Lokalizacja jest świetna – z jednej strony cisza i spokój, a z drugiej bardzo sprawny dojazd do centrum. Personel niezwykle miły, kontaktowy i pomocny. Idealne miejsce na wypoczynek w Krakowie! Jedynym drobnym minusem był standard łóżek. Odnieśliśmy wrażenie, że w naszym pokoju były one już nieco wysłużone, co trochę wpłynęło na komfort snu.

- Natalia (8/5): If we need to stay overnight in Kraków again, we will definitely book a room here again. - Price = quality Overall, the hotel was good, but in some areas it could use some renovation. The breakfast was tasty, and everyone was able to find something they liked. The girl at the reception was very friendly and explained everything to us. The room was clean, although the bathroom probably needs some renovation. The hotel had a large parking area, and we were pleasantly surprised by the outdoor children’s playground. The airport is located nearby, so we could hear all the takeoffs and landings, but for us it wasn’t a problem — on the contrary, the children enjoyed it. Unfortunately, there were no slippers in the room, and the air conditioner did not cool the air very well.

- Piotr (9/5): Polecam, przyjemny hotel. - Dobre śniadanie. Restauracja w tym samym budynku, bardzo smaczne jedzenie (słabe wina). Parking, winda, czysto. Zazwyczaj nie ma nikogo w recepcji, trzeba czekać na zameldowanie. W pokoju niestety ktoś wcześniej palił papierosy.

Miałem nie przyjemność spędzać noc z 27 na 28 marca 26 w porze ciszy nocnej głośno zachowujący się ludzie na korytarzu okazali się nimi później Pani recepcjonistka która wcześniej dawała karte do pokoju oraz jej bardziej upity znajomy z którym miała posiedzenie na recepcji. Może by się to nie wydało ale akurat lot Mój był o 5 w nocy i o 3 schodziłem do recepcji oddać karte, menagerka hotelu to także ignorantka i chyba każdy każdego w tym hotelu kryje a szefostwo nie wie co się dzieje, nie zaproponowałą, żadnej rekompensaty jak dla mnie coś nie do przyjęcia tragedia nie polecam...

Dobry dojazd na wylotówke na A4. Mogą popracowąc nad czystością - ogólenie hotel wymaga odświeżenia. Śniadania smaczne choć nie urozmaicone. Rozłożone po kilka plasterków szynki i sera - przy kliku osobach na sali, czasami brakowało - ale uzupełniane na bieżąco.

- Justyna (6/5): - Czystość pościeli i ręczników. Hotel jest cichy i czysty ale naprawdę wymaga tego, żeby właściciele zadbali o szczegóły. Kabina się nie domyka, bateria w prysznicu cieknie, deszczownica ledwo się trzyma ściany, klapa od toalety nie pasuje nawet mniej więcej. Śniadanie było ok ale myślę, że poziom dla hoteli w dużo niższych cenach. Wiem, że hotele w Krakowie są drogie ale to naprawdę było nieadekwatne do ceny.

За 30 чи 35 злотих (не памʼятаю точно) на людину ми отримали суху яєчню, декілька шматків сиру, консервовані огірки й пластівці. Всі інші тарілки для ковбаси, сосисок, свіжих овочів були порожніми. Жіночки на кухні спілкувались про своє й не слідкували за станом/кількістю їжі.

- Rimantas (5/5): Nice facility with poor soundproofing - The staff and facilities were nice. The soundproofing in the hotel is very poor. I could hear almost everything happening in the neighboring rooms. Unfortunately, some guests were talking loudly and making noise until 03:40 in the morning. Even after asking them to quiet down and reporting the issue to reception, the noise continued. As a result, I was unable to get any rest and was effectively forced to “participate” in their party instead of sleeping.

- Gapa (8/5): Good value good location close to train - Hotel is located 6km from airport, there is train from hotel ( 5 minutes walking distance ) which connects to airport or Krakow city. There is also nice restaurant behind hotel and food was really nice. We stayed only one night so no time to explore The only one thing i didnt like was when we booked it says they have airport shuttle which is not true
