Wir konnten vorher einchecken und sogar später auschecken, wirklich super nett von der Gastgeberin Eigentlich nichts, ich hätte evtl. ein paar Pflegeprodukte mehr gewünscht, wie zB. Haar-Conditioner oder so, aber das ist Klagen auf hohen Niveau :-)

Trevi Fountain is a 3 min walk. Great location!!! Would 100% recommend. Nothing really, all very nice. If I was being pickie no windows in the top 2 bedrooms (I didnt mind as airy, and left the bathroom window open)

• Caitriona (9/5): A really enjoyable memorable stay. We would definitely go back. - The accommodation was in a super central location with all main attractions easily accessible. It was just a perfect size or a family of 6 which included 4 adults. It was extremely clean, well equipped and comfortable. The host Valentina was very responsive and supportive of any queries or requests. There street outside the bedroom downstairs was noisy at night, as it had some form of bottle bank with drop off during the night. The first night was the worst and it wasn't too bad after that either because we got used to it or there was less activity

• Michael (7/5): Loved this place for a smaller group or couple - Location! It can’t be beat here. If you have a small group, 3-4 people it would work well. It has all the necessities and is really pretty It is not meant for a group size advertised. The one loft room is open to the living area below so light and sound makes it impossible to sleep. Having people in the upstairs rooms at the same time is really difficult as people are constantly in each others way.

• Pamela (10/5): The apartment is fantastic and the host was amazing.host was amazing!! - Home from home. Beautiful apartment with everything you need. The host even left tea , coffee and water. Very comfortable and clean with excellent facilities. The host arranged transport for us , was very accommodating and flexible and communicated all through the stay. Just wonderful! It was a little noisy in the late hours but that’s to be expected given the location.

Well equipped kitchen. It’s a bit dark with no windows in the 2 upstairs bedrooms (maisonette type) and I think the toaster needs changing as I got shocked when touched the inside metal brackets.

Special thanks to Valentina and Alberto who were on top of everything, including arranging car service, recommending which places to visit, shop or eat or just how to get around the city. Highly recommend the location and the property. Everything was perfect from start to finish.

• Sarah (8/5): Comfortable apartment in a good central location. - This apartment is in an excellent central location, close to the Trevi fountain. There are many restaurants in the street and a supermarket about 100m away at end of the road. There is a beautiful, big internal courtyard that is a haven of peace and has a pond with turtles! There are many steps to this apartment both outside and within the apartment itself which isn’t ideal if you are travelling with an older person. There is a steep internal staircase with no handrail or door at top. It is best for family groups as one bedroom is off the other, so access to bathroom is through the other bedroom. The main bedroom upstairs is like a mezzanine and open to the ground floor so no privacy in terms of noise or conversation. The other bedroom upstairs has a window to the bedroom below (but with a curtain). It was clean and equipped with everything you need however the over bath shower was unusable as the holder was cracked and didn’t support the shower head.

• Bangguo (10/5): Exceptional - Very good location! 2 min walking distance to Fontana di Trevi The rooms are clean. As it was very hot during our stay, we had to turn the AC on all the time, which made lots of noise.

• Anne (8/5): Very good - Location was amazing. Center of everything. Grocery store close by, good food surrounding the apartment and walking distance to almost all sights. The apt was clean on the surface. Bed linens were clean, towels etc. However, it needs a deep cleaning. The doors all have dark dirt above the handles where people grab them, dust everywhere upstairs. Moldy spots in the shower. Also downstairs bathroom didn’t have any hot water in the shower or sinks. If there was a trick to it we didn’t figure it out. So all 6 of us used one bathroom upstairs.

• Lolina (7/5): I could stay again.. my in-laws would never. - The location was amazing, it was only a block away from the Trevi Fountain. That being said, there was always a crowd of people you had to walk into when you entered your apartment. There was two bathrooms and three bedrooms, which could accommodate our party size at the time of booking. There were enough "Nespresso" pods for the machine every morning, and they even left chips and drinks for us, which was so sweet. The wifi was great, and there was a private courtyard for all of the nearby apartments (if you come, you need to find the turtles)! They were so cute. AC was loud, but worked so well, which was so nice to come home to after all of the heat being outside in Rome. I was traveling with my mother-in-law, and she has sensitivities to smell, and she prefers excellent accommodations in the area of comfort. The beds were very hard, and the pillows were so stiff and uncomfortable. Even I, as a laid back traveler, had a difficult time waking up without a stiff neck. The bathrooms... both had an off-putting smell. The upstairs one had a lip of wall next to the bathtub, and only had a handheld shower handle (other than the bathtub). Downstairs, my in-laws had to leave the windows open. There are so many stairs, and because of that, there are so many suitcase scuffs all over the apartment. The corridor to our apartment also smelled like sewer or mold... we can't quite place the smell. Needless to say, for those who are coming to Europe for the first time and are not accustomed to the unique smell/(old-history?) that apartments can have will have a difficult time staying here.
• Paul (9/5): this apartment is 100m from Trevi Fountain. Lots of people walking past, but quiet peaceful inside - The host is excellent and was most helpful and considerate. The building is very quaint with a large garden area with tortoises swimming in a pond. A haven in the middle of tourist part of Rome. Steep steps ( i have a crook knee) .
• Glynn (7/5): We loved Rome and the accommodation was lovely as stated above. - The location was really good The apartment is directly above a restaurant and also a bottle and refuge collection site. We didn’t get much sleep the 3 nights we were there.The bottle collection was going on through the night ie 02:30 in the morning.The apartment itself was lovely but unfortunately we wouldn’t stay there again due to this. • Kathleen (8/5): Cozy and central location for a group of 5 - The property Manager met us and gave us a list of recommended shops, sites, restaurants which was helpful. We were only there for less than 24 hours but it was very convenient for our family of 5 the stairs to the upstairs bedroom will be hard to navigate for some people, especially with luggage. The street out front is pretty tight and filled w/ people. There isnt reallly rool to gather in a common area.

• Julianne (9/5): Amazing location! In the heart of Rome! - The location is the best! You are in the heart of Rome, steps from the Trevi fountain. The apartment is across an indoor courtyard, so you do not hear tourists throughout the night (just the garbage truck picking up wine bottles in the morning). We had a smooth check-in coordinated through WhatsApp to pick up the key. The place looked exactly like the photos. There is also a standalone A/C unit in the upstairs bedroom, so it can be a nice relief! Check-out was easy - just leave the keys inside the apartment. Just as the apartment pictures show, there are very steep and narrow stairs to get to the second level, so be aware if you are traveling with elderly guests.

• Branka (10/5): Movielike experience in the heart of The Eternal City - This apartment was better than everything we could have imagined! It’s located in a building with charming Italian patio in the city center, less then 2 minutes by foot from The Trevi Fountain. The apartment itself is really pretty, extraordinary clean and spacious. The beds were so comfortable, exactly as we needed them after walking so much around the city. The owner Valentina and the lady who welcomed us, Carlotta, are so kind, helpful and lovely. They even arranged minivan for us from and back to the airport. If we ever come back to Rome, we will go to Miracle Suite again with no hesitation!

The apartment was a great size for 4 adults, 3 separate bedrooms with great size comfortable beds. Even though there was an elevator, there were still some stairs to navigate with our large cases.

• Mike (9/5): We had a one day stay. Any longer stay with 6 adults would have been a tight squeeze if hanging out in the room for any - The location is fantastic and the place was super clean. It was a bit smaller than the pictures make it look and the air conditioning units were pretty loud and requires the windows to be open, which was loud in the am hours while the restaurant in the street cleaned up.
