• Monica (10/5): - Great place! Very clean and very nice. It is located in a very nice neighborhood! Walking distance you can find good restaurants and great food for a good price. The hosts were both very nice.

• Adrian (1/5): Bad - It was MOLD in the appartement, in one room and bath and in the kitchen. In one bedroom they have ventilation that makes a continuas loud noise and you can t sleep.I CAN T BELIAVE HOW LOW CAN THEY BE LIKE PEOPLE TO RENT SOMETHING LIKE THIS. ( they would do anything for same money)

• Florin (7/5): Good - The apartment is located in a beautiful area of Rome, from where you can reach the center directly by tram or bus. Also, a 15-20 min. walk away is a touristic and very interesting area of the neighborhood, similar to the civic center, with many restaurants, shops and a typical italian atmosphre. Nearby ( 10 min walk) there is a Carrefour with half the prices of the street shops. Regarding the interior, i liked the living room, the kitchen and the large bedroom, which are spacious and clean. There is air conditioning in the living room and the large bedroom. I didn't like that there was a lot of mold in both the small bedroom and the bathroom, which was quite unpleasant for one of the group members, being allergic. The small bedroom.. is really very small, it looks more like a technical room or a storage room and in the unfortunate combination with the mold, it becomes uninhabitable. Thus, we had to use the sofa bed in the living room. In the bathroom, there is no support for the shower head and a renovation would be welcome. in the kitchen the fridge door doesn't close and in the living room there are some strange chairs that we trip over 10 times a day.
• Juliana (10/5): Convenient and spacious apartment in Rome. - Very nice apartment in Rome. Close to the main public transportation lines. They charged me taxes for the children, which they shouldn’t have done. So be careful!

• Gabriela (6/5): If they will resolve the problem with the mold, it is a very nice place to stay. - It is a quiet place. Very nice neighbourhood with local restaurants. In the bathroom it’s mold on the ceiling and wall. The second bedroom it’s very small and the ceiling is wet from the rain, also it’s a wet smell inside.

• Flo (8/5): Very good - Very good air conditioning in two of the rooms. It was comfy and clean. The kitchen facilities weren't great, there were no sharp knives and the pans were poor quality. One of the bedrooms didn't have air conditioning and the bed was small for 2 people.

In the small bedroom the ceiling is dropping a bit and in the bathroom there is mold on the ceiling. The floor was a bit dusty in the small bedroom after the housekeeping lady had cleaned the flat.
