- Shane (1/5): Do not stay here if you have any Mobility challenges. - Nothing. I am a wheelchair user. The property advertised itself is being wheelchair accessible but it is anything but! The ramp going into the room is so steep that there is no way to use the ramp as a wheelchair user. The room also had no towels. One of the most stressful and distressing hotel experiences I’ve had before in my life.

- Matt (9/5): Superb - We arrived at 5pm after a long bike ride up the mountain and the girls at reception were so friendly and helpful. They have a couple cute dogs and cats. We ordered dinner ahead of our arrival and it was served right on time - Japenese. Nice light breakfast. Views are amazing!!
