• bulent (10/5): Roma'da güzel bir konaklama. - Hijyen ve çalışanların ilgisi harikaydı. Özellikle lokasyon çok iyiydi. Hem birçok yere yürüme mesafesinde hem de otel kapısının önündeki duraktan hava alanına gidecek/gelecek otobüse binebiliyorsunuz. Gerek odadaki ikramlar gerekse ortak kullanım alanındaki ikramları oldukça zengindi. Hem resepsiyon hemde oda hizmetinde görevli arkadaşlar güler yüzlü ve kibardılar. Bir daha ki seyahatimde kesinlikle tekrar buraya geleceğim.

Netz hatten wir auch nicht, das war etwas doof, da man so nichts auf Google Maps etc gucken/planen konnte.

The staff were all very kind and helpful. The location is fantastic, everything is walking distance and the bus from/to airport has a stop literally at the entrance door of the building that hosts Nox. There was nothing we did not like. Highly recommended accommodation.

• Clara (10/5): - Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral, man kann alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu Fuß erreichen, ansonsten gibt es aber auch eine sehr gute Bus Anbindung. Das Apartment war sehr groß und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es war sehr ruhig und trotzdem mitten in der Stadt. Alle waren sehr freundlich und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Eine perfekte Unterkunft für einen Städte Trip nach Rom, wir kommen gerne wieder!

• Pilar (10/5): - Ubicación del alojamiento excepcional, estás muy cerca de los imprescindibles de la ciudad, junto al castillo de sant Angelo, en una zona tranquila en la que dispones de todos los servicios. Habitación muy amplia y limpia. El autobús que trae del aeropuerto te deja justo delante del alojamiento y te recoge justo en el mismo portal. Erika y el resto del personal son muy amables y atentos. Sin duda recomendaremos el alojamiento

Bardzo dobrze będę wspominać pobyt w tym hotelu a przy kolejnej wizycie w Rzymie wybiorę go ponownie! Jedyny mały minus - brak szklanych kubków, jedynie papierowe.
• Emma (10/5): - We had such a lovely stay at Nox. The room was lovely with everything we needed, and they offered a cleaning service daily which was really nice. The staff, particularly Erika, were so lovely. Erika was very flexible with our check in and allowed us to leave our bags there on the day of check out until our flight in the afternoon. Erika was very prompt with communication. We also loved the location right near the Vatican and close to lots of other great areas. We would definitely stay again!
• Gennady (8/5): Безответственные сотрудники! - В номере 6 прорвало трубу, так как это гостевой дом, то на месте никого не было ! Позвонила девушке Ерике, с рецепшина, она не отвечала! Потом написал какой-то парень, спросил в чем дело, просил прислать фото и видео! Сказал, что так как сегодня суббота, то большая проблема найти сантехника!!! Сказал, что приедет уборщица и решит проблему!!! Пришла Тамара и с помощью молотка и скотча стала чинить трубу!!! Вместо отдыха, после тяжёлого дня, я должна была убирать воду с пола и заниматься не своими делами! Большая благодарность Тамара!!! Совершенно не компетентные сотрудники, которые все время повторяли, что у нас Не Отель и мы не несём ответственность за поломки ! Спасибо за советское воспитание Тамары, которая может Всё!!! Не понравилось то, что написано выше!

There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby with reasonable prices compared to the more touristy areas. The rooms are large, new, spotless, and equipped with very comfortable beds. We also appreciated the warm welcome and excellent support from Erika, who was incredibly kind, explained everything clearly, and even arranged a taxi for us! next time - for sure to stay at the same place!

• Roberto (9/5): Per le mie esigenze (viaggio di lavoro), tutto ok, posizione e disponibilità host TOP. - Posizione comodissima, fronte shuttle bus SIT. Arredi e dotazioni ok. Assistenza TOP grazie a Erika. Riscaldamento troppo alto, è regolabile ma comunque caldo, consiglio di aggiungere alla biancheria da letto un semplice lenzuolo, per non dover dormire sotto al piumone, troppo spesso. Anche i cuscini non mi sono piaciuti, troppo morbidi e flaccidi, ma è ovviamente soggettivo.

Yakın konumda metro istasyonu mevcut. Odalar oldukça geniş ve ferah. Temizlikleri harikulade. Her gün temizlik yapılıyor. Çalışanlar her konuda yardımcı oluyor. Roma’ya yolum düştüğünde gözüm kapalı tercih edeceğim bir tesis. Yardımları için Erika’ya teşekkürler.

• Hoon (9/5): - 피우미치노행 공항버스 정류장 바로 앞이고 (테르미니행 버스정류장은 1블록거리), 바티칸 및 여행 마지막 날 묵기는 최상의 위치이다. 바티칸, 나보나 광장과 Via del Corso등 스페인계단 근처 쇼핑거리 등에 대한 접근성이 좋다. 시설이 깔끔하고 겨울이라 Heat Pump 와 Radiator로 구성된 난방도 잘 들어 오는점도 마음에 들었다. 건물정문(KEY) → 엘리베이터 → 숙소공용문(KEY PAD) → 공용복도 → 객실문(KEY PAD)을 거쳐야 하는 구조로 되어있어 복잡한만큼 이에 대한 안내가 철저해야 하는데, 공용문 KEY PAD 번호가 잘못 안내되어 당황스러웠다. 다행히 메시지 연락을 통해 원격으로 문을 열어주었다.(저녁 8시 이후에는 직원 없이 SELF CHECK-IN 이라고 한다). 숙소 공용문 및 객실문 KEY PAD 번호 안내도 '*' 을 '#' 로 잘못 적어 보내줘서(예를들면 12345* 인데 12345#으로 안내함) KEY PAD에 #이 없고 비밀번호도 틀려서 혹시 이 숙소가 아닌가 하는 생각에 당황스러웠다. 조금 더 초행인 숙박객을 배려하기 위해서는 오류없는 정성스런 안내가 필요해 보인다. 마지막으로 보조침대인 소파배드 매트리스 퀄리티가 그리 좋지 않다. 다음 숙소의 보조침대도 소파베드였는데 이 숙소보다 훨씬 편안한 쿠션감을 가지고 있었다.

• Catherine (9/5): Excellent value in a great location - Size of room although we did have a junior suite. Shower head could do with updating as wouldn't stay in place so had to fashion something with a hairband but this was a small gripe. The property was excellent value for money. Great that coffee and biscuits etc in room as well as a pretty reception area with a coffee machine free for use. Great location easy to get to all major sites on foot.

• KamenLN (10/5): Great place to stay in Rome ! - Very happy with my stay there ! Location is just perfect: Close to the Vatican city and quite walkable distance to the city centre. Some of the bus shuttles from the airport stop directly at the property's location. The place itself was comfy, spotlessly clean, perfectly maintained and well equipped. Staff were cordial, polite, welcoming, truly helpful and accommodating ! Check-in / Check-out process was fast and easy. Communication with the NOX team was concise and effortless. Honestly: Nothing else to be desired ! This place will definitely be my accommodation of choice for any future visits to Rome.
• ΓΚΟΥΣΚΟΥ (1/5): Απογοητευτικη διαμονη - Η τοποθεσια ηταν καλη. Η διαμονή μας στο κατάλυμα δεν ήταν ευχάριστη.Ενώ είχαμε διαβεβαίωση ότι θα μας περιμένει κάποιος με την άφιξη μας, λάβαμε μήνυμα ότι τελικά δεν θα μας περιμένει κανείς και δόθηκαν οδηγίες για να μπούμε στο κτήριο αρχικά και στο κατάλυμα στη συνέχεια μέσω μηνύματος πάλι. Αυτό δεν μας προκάλεσε ωραία εντυπωση. Το δωμάτιο όταν μπήκαμε μέσα ήταν κρύο και το κλιματιστικό δεν εβγαζε ζεστό αέρα. Τα σώματα του καλοριφέρ ηταν, επισης, κρύα.Οταν ένα καταλυμα  περιμενει καλεσμένους σε χειμερινή περίοδο θα πρέπει να έχει ελεγχθεί σχολαστικά το θέμα της θέρμανσης. Επιστρεφοντας απο τη βόλτα το βράδυ της άφιξης το δωμάτιο παρέμενε κρύο παρόλο που το καλοριφερ υποτίθεται οτι ήταν σε λειτουργία.Ξαπλωσαμε με ζακέτες και πουλοβερ αλλά κοιμηθηκαμε ελάχιστα.  Επομένως, η πρώτη βραδιά δεν ήταν καθολου ευχάριστη. Μας, είχε δοθεί ένας αριθμός τηλεφώνου. Τα προβλήματα όμως δεν λύνονται τηλεφωνικά. Πρέπει κάποιος να βρίσκεται στο καταλυμα για να εξυπηρετεί άμεσα τους καλεσμένους. Επίσης, η λεκάνη  της τουαλέτας εσωτερικα δεν ήταν καθαρή. Το πρώτο πράγμα που θελεις να κάνεις μετά από ταξίδι είναι να χρησιμοποιήσεις την τουαλετα. Μας εκανε πολύ άσχημη εντύπωση. Όταν ένα καταλυμα περιμενει καλεσμένους, θα πρέπει να έχει ελεγχθεί και το θέμα της  καθαριότητας σχολαστικά, ειδικά σε ένα τέτοιο ευαίσθητο για λόγους υγιεινής σημειο, οπως η λεκάνη της τουαλετας. Μας ζητήθηκαν φωτογραφίες για να γίνουν πιστευτά τα λεγομενα μας. Δεν τραβηξα φωτογραφίες γιατι δεν ειναι στην προθεση μου να προκαλώ αναστατωση όπου πηγαινω. Επίσης, κάθε φορά που χρησιμοποιουσαμε το νερό στο μπανιο ακουγόταν ένας πολύ δυνατός θόρυβος στο δωματιο της κόρης μας και τρανταζονταν όλο το δωμάτιο. Αγοράσαμε την επομενη μέρα απολυμαντικό υγρο για τη λεκανη της τουαλετας,για λόγους υγιεινής,  και ζητήσαμε βοηθεια σχεση με το θέμα της θέρμανσης. Ήρθε ο υπάλληλος που βρισκόταν στη γραμματεια του καταλύματος εκείνη τη στιγμή και η υπεύθυνη καθαριοτητας για να το ελεγξουν.

Sicuramente ci ritorneremo Nel complesso la struttura è ottima forse l' unico neo potrebbe essere la distanza dalla metro 10-15 minuti per chi non ama camminare (non è il nostro caso)

Disponibilità, ordine, possibilità di lasciare il bagaglio pre e post check in/out in caso l’ospite non possa portarlo con sé. Frigo un pò rumoroso di notte , doccia da rivedere.

• Sonja (8/5): Im Großen und Ganzen ein toller Aufenthalt bis auf die Gästelärmstruktur. - Kaffee am Zimmer und auch außerhalb im Aufenthaltsbereich. Relativ schalldichte Fenster zur Straßenseite. Sehr gutes Heizsystem, nicht unwichtig im Dezember (Winter). Sehr einfaches Karten- bzw. Türsystem. Zimmer II liegt genau gegenüber der Eingangstür des Guesthouses und somit ist es einerseits aufgrund des Klicköffners der Türe selbst immer laut und andererseits laufen hier selbstverständlich alle Gäste durch bzw. vorbei, was natürlicher Weise automatisch sehr laut ist. Ebenso wenn man Gäste auf den Gängen sowie im Aufenthaltsraum / Rezeption hört, wie sie sich unterhalten. Vielleicht wäre noch ein Schild hilfreich, sich in den öffentlich zugänglichen Bereichen leise zu verhalten.

• Steph (10/5): - Very spacious room. Well appointed wirh comfortable beds, towel warmer and multe multimedia mirror. Lovely neighborhood - recommend dinner across the street at de Cesare for classic Roman fare. Helpful and responsive staff. Direct shuttle pick up directly outside of the building that ruins frequently - took us less than 30 min to get to the airport. Great stay.
