• Angela (8/5): - Mitten in der City gelegen, sehr modern, sehr gute Ausstattung für 2 Personen; man könnte sich selbst versorgen; modernes Bett kein Parkplatz, obwohl die Unterkunft angezeigt wurde bei der Abfrage "mit Parkplatz/Parkplatz inbegriffen" ; in der Nähe (fußläufig) gibt es zwei Parkhäuser, die 24 Std. geöffnet haben; das hätte der Vermieter in seinem Angebot beschreiben können

• Michał (6/5): Super lokalizacja, trochę rzeczy do poprawy - Super lokalizacja, 2 minuty do żurawia i Motławy. Na parterze restauracje, jednak nie korzystaliśmy z nich. 3-4 minuty piechotą do żabki i Biedronki. Apartament wykończony stylowo, dość przestrzenny ale nie jest duży. Obiekt dolicza dodatkowe koszty za wcześniejsze zameldowanie - zrezygnowaliśmy. W dniu meldunku dzwoniłem telefonicznie żeby potwierdzić godzinę zameldowania - nikt nie odebrał telefonu i nie oddzwonił. Kontakt przez aplikację booking sprawny. Telewizor w apartamencie jest zależny od zalogowania się w Google TV. Właściciel nie zadbał o to żeby konto "apartamentu" było zalogowane. Było tylko info że ostatni użytkownik się wylogował. Telewizor nie działał prawidłowo, zacinał się, nie dało się włączyć telewizji i zmieniać kanałów. W związku z problemami z działaniem TV, poświęciłem godzinę z mojego urlopu na przywrócenie TV do ustawień fabrycznych i logowanie się na prywatne konto. Telewizor jest dość mały patrząc na odległość od kanapy - mógłby być dużo większy. W naszym apartamencie z aneksem kuchennym zastaliśmy na 3 doby dla 2 osób między innymi: 4 saszetki herbaty, 1 (!) tabletkę do zmywarki, brak ręcznika papierowego/ ścierki do wytarcia blatu. Przy takim koszcie za dobę muszę chodzić do pobliskiego sklepu i kupować podstawowe wyposażenie, którego nie da się kupić "na sztuki" - taka "oszczędność" na gościach budzi we mnie duży niesmak. Deszczownica w łazience nie jest raczej odkamieniana ponieważ woda tryska z dysz we wszystkich możliwych kierunkach. Łóżko w sypialni bardzo skrzypi przy każdym obróceniu się - nie pozwala to na spokojny sen. Zastaliśmy popsuty czajnik. Został on wymieniony, jednak nikt nie ustalił z nami pory o której wystąpi naprawa i zostało to zrobione pod naszą nieobecność w apartamencie. Na moją prośbę zostały też dostarczone razem z czajnikiem dodatkowe tabletki do zmywarki.

• Lars Kristian (8/5): - There was no communication before arrival, no information on how to access the room was given. We had to call the number provided at the hotels.com webpage, but it was only a pre-recorded voice with information to go to the 'reception' two doors down, however the code did not work. We called hotels.com and they could not reach anybody either. Luck had it that other residents let us into the 'reception' at Sweet Suites, where the telephone voice told us to go, and we found a different phone number. We were given the code to the door and our apartment. A very stressful an unneccesary experience. At least send out information in advance. I have stayed at several hotels where there was no reception, but this was the first time no information was provided in advance. Do better!!! The area was perfect. The room was really nice and as described on the pictures. It was quiet, comfortable and spotless. Would be even better if there was one more pillow pr person and I suggest the cleaners check the lamps as one was not working on our stay. There is no WiFi in the apartment which was a big let down. The only communication we got from Lavoo was an email asking when we would checknout and to give a 10 star rating.... are you joking me? I know Lavoo will answer this post with absolutely no understanding or humbleness, as they have on other revies with less than excellent feedback. Great room, great area but to stay here you need to have nerves to wait for check in information.

• Christian (8/5): Adresse forvirring, men godt hotel. - Trods forvirring omkring hotellets faktiske adresse, som pludseligt ændrede sig på dagen fra den hyggelige lille hvide bygning “Lavoo boutique and apartments” til et stort nybyggeri, som stadig var under opbygning, så var hotelværelset det rigtige udefra billederne og det var helt igennem fantastisk at bo på. Så bedre info fra hotellet omkring beliggenhed kunne være nyttigt, da vi sagtens kunne have fundet et andet hotel til samme pris, i samme område som det faktisk lå. Vi gik efter den originale beliggenhed i centrum af “Old town”, men fik ikke dette.

• Rory (4/5): - Modern apartment, clean. Nice location generally. Air-conditioning does not work, almost impossible to get in contact with reception. Stressful when you're trying to plan things before you arrive. I'd stay elsewhere next time because of this.

The space itself was spotless and extremely comfortable. The host, always responsive and helpful throughout our visit. We had a great experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and beautiful city of Gdansk.
