Sehr sauber, praktisch eingerichtet, bequemes Bett, relativ zentral gelegen ca. 10 Minutenvom Bahnhofentfernt, nahe der Marmore- Wasserfälle. In der kleinen, sonst perfekten Küchenzeile, wären 1-2 größere Töpfe noch hilfreich.

• serena (8/5): - L’appartamento è spazioso, funzionale e pulito, eravamo 2 coppie e ha 2 camere entrambe grandi. La proprietaria è gentile e disponibile. L’unica nota positiva è la posizione e gli infissi poco isolanti, poichè l’appartamento si trova su una strada molto trafficata e la notte è stato molto difficile riuscire a dormire.

• alfredo (8/5): soggiorno tranquillo, Annalisa molto gentile ambiente pulito, possibilità di parcheggio su strada - ambiente spazioso, camere pulite, facilità di parcheggio nelle vicinanze, rapporto qualità prezzo notevole e Annalisa ospite cordiale e disponibile ad ogni richiesta. posizione abbastanza comoda con negozi, bar e ristoranti nelle vicinanze. purtroppo l'appartamento è situato al secondo piano senza ascensore, questo penalizza un po' il punteggio,. Io avrei apprezzato, naturalmente pagando qualche euro in più se avessi trovato qualche bottiglia d'acqua fresca nel frigorifero e i generi necessari per una piccola prima colazione

• Daniela (7/5): Pit stop veloce - Appartamento ben ristrutturato, con camere ampie e cucina completa di tutti gli utensili. Purtroppo la zona è molto trafficata e rumorosa. Siamo stati svegliati da urla nella notte più volte.

• Zita (8/5): - Végre nem 1 zsebkendőnyi terem volt, hanem tágas. Úgy van berendezve, mint 1 igazi otthon. Fő szempont volt, hogy közel legyen a buszmegállótól, mert másnap busszal mentem tovább. De mivel az ablak a főútra nézett, picit zajos volt.

La cortesia e disponibilità della proprietaria; la casa inoltre era dotata di ogni comfort e attenzione al dettaglio (cialde del caffè, bollitore, ferro da stiro, ecc.). L'unico neo è stata la presenza di polvere in giro qua e là per tutta la casa, soprattutto tra le alette del condizionatore: purtroppo diventa una condizione fastidiosa per soggetti allergici o sensibili.

La posizione è strategica ed è risultata comoda per le nostre esigenze. L’host si è dimostrata puntuale, disponibile e gentile. L'esperienza quindi è stata gradevole. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento a chiunque cerchi una sistemazione di qualità, curata nei dettagli e gestita con attenzione e serietà. Le camere grandi e arredate con gusto. Gradita la macchinetta per il caffè.

• Debora (10/5): - Casa piccola ma molto accogliente, ha tutto il necessario per un soggiorno, la struttura era molto pulita, dotata di asciuga capelli, asciugamani, addirittura ferro da stiro, anche la cucina è ben attrezzata, e la proprietaria Annalisa è stata molto disponibile, mi ha spiegato le modalità di check-in, suggerito dove poter parcheggiare l'auto ed è stata disponibile per tutto il resto. Nel complesso ottimo soggiorno.

• Daria (7/5): - Чисто и есть кухня, но не пользовались ей, хорошее расположение Квартира находится на перекрестке, и зачем то в окне сделан вентилятор, хотя есть кондиционер, следовательно шум из окна, такое впечатление что спишь прям на улице. Огромный и высокий унитаз, очень не удобный

• Carolyn (7/5): Good - The air conditioner and WiFi was great. Bed was very comfortable. Short walk to historic district. They had tea and coffee available. The neighborhood is definitely not in the tourist area. I specifically chose this place because it has parking . The parking is public on the street 2 blocks away. The apartment is up four flights of stairs. This wasn’t a problem but may be for tourist who are older and have big suit cases. We had to leave 12 euros for city taxes. Luckily we had enough coins. They only gave us a roll and a 1/2 of toilet paper for three days. We had to go purchase some.
• Maddalena (10/5): Great apartments. - It was our second stay at La Casa Rosa, though in different apartments. Studio flat is spacious, perfect for a couple, very clean, welcoming and equipped with everything you can possibly need. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Communication with Annalisa before arrival was quick with easy instructions on how to collect the house keys. La Casa Rosa is 10 minutes walk from train station and a supermarket is very close nearby. Perfect location for town centre too. We'll definitely be back when visiting Terni again.

• Shirley (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is situated in a very central area just 15 mins away from Cascata dei Marmo, 45 mins to Assisi, and 1hr30 to Rome. The apartment is super comfortable and extremely clean. The host is very nice and super helpful. I would suggest it to anyone, and I will be super looking forward to stay at La casa Rosa the next time I will be visiting Umbria N/A
• Victor (9/5): Superb - Rooms are big. There is no lift and the area not so nice but it is at the centre. You cannot stop close to the door if you need to take out a lot of heavy bags. But we found parking about 100meters away.

• Carmine (6/5): It was good but it could have been even better. - I liked the way the room was decorated and how close it was to the central station. I think the experience could be improved with small things that were missing: there was no soap in the shower, no paper towel in the kitchen. There were no instructions on how to use the coffee machine. There was no small saucepan to make some tea, only big pots.
