• NIYAZUDDIN (10/5): - Absolutely Unforgettable Stay with Breathtaking Views! I recently stayed at this incredible hotel and it completely exceeded all my expectations. The highlight was undoubtedly the stunning views of the Sphinx and the Pyramids of Giza right from our room. Waking up every morning to see these ancient wonders bathed in golden sunlight was nothing short of magical. At sunset, the pyramids glowed beautifully against the desert sky — it was a view I'll never forget. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, blending modern luxury with subtle Egyptian elegance. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely went out of their way to make our stay special — from arranging a private pyramids guided tour to recommending the best local experiences. The location is perfect for anyone wanting to be close to the Pyramids. You can literally see the Sphinx from your room. The on-site restaurant served delicious food with both international and authentic Egyptian dishes, and the breakfast buffet was decent. Whether you’re visiting for history, romance, or simply a luxurious getaway, this hotel offers an experience like no other. The combination of world-class service, comfort, and those jaw-dropping views of one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World makes it truly unique. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

• Nicole (8/5): C’était génial ! - L’emplacement à 2 pas de l’entrée du plateau de Gizeh. Certains personnels adorables ! Leurs pizzas qui sont excellentes, la possibilité de manger au dîner et le petit déjeuner correct 👌 La vue magnifique via la terrasse. Chambre de 3 personnes spacieuse pour 4 personnes c’était parfait pour nous accueillir. Chambre couple avec vu sur les pyramides spacieuses également. On s’est mis en accord pour un transfert aller retour aéroport. Malgré une confirmation de ne pas nous oublier 24h avant, personne n’est venu à l’aéroport!!! Attention ! J’ai réussi à trouver une personne formidable pour appeler l’hôtel et le personnel me dit de me débrouiller à trouver un taxi. 2h du matin famille avec enfants grrr Heureusement que j’ai trouvé quelqu’un de sérieux et que j’ai repris pour le retour à l’aéroport. Un simple désolé à l’arrivée. Leurs écrires plusieurs fois et qu’ils disent pas de soucis si on accepte leurs tarifs.. ne pas en tenir compte. Les bug Wifi aux étages et dans la chambre vu sur les pyramides, une ou des souris dans la salle de bain (bruit et crottes retrouver sur une serviette), bien fermer la salle de bain la nuit. Aucun ménage effectué dans les chambres lors de notre séjour du 20 au 28 février 2026. Obligé de demander du papier toilette..

• aoyagi (6/5): - ロケーション ピラミッドビューの部屋とルーフトップのレストランは景観が素晴らしいです そもそも3連泊すると空港送迎が付いてくるというのは嘘です。 シングルを3連泊予約するとBooking.comを通じて以下の様なメッセージが届きました。 A discounted price is offered when booking 3 nights in Single room or Double room (20 USD) for pick up. 仕方なく空港からの送迎をお願いすると、次は The pickup from the airport will cost you 30 USD. と違う値段を言ってきました。 こちらが最初のメッセージと違うというと、 We changed the price from later と返事が。結局自分で別の送迎を手配しました。 送迎の点は信用出来ません。 他の方もレビューしていますが、ホテルへの50メートルほどの未舗装の道は私は許容範囲でした。が、スーツケースを引きずるのはためらわれますので頑張って持ち上げて向かってください。ロバ、馬、馬車が道をふさいで、タクシーがホテル玄関前まで入れないことが多いです。

• Elodie (8/5): L’emplacement est appréciable et la chambre confortable. - L’hôtel est a 2 minutes des pyramides, la vue en terrasse est incroyable ( rooftop ou pour le petit déjeuner avec les grandes baies vitrées ) La chambre est très très grande (familiale 2 lits doubles) Le petit déjeuner est copieux et appréciable (possibilité à emporter) Peu de sièges sur la terasse en roof top (4/5) Les parties communes sont propres mais un peu encombrés (lits, meubles) par endroits le sol carrelage bouge ou est un peu cassé. Les escaliers et garde corps menant au roof top devrait être rénovés La salle de bain mériterait un petit nettoyage en profondeur.

Meu quarto tinha vista para as pirâmides. A vista é incrível! O wi-fi muitas vezes tinha sinal bem fraco. Muitas das estruturas do hotel precisam de reforma, mas isso acaba não sendo um grande problema. De todo modo, poderiam sim investir em melhorias.

• lmarino1976 (7/5): Una experiencia con matices - Las vistas a las piramides y la esfinge desde el desayunador y la terraza son excepcionales. Las habitaciones son muy grandes y confortables, disponen de una heladera pequeña, calentador de agua e implementos para hacer café y te, y dos botellas de agua de cortesía. La recepción y el lobby son muy lindos. El desayunador y terraza son sencillos, pero tienen las vistas mas impactantes. El callejon de acceso al hotel es verdaderamente horrible. Allí hay establos de caballos, burros y camellos y hay olor a pis y caca de esos animales por todos lados. Son unos 50 metros que hay que caminar por ese lugar, que no es tanto pero es feo. El entorno del barrio es feo también y parece inseguro, pero no hemos sufrido ni vimos a nadie que tuviera ningún problema e incluso las personas que circulan por allí son muy serviciales, por supuesto, buscando venderte algo o que les des una propina. El desayuno que ofrecen no se puede decir que sea escaso, pero es poco variado y sin muchas posibilidades de elección. Constaba de un café, te o jugo, una cruasan, una feta de pan, una feta de queso, una feta de fiambre, un yogurt con frutas, mermelada y miel, un huevo a la plancha y confitura bañada en chocolate. Nada espectacular. No se puede decir que sea feo o escaso, pero podría mejorarse. El calefon eléctrico funcionaba bien pero hay que estudiarlo antes de comenzar a bañarse para no quedarse sin agua caliente rápido.

During our five-day stay, the room was cleaned only once, and only after I requested it. The first room had a bathroom in poor condition and red stains on the ceiling, so I requested a room change. The second room was better but still had significant cleaning issues. In addition, although we were four people, we were provided with only three towels during the entire stay
• MATHIAS (9/5): Ubicación estratégica y muy buena vista, pero entorno y baño mejorables - La ubicación es muy conveniente por su cercanía a la salida de las pirámides de Giza. Cumplieron con la vista ofrecida, lo cual se agradece mucho, ya que realmente era muy buena y suma puntos a la experiencia. La atención fue correcta, el desayuno está bueno y suficiente para comenzar el día. El agua de la ducha tiene buena presión y temperatura. El Wi-Fi funcionó bien al menos uno de los días. La llegada al alojamiento es por una calle muy angosta, donde por la noche suelen dejar camellos, con abundante excremento, lo que da una sensación de entorno descuidado y poco agradable, casi de mal barrio. El Wi-Fi fue inestable y no funcionó durante dos de los tres días. El principal punto negativo es el baño: cada vez que se utiliza la ducha queda completamente mojado y no hay forma de evitarlo, un problema claro de diseño o mantenimiento que afecta la comodidad diaria.

The room was incredible, but the real highlight was the stunning view of the Pyramids and the Sphinx right from our window. It felt like a dream waking up to such a majestic sight every morning. We were also pleasantly surprised by how much care the staff put into the details; the room was clean and beautifully decorated with balloons for our arrival, which was such a thoughtful and lovely touch. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. Honestly, for the price you pay, these rooms are an absolute steal. The value for money is unbeatable considering the world-class location and service. Everything was perfect! If you are planning a trip here, do not hesitate to book this place. Highly recommended!

• HsiaoHsuan (4/5): - 離金字塔售票口非常的近，我的房間在四樓看得到金字塔，一大早就可以走路到金字塔參觀，不用叫車，可以趕在一堆旅行團抵達前進去。如果你真的很追求起床在房間可以看到金字塔又可以忍受髒，那你可以住，算是很便宜，不然其實白天大部分時間也不會待在房間，我覺得沒有特別一定要住金字塔房。 冷氣蠻正常的，這點倒是蠻好的。 房間真的不是乾淨的，不管是房間地板、浴室都有髒髒的感覺，房間玻璃有破，整晚漏水聲，旅館外面就是馬廄，你要進到旅館，要經過一堆動物排泄物跟馬廄才能抵達旅館門口，如果帶行李箱會有點崩潰，在房間也有動物的味道，另一方面是浴室的味道，睡在房間真的五味雜陳。另外早餐真的乏善可陳，熱的可頌一個，加上不知道什麼蛋糕、優格、很薄的荷包蛋一個，飲料一杯，但是這個住宿價位也不能要求太多。

• Joana (5/5): Hotel fraco, com vista desafogada do terraço - Marcamos por causa da vista. Do terraço, a vista é realmente desafogada. O senhor que nos serviu o pequeno almoço era extremamente simpático. Havia possibilidade de fazer chá e café no quarto. E havia frigorífico, mas um deles não tinha porta para separar do congelador. A localização é impecável se pretender caminhar até á entrada da esfinge. A entrada principal do hotel é numa rua que é utilizada como estábulo. Ou seja, o chão da estrada é terra, areia e fezes de animais. Os animais (burros, camelos e cavalos) estão no meio da rua, muitas vezes á solta. Pareceu- nos importante esclarecer que não é unicamente um problema de cheiro, como li em várias reviews. Só não estão lá animais durante a noite. Aliás, dentro do hotel não se sente cheiro nenhum. Os quartos com vista pirâmides tem uma vista ocultada por outros edifícios- se pretendem vista dos quartos, não marcaria. Um dos nosso quartos tinha uma porta que estava danificada, e simplesmente não fechava se não fosse á chave.

• Maryam (4/5): Attention aux excursions - Le Marvel stone est un emplacement idéal car depuis sa terrasse nous avons une vue imprenable sur les pyramides et le Sphinx, lieu incontournable de l'Égypte et seul point positif de l'hôtel. Nous nous sommes fait arnaquer et c'est peu de le dire par leur proposition d'organisation de sortie que l'hôtel nous a fait, nous avons eu deux journées d'excursion à 300 € comprenant le guide et le chauffeur excluant tous les billets d'entrée dans les sites. Le premier guide nous mener d'un endroit à un autre sans explication scientifique ni historique poussée, rien de plus que ce que nous pouvions lire sur les panneaux. Sans compter sur « le musée du papyrus » qui n'est autre qu'une grosse arnaque, ce n'est qu'un magasin où on nous explique très rapidement trop rapidement comment sont fait les papyrus, le personnel qui a de l'expérience évidemment propose gentiment un thé nous obligeant à nous intéresser puis ils cherchent à vendre leur papyrus 10 fois plus cher que ce que l'on le trouve ailleurs. Il en est de même pour les fabriques de parfum où il est nulle part expliqué comment ils procèdent. Le guide prend des patchs de 80% cela explique les prix.... Le guide du lendemain était un vieillard impotent incapable de marcher à cause de sa maladie qu'il fallait attendre et qui lisait les panneaux en guise d'explication, nous avons fait le tour des églises coptes qui très sincèrement peuvent se visiter tout seul sans l'aide d'un guide. Ce deuxième guide a même craché un gros mollard sur le tapis de l'église pensant que nous l'avions pas vu , sans doute ne partage-t-il pas cette croyance. Alors le service de l'hôtel n'était pas digne de confiance car en prenant 300 € à deux clients alors que les prix des chambres sont vraiment assez bas s'en est lamentable. Le service était loin d'être digne et cela a gâché la grandiosité des sites visités.
• Armando (2/5): Descartable. - La vista desde la terraza del hotel. Se destacan algunos de los miembros del personal por su remarcable amabilidad. Desayuno escaso. Mala predisposición de parte del personal del restaurant. El hotel está en un callejón donde funcionan varios corrales de camellos y caballos. Eso implica mucho olor que llega incluso a la terraza. El personal del restaurant es muy ruidoso por la noche (utiliza el equipo de sonido en forma particular). Problemas con el agua caliente (xq utilizan calefones eléctricos que no alcanzan a proveer lo suficiente, resultará imposible en una habitación compartida). La ventana de la habitación da a las pirámides, pero no se ve nada xq está tapiada (y es como si hubiera una pared). Está en el acceso a las pirámides y esto no es una ventaja xq ese punto de entrada es un descontrol.

• Emmanuel (10/5): It was nothing short of amazing—an excellent, dream-come-true experience. - I recently stayed at this hotel and was absolutely blown away by its incredible proximity to the Pyramids of Giza—you can practically feel the history from your window! From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with such warmth that I genuinely felt like a true Pharaoh. While the on-site restaurant menu wasn’t ideal for someone who’s vegetarian or prefers to eat only fish, the staff went above and beyond to help me. They happily help me order food from outside restaurants that suited my dietary needs, which I greatly appreciated. For the price, this hotel is an amazing deal. Between the unbeatable location and the exceptional service, I’d gladly stay here again. Remember, the Giza Pyramids are in the desert, and the hotel’s close proximity to the Sphinx means it shares that same reality. However, once inside the hotel walls, that reality quietly disappears.
• Monique Teggelove (7/5): Great location for a stay in Giza - The location of this hotel is excellent. Time and again it is a joy to watch the sphinx and pyramids from the restaurant and rooftop. It is the reason I keep coming back. It saddens me that basic things such as maintenance and window cleaning are neglected.

• Verónica (9/5): - El alojamiento estaba muy limpio, camas cómodas, buen aire y cortinas; buena vista hacia las pirámides desde el restaurante y terraza, nos permitieron hacer check out a las 7pm con costo adicional. Todos los colaboradores fueron muy amables y atentos. Problemas en la reserva e inconformidad con relación al valor pagado por la habitación, ya que en la reserva entendi que tenía vista a las pirámides, pero no fue así

• Angel (9/5): Las vistas del rooftop - La terraza woow, es espectacular. Pude cenar y desayunar en el rooftop con vistas a las Pirámides. Los precios del restaurante son aceptables y la comida estaba rica. Que la regadera para bañarnos estaba rota :/ nos tuvimos que ir a bañar a otra habitación.

The entrance is in a back street so it felt a little intimidating entering for the first time but it was perfectly safe for us. The view of the pyramids from the room is pretty cool. Would stay again. Pictures look I little nicer than in real life but you get what you pay for, the value is fantastic.
• Liliana (9/5): Great location, perfect to start the day in the pyramids. - The reception was well decorated and our hosts were fantastic. Close to the pyramid’s entrance, like 5 minute walk. The view from the terrace was great and they sell delicious drinks, limonade with mint was my favourite. The surrounded area is busy and lively, many things going on, however we always felt safe. Also, they were really kind preparing the breakfast in boxes when we had to leave earlier. Thanks
