The host Dominic is a really nice person who looks after you and goes out of his way to make sure your stay is the best it can be. Rooms are spotless, classy and ample space. Location is perfect for train and the city centre with all the attractions to see. Amazing value for money and a cool laid back atmosphere. Außergewöhnliches Frühstück! Wenn man rechtzeitig reserviert, kann man für 15€ pro Tag ein Valet-Parking in der hauseigenen Garage bekommen. Ansonsten gibt es um die Ecke ein neues sehr geräumiges Parkhaus.

• CLAUDIA (10/5): - Abbiamo soggiornato una notte e l’esperienza è stata a dir poco eccellente. La struttura è bellissima, curata in ogni dettaglio, pulitissima e davvero confortevole. L’ambiente è elegante e accogliente, la colazione è eccezionale, sia salata che dolce e la posizione è comodissima, vicina al centro storico, ideale per muoversi e visitare tutto a piedi. Un valore aggiunto è sicuramente il proprietario, estremamente disponibile e gentile.  Consigliatissimo!

• Pauline (8/5): Séjour agréable mais quelques points à améliorer - Le logement est très bien décoré. Le goût est dans les détails. C'est très propre et bien équipé. Le lit est confortable. Il se situe à quelques pas de la vieille ville. Parfait pour visiter. Le petit déjeuner est excellent même s'il n'est pas opulent. Des bons produits, frais et les préparations diffèrent chaque jour. Je dois avouer que l'attitude des hôtes peut mettre mal à l'aise. Ils ne parlent que l'italien, ce qui complique la communication. Ils ne sont pas particulièrement avenants. Plusieurs choses nous ont dérangées. D'abord le fait que vous n'avez droit qu'à un seul café le matin au petit déjeuner. Tout café supplémentaire vous sera facturé. Ensuite, nous voyagions avec des personnes âgées qui avaient besoin de se reposer. Notre vol retour étant tard le soir, nous avions demandé à pouvoir faire un "late check-out" pour une des deux chambres. Les hôtes ont accepté mais nous ont facturé ces quelques heures supplémentaires comme une nuit complète alors que nous avons quitté les lieux à 17h et que nous n'avons donc pas pris le petit déjeuner. Pourtant il est clair que la chambres gardée était libre, sinon ils n'auraient pas accepté notre demande. Cela nous a semblé peu commerçant comme attitude. D'autant plus que nous avons trouvé la chambre moins chère que ce qui nous a été facturé sur booking. Les horaires de check-in et check-out sont plus que limitées. Vous devez arriver après 16h et quitter le logement avant 10h. L'horaire du petit déjeuner est aussi trop juste : 8h - 10h. Malgré ces aléas, nous avons trouvé notre séjour agréable dans l'ensemble.
• Aylsha (6/5): Clean and well-located, but noise, poor communication, and disappointing service affected the experience. - The property was very clean throughout and well maintained. The owner greeted us on arrival and showed us in, which was a nice touch. The breakfast we did receive was very good, and the shower facilities were excellent . The room was kept tidy during our stay, and when we mentioned the heating, it was sorted quickly. The location is also great it’s close to most things so you can easily walk around, and the setting itself is beautiful. The main issue was the noise it’s near a busy road so it was very loud at night and early morning, making it hard to sleep. Communication was also disappointing. We paid for two nights with breakfast and asked in advance if we could have it earlier on our last day as we were leaving early, but didn’t get a reply until the morning and no breakfast was provided. We tried calling and ringing reception but had to wait for a response. When we spoke to the owner, the interaction felt unprofessional as my partner was told to “shush” while speaking normally. We were told nothing could be done about the missed breakfast, yet were still asked to pay for city tax and drinks, which felt unfair. Also, parking is charged daily, which isn’t ideal for longer stays.

Both the room and the bathroom are spacious, the breakfast is hearty and the location is excellent, very close to the historic center. Parking is available on the street at a minimal fee. Nothing.

Auto war sicher in der Garage untergebacht. Das grosse Zimmer liegt an einer sehr lauten Strassenecke. Sehr viel Lärm von Fahrzeugen und vom Restarant gegenüber bis spät in die Nacht. Die Fenster sind alt und halten weder Lärm noch Kälte ab.

• Magdalena (10/5): Zachwycający!! - Bardzo gustownie urządzone,przyjemne i czyste wnętrza.Wspólna jadalnia z której nie chce się wręcz wychodzić .Gospodarz mieszka na miejscu i jest bardzo pomocny. Piękny,duży pokój.Przestronna łazienka.Wszystko czego potrzeba jest na miejscu.Parking pod apartamentem .Z całym sercem polecam i na pewno tu wrócę.
