• Randy (7/5): Goed maar voor de 2de helft van ons verblijf hebben we iets anders geboekt. - Het appartement was netjes, fris en schoon. Setjes handdoeken lagen klaar en er stonden mooie flesjes zeep. Het bed was goed en sliep lekker! Het appartement is wat gedateerd maar gezien de prijs is het echt prima.

• Tarek (10/5): - The host was friendly and lovely, easy to communicate with, and very responsive. We got upgraded to a bigger apartment, which has a separate dining, kitchen, and toilet. It was a huge apartment. The whole area is really big with a nice garden full of different fruit trees and some lemon trees. The apartment has all you need, a comfortable bed, and a nice dressing table. The kitchen has a microwave, stove, coffee machine, and all other essentials. The property has 4-5 private parking spaces. As Dubrovnik is a hilly area, parking space is at the road level, and the apartment was like 2 floors up. Which is stairs, but it's easier than any other location I have checked. Best location on a 15-20 min walk to the Old Town (Kings Landing). As it is not allowed to take cars near the old town, this property is the closest you can get. Will definitely recommend this place and will visit again. Thank you Just keep in mind there are stairs from the parking space to the rooms, so if you have big luggage it might be bit difficult. But its normal in Dubrovnik.

• Fatima (8/5): - La ubicación perfecta , muy cerca del Old Town , muy tranquilo , con una terraza muy agradable donde poder comer o estar simplemente .. estaba limpio , cómodo; la dueña nos indicó perfectamente como llegar y también nos ayudó en la ubicación de un restaurant. Dispone de parking gratis . Echamos de menos una cafetera, solo había un calentador en el cual imagino poder hacer un café soluble …una pena con el buen café que se toma en ese país….

• Tony (6/5): It did the job - The room was clean. Instructions were clear for check in. Bakery and shop very close if needed. Looking at the photos they’ve upgraded some of the others apartments but not the one we stayed in yet. It was basic but spacious and more than adequate for what we needed. As requested they’d made up the sofa bed for arrival which was greatly appreciated. You could hear every footstep and people using the toilet from the other apartments. Presumably the one above us. I was awoken pretty much every two hours over the three nights and I use high quality ear plugs 😩

Manji nedostatak bio je što pogled nije u potpunosti odgovarao slikama, a dvorište je bilo u fazi renovacije pa dojam nije bio najbolji. Također, preporučili bismo jasnije označiti ulaz u apartman jer vrata izgledaju kao garaža, pa može doći do zabune, kao što je bio slučaj i kod nas

• Justine (10/5): Super , n’hésitez pas à réserver - Le service navette est un peu cher mais intéressant si vous êtes plusieurs. Super pratique , très ponctuel et accessible. La proximité avec les différents commerces (boulangeries, épiceries,..) ainsi que la proximité avec la vieille ville! Vous y serez en +/-15 min à pied. La propreté du logement et la disponibilité et accessibilité de la propriétaire ! Merci beaucoup

• MAIIA (9/5): - Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt. Es war richtig gemütlich. Die Betten waren bequem und haben kein bisschen geknarzt. Das Gelände ist riesig und bietet viel Platz zum Entspannen im Freien. Gartenmöbel, Schaukeln und Liegestühle sind vorhanden. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb des Zentrums. Nur einmal mussten wir die etwas steile Treppe hinaufsteigen. Dank des Tipps der Besitzer haben wir später den Weg am Ufer entlang benutzt und die Sonnenuntergänge und die wunderschöne Aussicht genossen. Nichts

Private entrance from a little garden, parking spot on the street ( extremeky difficult to get parking in Dubrovnik for a decent price! ). Quiet location, just 15 min walk on a beautiful street to the old town. Great bakery nearbuy ! We stayed for 2 Days for Silvester and Jan 1 and had great time. The little kitchen was sufficient, the floor heating was great for a cold winter stay, the aircon was powerful enough. The bed was very very comfortable. I can recommend it and would be happy to stay there again! I can recommend Sesame restaurant , approx 10 min walk from the appartment. Excellent food and service!

Le logement n'est pas très chaleureux (automne), mais très fonctionnel, et le rapport qualité/prix me semble imbattable. La porte ne se ferme pas à clé, seulement le volet extérieur, il n'est donc pas possible de fermer à clé en journée.

Pouco espaço de apoio na cozinha e apenas uma panela. Cozinhar um espaguete com legumes chega a ser um certo desafio. As escadarias estão presentes em todo Dubrovnik, as da casa não são particularmente exaustivas.

A bit dark in the apartment. The sofa in the living room is not so comfortable to sleep because it’s just next to the front door. No personal space at all.

• Katherine (10/5): Wonderful place on the hill with private parking - The location was great and the apartment was beautiful. The parking space for our car was great and the walk to and from the walled city was nice. If the weather had been nicer we would have loved to sit on the patio with a coffee or beer but we had a lot of rain during our stay.
• Gal (8/5): - The place is lovely, with adjacent free parking — a major advantage in the Dubrovnik area. The hosts were very welcoming. We asked for a late checkout and even to leave the car for a few hours afterward, and everything was kindly accommodated with great help. It’s about a 20-minute walk from the Old Town; it’s worth following the apartment’s guide on how to walk there, otherwise you’ll have to go up and down many stairs. The way back is uphill The room is a bit small. The kitchenette is not very convenient to use. We had an issue with the shower drain; the next day someone came to try to fix it, but unfortunately, the problem wasn’t resolved. The rooms have a patio that feels a bit poorly maintained and not very clean, which is a shame because it could be a lovely place to sit when the weather allows
• Agnieszka (8/5): Fajny pobyt - Największym atutem była lokalizacja. Odległość spacerowa od Old Town, blisko piekarnia i sklepy. Apartament był czysty, łóżko wygodne, ładne otoczenie. Mało miejsca do przechowywania co przy dłuższym pobycie może być minusem. Brak zestawu przywitalnego, nawet małej butelki wody. Słabo to wypadło na tle wcześniejszych apartamentów. Nigdy wcześniej się z tym nie spotkałam.

Mas o melhor de tudo é a localização, perto de um dos pontos recomendados para banho de mar e super perto do centro, fazíamos tudo a pé com muita rapidez e segurança. Recomendo muito, valeu muitíssimo a pena, os anfitriões respondem rápido as nossas mensagens e a cidade, é a mais incrível que eu já vi! Adoramos! Tudo perfeito.

• Stefan (8/5): Top für einen Kurzbesuch! - Die Vermieterin war sehr entgegenkommend und hat uns gesagt bis wann das Zimmer fertig ist, der Bezug war sehr unkompliziert und der Weg in die Altstadt ist ein Katzensprung, aprospros die schwarze Hauskatze begrüßt einen auch freundlich. vlt etwas nahe an der Straße jedoch gab es kaum Lärm da alles gut isoliert ist und erhöht von der Straße entfernt gelegen ist.
