- Mike and Mary Marks (8/5): Almost there - The location is great especially room with a lake view. Our suite was spacious. Tbones is a great restaurant and we were impressed by our server Annie. Friendly staff. The furniture and decor could benefit from updating.

- Amanda (7/5): Great place with a wonderful atmosphere! Facilities are just a bit dated. - We loved the Inn, however, the room we stayed in was VERY dated and eerie with a weird smell. I honestly would highly recommend staying at the Blue Heron, just make sure you upgrade to one of the newer rooms. We will definitely try to get a room with a balcony next time!

Biscuits and gravy decent, but would've like to see meat also such as bacon or sausage to go with it. Patio screen door was ripped in our room, so couldn't have door open for fresh air.

The spa tub was very nice and had surprisingly good water pressure and hot water! Might be my favorite "inn" I've ever stayed in! Don't have much negative to say...the layout of the building is odd, however to me just added to the charm!

- Janet (10/5): I would definitely stay there again - Beautiful location and environment. We were traveling from Philadelphia to go to the Green Bay Packers/ Eagles game. We stopped there mid trip. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The weather was not too nice because it was November so I’d love to see it in the summertime

- Rosemarie (9/5): A diamond in the rough with a wonderful staff! - The friendly and cheerful staff were commendable. Breakfast offerings were fresh and hot. It’s saved us a lot of time and expense. It was convenient to grab something to eat at the Inn before heading out each morning. We enjoyed our large suite room overlooking the lake. The sunsets were stunning! The coffee was hot, but weak. I don’t drink strong coffee anymore, but this coffee needed a little more kick. The food choices were limited. Please consider offering hard boiled eggs. The resort was in process of remodeling. The property was very clean, however, there was a strong odor of cleaning products. The rooms, while spacious, need contemporary renovations to bring the property up to date.

If they would fully renovate and update rooms it would be perfect place to stay. - I liked the property location, great view of the lake and that the restaurant I booked reservations for was part of the hotel (T-bone Pier 11) good food! They were still in renovation and my shower did not work. The handles actually fell off and no hot water. I called front desk asked if I can get another room just to shower in but, a lady came up and said she will try and fix it she tried but it didn’t work, then they called and said a maintenance will be in about 10 minutes and he could fix it waited about 45 minutes he finally came and made it to work to have a least Luke warm water. We took a shower at left. The front desk staff was apologetic and gave $25 off my bill for inconvenience.

- Carla (2/5): Don't waste your time or money. - The restaurant was excellent, had a nice dinner. This is a very dated and tired property. The most uncomfortable bed I've slept in, in quite some time. Every time I moved, the bed squeaked, the mattress was soft. I told the front desk on checkout that they needed a new bed in my room.

The bed was super comfortable and the room was well appointed and huge! The hot breakfast was steps above any hotel we've stayed at and the front desk staff were so friendly. - Linda (10/5): This was a lovely mini trip at this quaint Inn. Will stay here again if in the area. - Quaint Inn located on Pine Lake, beautiful lake views. Restaurant on site. Beautiful grounds, heated swimming pool still available . Spacious clean room overlooking the lake with balcony, fireplace, and spa tub. Employees very helpful. Had a wonderful time. A minor inconvenience, The pillows were dense. Will bring my own next time.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Attached steakhouse restaurant was very good and convenient. AC rattled pretty badly all night, making it hard to sleep. We did let the staff know so that it could be addressed and fixed for future guests. Could have been vacuumed and dusted a little better. Room did not have that freshly cleaned smell.

- Drew (8/5): You get what you pay for, a fine stay for a night. - Breakfast was fine, more continental with a waffle maker and cereal and toaster. I could control the A/C and keep my room cool. Bed was quite comfortable. Bathroom was spacious. Check-out was 12 Noon, bonus!!! Room smelled like wet dog 🤮 fixtures desperately need updating. The whole place doesn't look to have been changed since the late 1980s. TV was mounting way up in the top corner of the room. Parking lot was crowded.

The restaurant especially outside seating and the bar area is very nice also it is very convenient to rent a boat. There are many parks around however you ned to drive to them.Do not forget to the town itself because it has restaurants and a great ice cream place.
- Howard (6/5): - Material condition of the room we were in was very poor. Wall paper was buckling, shower had holes in the wall. Paint was very poor. The bed was extremely to soft and appeared worn out. The T-Bone restaurant was very good.

Somebody came the first day and emptied the trash, cleaned the coffee pot and refilled our coffee supplies. We were there for 4 days and had to go to the front desk every day after the 1st to get new towels, coffee supplies and TP. Our bed was never made up once.
