However, this did not make up for the overall poor and unsafe experience we had during our stay. Our stay was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. We experienced repeated and prolonged power outages, which made it difficult to sleep, charge our phones, keep food and drinks safe, or feel comfortable in the room. As a family with children, the situation felt unsafe and unhealthy. The hotel’s handling of the situation was not sufficient. The lobby was also an enclosed area where guests were smoking, with no proper intervention or ventilation, which made the environment even more uncomfortable and unhealthy for our family. Overall, the conditions did not meet the basic standards expected from a hotel, and we did not receive the service we paid for.

Igualmente la hermosísima vista al Nilo. Una única sugerencia: tener un poco más de variedad proteica en el desayuno.

Ottima la mezza pensione Aswan è stupenda Purtroppo essendo un paese musulmano in questo albergo non è possibile bere alcoolici ai pasti, le altre bevande costano pochissimo.
- Peter (7/5): Von Assuan ausgehend viele Sehenswürdigkeiten - Eigentlich ist die Lage sehr gut, jedoch lauern Kutschenfahrer, Bootsfahrer sowie Taxifahrer um dieses Hotel herum. Anfangs dachte ich, ich könnte sie abschütteln. Sie waren teilweise penetrant aufdringlich. Dieses Hotel verfügt über gutes Security, was jedoch ein paar Metern vom Hotel entfernt passiert, einzieht sich ihrer Befugnisse. Das gesamte Personal möchte ich ausdrücklich loben. Immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, einzig der Kaffee war „Tütchen zum Aufgießen“ Marke Nestle, aber erst ein gebrühter Kaffee ist“ Kaffee“🤗 Ist im anderen Text mit enthalten

We arrived at 8am, very tired, and they had the room ready within half an hour. We left well before the restaurant opened for breakfast, but they still had a package one ready for us by 5am. Outstanding. Nothing really.

Il personale è stato sempre gentile anche se poco efficace nel trovare soluzioni per il nostro viaggio. La struttura è in ristrutturazione, ma questo non è un problema a parte il fatto che a causa di questo non ci sono piscine e terrazze disponibili. La colazione non era molto buona. La stanza è abbastanza vecchia e le tende dentro la stanza erano sudicie.

The location is perfect for those who wanted to explore Aswan as it is at the center and within the pick-up range of the tours. It is also within walking distance of good restaurants and market. As it is in the center, it is always busy when you leave the hotel. The rooms are quiet, though. It is an old hotel but well equipped (slippers available).

Temizlikten çarşaflar mis gibi kokuyordu. Odada sadece makyaj taburesi vardı. Balkonda oturmak için sandalye yoktu. Banyoda sadece tepeden su gelecek şekilde aparat vardı. - 不可説不可説転涅槃寂静 (8/5): 心配の種が増えるホテル - メインストリートにある点。 次のホテルへ向かう際スーツケースをバスに乗せてくれなかった点（おそらく手違いで）。次のホテルにてアスワンで知り合った青年とそのコミュニケーションにより、スーツケースが夜に無事到着しましたが、心配で体調不良になリました。スーツケースがないとシャワーや歯磨きなどもできないので必要なものの購入を考えたりしました。 心配が多くたいへんだった点。
- Renzo (7/5): Nice stay in Aswan - The location is the best possible, the camera spacious and well equipped. The breakfast had lots of items but was put there, abandoned. The ful (typical food Egyptians eat at breakfast was so cold it was possible to see the layers of the ingredients). We had to find someone to fix omelette.

- Yann (7/5): - L’emplacement est vraiment idéal. Bonne literie. Chambre spacieuse. Hôtel bien situé mais expérience globalement décevante. Nous avons réservé une excursion pour un temple via l’hôtel : les tarifs étaient nettement plus chers que ceux proposés ailleurs, et la personne qui nous a conduits en bateau était très désagréable, ce qui a gâché l’expérience. L’hôtel est vétuste et en travaux. Le dernier étage était en rénovation, donc la piscine était fermée sans que cela soit clairement indiqué avant la reservation. Nous avons également été réveillés à 7h30 par le bruit des travaux juste au-dessus de notre chambre. Le petit déjeuner est varié mais la qualité des produits reste moyenne. Dans l’ensemble, le séjour n’a pas été à la hauteur de nos attentes.

- XUEWEN (8/5): 性价比ok，房间与照片相符 - 2/21中午抵达，已经可以入住了，休息片刻出门问了下工作人员要换钱去了出门左转cib，结果放进去四张50美元就出来3张吃了一张50美元，情急之下找了酒店大堂经理matina过来电话19666客服沟通，在atm机器这边耗了一个多小时，后来cib客服联系了我们，大堂经理也留了我们护照及身份信息，希望能把钱追回来吧，小小的插曲，打乱了一些节奏，但是有一说一，酒店位置ok，服务也蛮好的，住了两晚上，隔天打包的早餐也挺丰富，房间够大，算是性价比比较ok的一家了 早餐的水果几乎没有，也可能那天早还没出摊
- Alexandra (6/5): Court séjour d’une nuit, je ne le serais pas vue rester plus longtemps - Juste pour une nuit- grand balcon avec vue sur le Nil, un peu en retrait de la corniche donc pas trop bruyant (en tout cas pour notre chambre car certaines sont plus proches de la route) Le petit dejeuner pas terrible, l’amabilité du personnel (surtout au petit déjeuner). Mais une expérience ne fait pas l’autre

- Wenjing (9/5): Good - Friendly and welcoming staff members. Nice location. The hotel arranged the car for us to visit Abu Simbel, I would expect a vehicle in better condition but the driver was very helpful and nice. It would be better to improve the breakfast options.

Juste une remarque: Au dernier étage il manque une rambarde de sécurité aux escaliers.....extrêmement dangereux pour des enfants sans surveillance qui peuvent faire une chute de 6 étages...

- YUTAKA (5/5): Enjoyed stay. Thanks. - Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location adjacent to shopping arcade, close to McDonald’s and souk. Room was spacious. Room lighting was a bit dark. Complimentary water bottles were a bit dusty. Room rate was too high compared to the same class accommodation in Cairo and Luxor.

The girl at their cafe was also very customer oriented! To be fair everyone was friendly I have nothing negative to say

Hicimos la excursión al pueblo nubio . Bien, pero mejor hacerlo sin organizar. Sale muy caro. Las habitaciones grandes. Camas cómodas y almohadas. Desayuno bien.
