and there was an option to order lunch etc and it was all delicious Most of all - people who work in that hotel are truly humble and incredibly kind. One can tell they put their heart and soul in their work! I managed to break my ankle during the trip and staff went above and beyond trying to make me feel more comfortable! Nothing
